Organice un viaje con clientes, marca y artistas de México. Nunca mandaron un correo ni avisaron que todo el lugar lobby recepción etc estaba en remodelación. CALOR! Humedad, suciedad, trabajadores, ruido de herramientas. Teníamos que entrar por la cocina a un front desk; el personal se veía acalorado, solo un recepcionista por turno, con el hotel lleno, temporada alta, tomorrowland. Y EXPEDIA NO HIZO NADA, le mandé desde mi check-in fotos y la situación y nunca me contestaron ni hicieron nada. Due to renovations the reception is difficult to find and the only access is through a large group of smokers. This was extremely difficult when carrying luggage. The receptuon staff are not permanently on duty. We had to wait to collect our keys whilst the receptionist finished a meal break. We had already completed the check in on line.

Nothing like the photo, the courtyard was scruffy and unkempt. There was refurbishment in progress so there was no foyer, social area or bar. The dining room was like a school canteen. On the plus side the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms also good. It is extremely convenient for the station and the metro into the grand place, however as usual the area around is extremely scruffy with several homeless beggars.

Very convenient location to the station and receptionist of the hotel was friendly and helpful when I had to change rooms due to broken electrics. The hotel is currently under renovation so the bar is self-service and there was no evening restuarant. The surrounding area has fast food options. But I wouldn't feel too safe wandering the area after dark.

The TV don’t works. The receptionist was very rude. The blanket was broken and has a red spot… awful smell at the bed. The enter of the hotel is the smoking area, and is close, so if don’t smoke, you will have to smoke.

Hotel is close to train station and was easy to locate. Check in was fast and staff was mostly friendly. We stayed in a corner room, 516 and while the room was spacious it was a bit dirty. There were questionable stains on the carpet and bedding and chair in the room. Blood stains on the sheets and the bed only had two very small flat pillows. We requested additional pillows. Bathroom - the toilet did not flush well and we had to flush 6-7 times each time. The windows had shades but one was broken. Room had literally no hotel information for guests which I found bizarre. Some of the staff was lovely and very friendly and some were frankly rude. I’d stay again simply because of the location and nice breakfast buffet.

Service was amazing! Property was super convenient to the train station. Had no heat in our first room, staff was above and beyond to move us. The carpet DESPERATELY needs to be replaced or at least cleaned, it’s disgusting in the hallways. Otherwise, this property is really nice. It’s the staff that makes this property so great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Brussels. The room was spacious, with high ceilings that made it feel even more comfortable and elegant. The room was lovely, as we're the staff... But there was only ever one man on reception at a time. Both we saw were lovely and professional and doing the best they could but it lead to long waits to check in, check out and pick up our bags before we left. On the Saturday night there was also some very loud women in the courtyard until about midnight which echoed up and even though the window was closed it made it sound like they were right outside the window even though we were on the fourth floor

When i made my booking i asked for one thing: a quiet room far from the elevators. Guess which room they gave me?! The first one right in front of the elevators... So the constant noise of people coming and going was guaranteed! The room was a bit cramped, while the bathroom was very large. The area where the hotel is located is VERY dodgy! Second bad experience i ve had with a radisson hotel, there will not be a third because i m never staying in one of their hotels ever again.

The A/C was not working in many rooms around the hotel. They changed us 3 times from one room to another, but all the rooms had the same problem, and we ended up sleeping without A/C. They offered us free breakfast to compensate the inconvenience.

The reception was cold and bordering rude and dismissive. We arrived about 5 minutes to 3 pm (the stated check-in time) and were told that the rooms would not be ready for 20-25 minutes. There was no welcome, no apology for the delayed availability of the rooms, no smile. Coming from countries where the service sector is key to the economy, we know good customer service and the reception we received at Park Inn Brussels was missing the mark by far. There was a change in front desk clerk and the first one did not even advise the new one that we were awaiting our rooms. At about 3:30 pm we approached the desk and had to restart the processes. Still there was no apology. The second clerk was keen to advise us that checkout is at noon with no consideration that we waited for more than 30 minutes to check in. On our next visit, we will not subject ourselves to this type of treatment again. We are on a multi-city European tour and the service in all the other hotels was significantly superior to this service at Park Inn Brussels. We are indeed very disappointed! It is a pity that such a nice facility will miss out on future business because of the poor service.

The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the room was spacious. The train station is right across the street which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was limited, not really worth the 23€. It was a bit confusing finding the entrance to the hotel. The signs on the outer walls do not match the name of the hotel, and you have to go through this little courtyard area to get to the hotel entrance. Also the area around the hotel is very dirty, but that seems to be normal in European cities.

The hotel itself is excellent and staff were lovely, however PLEASE invest in lighting around entrance. It is impossible to find at night as you need to walk through an unlit courtyard. Very disconcerting as a solo female traveller. The sign has no lighting at all.

Passamos apenas uma noite neste hotel. O objetivo era estarmos perto da estação de Midi porque tínhamos autocarro para o aeroporto Charleroi no dia seguinte. Ficando perto da estação, fica relativamente longe do centro histórico (cerca de 30 minutos a pé). Quarto amplo, cama confortável, casa de banho funcional, pequeno-almoço variado e de qualidade e funcionários simpáticos. O preço não é barato: mais de 200€ para duas pessoas, com pequeno-almoço.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem em frente à estação Brussels Midi, o que facilitou bastante o deslocamento de trem e também o acesso ao transporte público da cidade. O quarto era confortável e de bom tamanho, com banheiro igualmente agradável e funcional. O café da manhã foi excelente, com bastante variedade de opções — desde pães e frios até frutas frescas, sucos e itens quentes. De forma geral, foi uma estadia muito boa, com tudo funcionando bem e atendendo às expectativas. Uma escolha prática e conveniente para quem deseja se hospedar em Bruxelas com facilidade de locomoção.

I loved this hotel and would stay here again. My room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and made excellent suggestions, and the breakfast was incredible. Really, get the breakfast. The location is perfect if you are traveling through Brussells-Midi (also known as Brussels-Zuid or Brussels South). It's a 30 second walk across the street from the hotel to the train station—15 seconds if there's no traffic. The only weird thing: the halls were dingy. I don't go to hotels for the hallways, so that was ok.
