This place was perfect for our trip to Shere, Surrey. The staff was super friendly, nice & professional. The pub was perfect, the outdoor space by the water was charming, the rooms & bed super comfortable. It was very lively as they had trivia night & locals joined. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

A beautiful pub and inn with a gorgeous beer garden next to the sounds of a babbling brook. The room was full of character and spacious enough for the three of us, but as it is an old building, we could hear the other guests walking and talking the floor above us. The pub was nice for dinner. Thanks!

Lovely room, food and very friendly staff. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Love the outside area where we ate dinner and breakfast. There is a stream/river running through the garden which adds to the whole atmosphere of the place.

A really lovely stay - took my mum (80) for the night; very friendly staff from arrival onwards, and we had beautiful rooms in the Cottage - clean, super pretty and really well provided for. A lovely walk around Albury then dinner at the Drummond. Busy, lively vibe but again excellent service and really tasty food. We'll definitely be back.

Stayed here for an overnight business trip to the area. Room was spacious, clean and nicely finished. Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated having a big tower fan in the room as it was a vey hot day when I stayed. Staff were very friendly on check-in & check-out. As I arrived late and left early I didnt actually eat in the restaurant, but the food I saw being served up when I arrived looked very nice. Would happily stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Really lovely B&B (pub with rooms) in peaceful part of Surrey. Room was very spacious, very sympathetically renovated, with a lovely modern bathroom. Food quality and service was excellent both for dinner and breakfast the next morning.

Beautiful room and very spacious. Loved the small sofa in front of the television which made it into a mini lounge as well as bedroom. Clean modern bathroom. Room and bathroom beautifully decorated. Location superb with lovely secret garden. Would definitely stay here again. Meal was also very nice.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel for 2 nights. We had the family room which was great for travel with children as the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) were separate from eachother. The grounds were quaint and peaceful! A trip to remember. Another great convenience was the Albury village store being just side by side with the hotel for all our extra needs! Thank you Drummond at Albury

We were really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved our room and had decent pillows!! We had an Excellent dinner, a very attentive waiter & the breakfast was really good. Delicious pork sausage & bacon! Thank you for a lovely stay .

A beautiful cosy pub with lots of excellent drink choices. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and all amenities were of real quality. It is located in a beautiful village surrounded by plenty of other equally beautiful villages. The staff were friendly, accommodating and easy to talk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant for hiking and visiting Guildford. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The food is quite expensive, though and initially I was charged for a glass of wine that was part of my menu. No fuss about it, however, and the bill was rectified. Good overall experience!

Decent pub. Lovely staff. Good size room Comfy bed Nice bathroom Carpet desperately in need of a change. Shame it r really let the room down Good food selection Poor food availability ! No chips. Breakfast items runout. This is a kitchen specific issue. Not good enough overall to draw us back and this is largely because of the massive kitchen let down

Great food lunch and dinner were really good. However the full breakfast made with excellent ingredients and looked perfectly was delicious. Friendly and professional staff made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The expectations set by the website were justified and we were very pleased with our stay.

I wanted to see Albury for its history. I selected the Drummond for its location. The Drummond was a great place to stay, and the food, magnificent.

A beautiful cosy pub with lots of excellent drink choices. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and all amenities were of real quality. It is located in a beautiful village surrounded by plenty of other equally beautiful villages. The staff were friendly, accommodating and easy to talk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel due to no chef on Christmas day, REFUND REQUIRED FOR THIS, thank you...... However, hotel room was excellent and I enjoyed a great sleep, the best for months.

Nice hotel full of charm and character with excellent front of house staff. Spoilt somewhat by room not being as clean as it might be and limited facilities, e.g., inadequate mirrors in bathroom. Breakfast excellent, dinner ordinary.

Lovely pub, terrible male management - made multiple mistakes on our drinks, still charged us and refused to give an itemised bill and lied saying they'd email one. Forced us to pay significantly more due to their multiple mistakes. Also the male manager refused to take our orders in the booked area outside, despite this being part of the service that is offered when any other member of staff is working. Lazy git. Pub I would recommend. Male management, I would not. Expect to pay more for their mistakes.
