room is outdated but very clean and spacious, great bay view. Location is excellent.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Clean room with an excellent view! The breakfast buffet was full of choices with break coffee!!

There were only four irons available at this hotel and many people were staying for a conference. People took the irons to their room and did not return them. I suggest that an iron be put in the laundry permanently so that people can iron their clothes. It was very inconvenient. Cleaning staff were very friendly.
