We had a nice one night stay. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre. The juice machine was out of order. The elevator was a little shaky but since there’s only 2 floors, we used the stairs. Check-in & check-out was easy and quick. I would choose this hotel again if I was to visit the area again.

If you want a clean, safe place to lay your head this place is great. They are weak on amenities and the room is very small -but it was everything I needed to get rest -overnight. It was sold-out when I was there and it was hard to reach the front desk -but it was still quiet despite the crowd. Parking is a bit of an issue- I would stay there again -but remember it is an absolutely NO FRILLS joint. 4 1/2 stars for cleanliness, ease of stay and comfort 0 out 5 for their "breakfast" and other amenities.

My Go-to spot it to get away!! Location has walkable gas station food and target/weg if needed. Complimentary breakfast has great options, service is super kind, rooms clean. Internet can be a little wonky at times but it’s free. Only thing I wish the side doors worked for the smoking areas, tried to be as polite to others as I could- but have to walk around the the back or front because the doors weren’t taking our key.

Room contained mini fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and television; a neatly made bed with an adequate number of pillows and a couch with a pull-out bed. The couch contained a multitude of stains and dog/cat hair; the two bar stools had white stains on them and dust on all all wooden legs. The workout/weight room was nice as it contained multiple treadmills and elliptical machines, dumbbell weights (from 5 lbs. to 50 lbs.) and yoga mats; yet, again the garbage can lacked a garbage bag, towels and sanitary wipes were not re-stocked, the TV did not turn on and the elliptical machines were not functioning. The hotel room and its bathroom smelled and contained visible mold/mildew. The bathroom, inclusive of sink, toilet, counters, light fixtures, shower and tub were filthy (i.e., thick layers of dust, black/brown mold, dirt, hair, etc.). The air conditioning unit was dangerously saturated with dust, which was verbally reported to the 'front desk manager' where I showed her photos due to my concerns that it posed a health & safety and/or fire hazard. Both filters had thick layers and clumps of dust; the coils also had dust, dirt and debris to such an extent that it was clear that the area was not dusted/cleaned for weeks, if not months. The complimentary breakfast was a nice amenity. When the front desk manager was informed of the room's condition (including photos) her response was simply, "thank you for letting me know;" no remedy offered :/.

Location was great to our venue, but bed pillows were square (?) & ended up with neck pain, TV would come in consistently (kept getting poor signal error message), back door entrance would not unlock with card key & juice machine was out of order for breakfast. Will not stay again.

Poor Amenities. Wi-Fi did not work on my iphone. Computer in lobby did not work. Pancake maker did not work. Very poor breakfast. Very expensive to stay here, no other options anywhere in the area.

Room was dirty there were bugs and spiders my 2 daughters were bitten not sure if it was bed bigs but threw everything in the washer and hot dryer as soon as we got home Room had a bad odor and security lock had previously been ripped off and repaired but questionably functional only the towels and sheets were clean Will NEVER stay here again

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet had feces in it and on the seat. Also the toilet and towels had hair on them. The front desk worker cleaned the bathroom herself to help us out. Which was nice.

Have stayed here several times prior, but this last time was disappointing. Stains all over the carpeting in the rooms and hallways. One of our 2 rooms had a non-functional wall thermostat. Front desk staff said it didn’t matter because it didn’t control the a/c unit anyway. Ok, then why is it there? Twice in 3 days I had to have a room key reprogrammed because it wasn’t working. Window was missing 1 sheer curtain and the hook on the bathroom door was not there (only a bracket where it used to be). Body soap container in shower was empty upon arrival. Housekeeping staff was very polite and kind.

Sheets were scratchy to the point where I had a hard time sleeping. Room was tiny, dated, and smelled musty. Check in was a hassle, took 30+ minutes due to a system issue they had. Breakfast was a few stale pastries. Got out as quickly as I could.

A solid midrange hotel that is in a good location if you're like me- I was not only visiting Rochester, but also Letchworth State Park and Niagara Falls (highly recommend both!). Quiet, clean, a huge TV and fridge/microwave, so you're comfortable after exploring. Very friendly staff.

The staff were great and really helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom vent fan didn’t work and the shower was very hot and couldn’t be adjusted. This left the room very muggy on 2 hot summer days.

The air conditioner in our room did not work properly and every time I called the desk the line was busy. My husband finally opened the window so we could get some air. I reported it the next morning and someone was sent to check on it. It was fixed but didn’t help us since we were checking out.

We liked the location, the room was clean, the restaurants were in walking distance. The only problem was we were here for 5 days our room was not cleaned until the 3rd day we had to ask housekeeping and the front desk to for clean towels and remove the trash. We finally got our room cleaned on the 4th day. For a 5 night stay our room should have been cleaned and stocked at least 2 days.

We stayed for a quick overnight on our travels and this hotel had everything we needed. Friendly staff, confy beds, pretty good coffee, breakfast was waffles and pastries, but they did have cheese omelets and boiled eggs in the fridge. The room was spacious and my kids loved the reading seat in the window seal.
