Management is kind and welcoming. You are staying in Old Time Florida. Prices are resonable. Service and cleanliness are top notch. It's just a short walk to the beach and beach chairs and towels are provided at no extra cost. We will be back!

For the most part this property was pretty good. The Wi-Fi was not great the first night when trying to do some work but was fine the next 2 days. The only negative thing was there's only a wall A/C unit, it was located in the bedroom, so the room felt great, however when you went into the kitchen/tv area, there was a difference of at least 10-12 degrees even though the rooms weren't that big, so hard to spend time in thst room. The property was extremely close to the beach and other dining options. The staff was extremely nice. Wish the pool was located in the center of the property instead of near the front. The beach chairs could be a little newer, but overall we had a very pleasant experience

The location is perfect, just steps to the boardwalk and beach, the units are clean and comfortable. The only setback in my opinion is the parking, they charge $12 parking fee and is hard to find parking close to the unit you’re staying in specially after hours.

The beach was a 5 minute walk from our room, Which was nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge, as there is only one spot per room. The only thing I would change is the door locks used regular keys, not key cards. Lost key cards are easily deactivated, where a regular key is not. Having towels available for the beach would be nice. The staff was polite and professional.

This is a very good hotel. We loved it. We will definitely come back. The staff is very nice and attentive. The pool is small but good and clean. Is 1 block from the beach and there is a lot of dining options.

Perfect location. 2 minute walking distance to the beach. They offer beach towels and chairs. The rooms are clean, cozy and comes with dishes? Stove, microwave and fridge. Affordable and accommodating. My go to everytime I'm in fort Lauderdale

This is our third time staying here. Location is great. Staff is friendly. They even gave me brand new right out of the box beach chairs to use during our stay. That was a nice bonus.

We love staying at Hollywood beachside boutique suites. The location is excellent, close to the Broadwalk and within walking distance of several restaurants! It’s a bummer they charge for parking, though.

Did not like how there was Termites on our beds, the kitchen sink and just bluntly everywhere when I got inside of the property. Should’ve asked for my refund back because it was unacceptable. Not to mention a big roach coming out of nowhere, no holes or anything. So where did that roach come from.

Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was somewhat clean. No complaints regarding linens or bathroom cleanliness. Floors jhad clearly not been vacuumed or mopped. Our room had hundreds of insects on the windowsill and they were crawling around the room. We cleaned them off, only to wake up to hundreds more. Fantastic location, but will not be staying here again.

I stayed on property 7/18-7/21/2025. Pros: clean, safe and great front desk staff. Cons: no phones in room to call front desk, if you are in unit 96 of the building, you get the loud noise from the hotel across the street generator, no full lenth mirror in the room, no towels for the beach, they were being washed at 11 am and would take an hour and a half to be ready and I WOKE UP ON THE LAST DAY TO HUGE ROACHES ALL OVER THE ROOM! They were every where!

Was expecting more for the price. The best part of this property was the location. Steps away from the beach. However, I was suprised they use a physical key to access your room. Who’s to say someone didn’t make a copy of your room key? Huge security issue. The rooms are a little outdated. Bed is obviously old. Room is clean. Front staff was okay. A little bit of rude and a little bit of nice.

It was a convenient and inexpensive place for us to spend the night before an early start to the airport the next day. Short walk to the beach and lots of food and dining options. The only negatives we had were that there was no coffee in our room or at the office and the mattress sagged on each side and the pillows were lumpy. We didn't sleep well unfortunately.

Rooms are very small. Bed was not that comfortable. No breakfast available. Place could use an upgrade. Air conditioner was noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful and it rally close to the beach.

We've stayed at Hollywood Beachside more than 6 times. We've stayed other places, but this is our favorite due to parking and location. We've had small rooms, but mostly the bigger suites, even when just staying for a long weekend. The rooms are always clean and the space is adequate. I just wish they'd furnish them better. The living area space usually has a daybed, tv and MIGHT have 1 or 2 uncomfortable chairs, designed for office sitting, not relaxing. Bathrooms usually don't have any space to put your personal belongings. BUT the kitchen and bathroom are always well equipped with everything we need. Staff is always nice and the areas are always kept clean. Luckily, we've never had an issue finding a parking space, but it can get difficult on the weekends.

The rooms are large and very clean, if slightly outdated. The bathroom is quite large and wheelchair accessible. However, the walls and doors are thin and you can hear any/all commotion next door or in the courtyard. The pool is a bit of a disappointment but the beach is a short walk away. Lots of restaurants and shops close by on the beach boardwalk too. For the price and location it was an acceptable choice.

Great location and good for a night before a flight. Lots of eating and short walk to the beach. We could not get wifi to connect to use our devices even after calling the front desk for help. Due to the t.v. being connected to wifi to be able to use, we were not even able to watch that. This was disappointing for us. The water for the shower had to run for a minimum of 10 min for hot water to run. If you want a clean bed and location close to the beach for a good price this is the place for you. Due to some glitches for us, one night before a flight was fine.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was close by everything, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The Boutique Hotel was simple but cute. The check-in front desk was very helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about the property and parking. My husband is currently going through cancer treatment and this was the perfect stay for him since it’s walking distance to the beach.

I enjoyed my stay at Hollywood Beachside Boutique. The late check-in was seamless, the room was comfortable, and the parking was good. We were really close to the beach, which was great. The only feedback that I would suggest is customer service training for the front desk staff. There appeared to be a cultural difference in communication. They often interpreted simple questions as challenging, and they became defensive, which made it difficult to get certain needs met. They became very defensive when asked questions.

We had a great stay it was amazing ! Our only issue was that we were staying for 4 nites after 2 nites we took the do nit disturb sign down and asked for clean towels the house keeping lady said ok but we never got them so i took to to the lady she didnt speak english and she dounded like she was yelling at me after her lectured me in spanish for about 3 min she finally gave me clean towels but would not give me clean wash cloths . Would totally stay again best part was the walk to the beach !

Service is excellent. Expedia canceled my hotel and offered a fleabag hotel for the week and no refund if I refuse. Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate. Booked 2 rooms originally, hotel brought in extra bed and did not charge for anything extra. They sent chocolate and wine to our room as a gift for the inconvenience which was not their mistake. Will not use Expedia again but will return to Hollywood Beach boutique hotel and suites for sure

This is a perfect location with very close access to lots of restaurants on the boardwalk and the marina. The rooms were a bit outdated but well looked after and had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels to take down to the beach for free. If you want a good sleep, try and get a room closer to the marina side as the rooms close to the beach are right behind a bar that plays loud music until late.

Perfect location!! Nice little area. Old villas but clean and close to everything! It's on the boardwalk where everything's going on. There's lots of restaurants, bars, live music, souvenir shops and the beach. I would stay there again.

I love staying at this property. Front desk staff are wonderful. Cold water to drink. Rooms are nice and clean with comfy beds and clean linens. Property is very close to loud nightlife. Mamacitas restaurant is on the corner and bumps until 4 am. Any time I’m in Hollywood Beach I will come back to this property.
