This was THE BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. We stayed in the ‘Mizuho Western Room with Open Air Bath, Mt. Fuji View’. From start to finish, everything was spot on - the staff were all super friendly and attentive, the room was immaculate, the views of Fuji from our private onsen were stunning (very lucky with the weather) and the food (Kaiseki meals served in-room) was incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special stay!

The spa both the one and the one. And that's on the 10th floor exclusively for guests are beautiful and well maintained.

The room was absolutely beautiful! The private open onsen inside our room was breathtaking. We had a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. The staff was so kind and accommodating! We loved the drum show and the breakfast inside the Garden Terrace. I loved this stay so much. Will definitely come back.
