Staff great help and very pleasant to us. Excellent services with the 24 concierge service , beverages and food available. Well provided area for heating up food if you need it. Very clean. Our room was small but ok for us as we had small amount of luggage ie small backpacks not large suitcases. May want to ask for a larger room if you have lots of luggage. All in all a great short stay. Also gorgeous view to alps on the side our room was on.

It's ok, nothing more. Small room, small shower, sink in room. No electricity plug next to the bed. No hair dryer. Worse than a $39 motel room in the USA and it's 200+ Swiss francs. Parking 22.- additional per night and the garage smelled of trash. One good point: it's cheaper than the Novotel next door.

The cafeteria space on the 2nd floor (one floor above the lobby) is very "family friendly", with lots of tables and chairs, paper dishes and cups, and especially the water server, which serves cold and hot water, and even gassed water. We bought food at COOP, and had a good time there!!

We’ve enjoyed our stay. I was afraid that there was no A/C after reading one of the reviews saying a/c would be nice but there is actually a/c in the building but it is centrally managed and you can’t adjust it in your room. Room temperature was very good and pleasant so no complaints.Room was very clean and hotel was quiet.

Pelo valor que cobram, esperava mais. Algo simples como uma toalha por exemplo, eles fornecem uma toalha muito ruim. Aquela que não enxuga direito e que quando você passa chega dói no corpo, áspero. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem perfekten Standort. Man kann den Rosengarten zu Fuß besuchen oder natürlich die Tram nehmen, die direkt am Hotel ist. Man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Super freundliches Personal, tolle saubere Zimmer!

We did not venture out intonthe rain to much.. room was small for 2 people.. and there was no privacy for shower as it and toilet was pretty much in the room with ya.. I would not stay here again.. breakfast was decent tho.. and was cheapest around..

This should not be on the list of properties with 4 or 5 stars. The room was the size of a closet with the shower opening up to the room, no privacy, and the WC had a plywood like door that had absolutely no privacy. The lighting was terrible for the WC and the air/heat we were not able to control and we were very hot while sleeping. Very disappointed in the electrical outlets as there were only 2 that worked. The plug broke one of our adapters which they were kind enough to replace.

When I booked, I did not realize how far from city center this hotel is. Not hard to get to via frequent trains and city bus #9. And there is Bus #20 from city center that likely takes a long time to get to hotel area with lots of stops. The only restaurant reliably open and close is McDonald´s, though there are others in nearby shopping center. Okay breakfasts at hotel a bit pricey, but not as bad as in the Ibis Budget in Lima, Peru. They have no top sheet, only a comforter that is too heavy and hot in the summer. I took the inner part our and slept only under the cover. That was okay. This is a good place to stay if you are going to the adjacent Expo Center. I didn´t but I made it work.

Creo que les falta comunicación y tacto con las personas. En el desayuno buffet que es pésimo, me grita una señora que yo no había pagado desayuno enfrente de las personas que estaban ahí, le dije claro que lo pague y me pide el recibo de pago y de mala manera me dice que vaya a recepción. Por supuesto fui y ahí también me decían que no había pagado hasta que se dieron cuenta de su error y con una sonrisa tonta me dicen ay mil disculpas. Y que si había algo que pudieran hacer por el error. La verdad ya ni desayuné a gusto y nos retiramos del hotel horas antes de check out. Por otra parte la personas que nos atendieron al llegar son completamente profesionales y muy amables. Muchas gracias muchas gracias al manager y a Javier.
