Alles in Ordnung. Große gemeinschaftliche Küche und Tische sind super. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt. Parkhaus zwar vorhanden jedoch zahlt man ab 7 bis 24 Stunden Parken bereits 24 CHF.

Modern apartment. Very nice lounge, aka backyard with board games, game console, free fruits & coffee/tea etc. The hotel occupies 6th to 8th floor. 9th floor is an open air terrace but keep your expectationsin check. Free laundry onsite, which is nice.

Super Service und toller Aufenthaltsraum mit grosser Küche (falls kleine Küche im Appartment nicht genügt. Ideale Lage am Stadtrand, gleich neben Bahnhof Wankdorf (4 Minuten per S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof). Tiefgarage vorhanden (CHF 24 für 24h) Buchen wir wieder!

The hotel is right by Wankdorf station with easy access to central Bern and the surrounding area by train or tram. It’s in a business district but it was quiet during my stay from a Thursday to Sunday, There is a coop supermarket in the building for food or snacks too. Really impressed with the amenities in my room which was like a small studio apartment with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cooking hob and microwave and lovely shower. There is a communal area also which had a pool table and seating and separate kitchen area. Another nice touch was the ability to restock tea and coffee items for free for your room or even make something to eat in the communal kitchen /break out area. There were items for purchase as well. Definitely will be staying here again if I visit Bern as the room was excellent and modern and reasonably priced for Bern. The Staff on duty were friendly. I used both the train and tram to get into the centre of Bern which run very frequently.

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Ein sehr modernes, freundliches und modernes Konzept. Alles wird über WhatsApp geregelt: Check In and Out, Schlüssel und weitere Infos. Die Zimmer sind mit einer sehr funktionellen Küche ausgestattet. Die Wand zum Bett und zur Küche kann bei Bedarf unkompliziert verschoben werden. Somit hat man bei Bedarf ein größeren Schlafraum - oder Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut direkt neben dem Bahnhof gelegen. Der Aufenthaltsraum wirkt sehr einladend. Fazit: Immer wieder.

It was my 3rd stay at this property, conveniently located for my needs. All is good, their common space on the 8th floor is welcoming. My room overlooked the train station which made it too loud for me to leave the window open. Apparently, the guest before me has used the kitchenette and cooked Indian food as it was quite smelly. Clean but smelly. Will still choose to stay in the future.

The studio is fantastic! It is extremely clean and with everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with dish wash, fridge and washing machine. You can also get washing powder for free. Coffee, tea and hot water are always available. On the terrace you can also have a very nice view of the city. The location is a bit far away from the city but with s-bahn you can in main railway station in 5 minutes. The host is very helpful. You can always find someone to ask. The studio is very big and also the bathroom. It is such a nice design that you can move the cupboard. The only pity is that there is only one chair in the room. With one more chair it would be easier for two people to eat. The coop downstairs and migro nearby also make our travelling much more convenient.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und super gut zu finden. Alles ist reibungslos gelaufen. Da nebenan direkt ein Bahnhof war, war es allerdings sehr laut. Zudem haben sich dort nachts viele Menschen aufgehalten und sich total daneben benommen. Mit offenem Fenster konnte man leider absolut nicht schlafen.

We liked our stay because it was different and very convenient to have the train and supermarket so close. We weren’t that fussed with the tech - having to use our phone to get in through all the doors etc. it didn’t always work and we just can’t be bothered with the mucking around. Lars was very helpful and quick to respond to our cries for help. We just prefer the old fashioned way - we didn’t know this before booking. The bathroom was awesome, the storage really good. The kitchen had what we needed, and we could get more from the common room if not. The roll out bed wasn’t the best - a little uncomfortable and kept rolling back in when one of us got out of the bed. Pillows were okay but could’ve had 2 each. One chair in the room for 2 people is not good. Sitting on the bed to eat meals was not comfortable or easy. Trying to figure out all the lights, air con etc. some labels would be good - wasted a bit of time each day trying to remember which was off and which was on and which light or appliance it referred to. Loved the common room for games of pool and relaxing with a cup of coffee.

Very friendly host. We felt we were home during the 3 nights stays . 2 of our 5 luggage bags missed, but we could change clothes every night. Because there is washer and dryer inside our room. That’s awesome . When Geneva airport delivered our luggage, the host helped put the luggage in our room. So we could go out for fun without worrying about the luggage. Really like this apartment hotel for our family traveling.

Check-in unbefriedigend, Zimmertüre öffnete sich nicht, stand ein 1/4 Stunde vor der Türe, mehrmals versucht-inzwischen angerufen-keiner nimmt ab-nach einer 1/4 öffnet sich die Türe, gleichzeituig nimmt endlich eine Dame aus dem Osten ab, Verständnis null-nur arrogante Antworten bekommen-sorry geht gar nicht- bin ich Gast oder was?!

This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. I will definitely come back and recommend to every one..Thank you

It's perfect. There isn't much around the immediate area, but you are literally a three min walk from the trains and a 5 min train ride to downtown. Can't beat that. Grocery store right next door too.

Etwas zu weit von Stadt Bern entfernt. Jedeoch gute Verbindung mit Bahn + Bus. Parkieren von Mi ca 19 h bis Do 10.30 h 24 Fr Entschieden zu teuer!! Coop nahe sehr praktisch Fenster zum öffnen eher knapp bemmessen.

Very convenient to stay several days. I Just had dificcult tô get in the building arriving from the parking: to open the door need internet, and I didnt have It underground. Need to improve this point. Clean Room, staff Very friendly and they have a Very confortable Common área. I do recommend. Parking cost me 24 Suisse Francs per night. There os no Breakfast.

Hotel located in a business district. Not many places to eat. Coop next door shuts at 7pm so we ate in Moxy which was ok and reasonable. Ensure you read your check in emails as there is no front desk all doors unlock with phone. Would have like 2 pillows or at least one thicker pillow.
