Great Location, Great Value, Great Staff. Located a short 2 minute walk from Fujisan station, this hotel is decently convenient for the budget conscious traveler, as the Fujikyu line every 30min connects to FujiQ Highland as well as the tourist destination of Fuji Kawaguchiko station. There are also free buses for guests that travel to the same locations.

Convenient location, just a few minutes walk to Fujisan Station, where we took the bus to Fuji Mt. Subaru line 5th Station. There is bus stop for free shuttle to FujiQ and Kawaguchiko station to serve hotel guest within specfic time. The common area is neat and clean. Double room is spatious, and in-room facilities are relatively simple and basic. Concierge staffs are very helpful. Buffet breakfast is simple. The area around the hotel is rather quiet, no nearby convenient stores/super market.

This is a great place to base yourself if staying in Fujiyoshida. The hotel is within five minutes easy walking of Fujisan (Mt. Fuji) station and the rooms are clean and very spacious. There are also two coin laundry machines in the lobby which came in very handy. There are multiple dining options in the vicinity and even Gekkoji and Shimoyoshida stations are within thirty minutes walking distance.

Great service with wonderful view to Mt. Fuji. We have the top floor facing Mt. Fuji and was lucky enough to see it when we wake up in the morning. Amazing view with great service and the breakfast is also great with a mix of Japanese and western style items. Staffs ware friendly and room are clean and updated. They also have shuttle service to tourists locations around the area.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in Fujiyoshida. It is close to Fuji station, which is very convenient to go to Kawaguchiko station, Fuji-Q or the famous pagoda with the Mount Fuji view. The breakfast is very good, with a good set of options and a nice view from the restaurant. The room is cozy and we used the free shuttle to go to an onsen in the first day we arrived, which is very convenient. Recommended!

Nice and clean hotel. Was worried about smaller mattress sizes from what I saw from other Japan hotels but this one was fine for 2 people and expected coming from Canada. Super close to a train/bus station, also provided a free shuttle to get around the common locations around Lake Kawaguchi. Can view Mount Fuji from our room.

I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to Mt. Fuji Station, and the buses, that the hotel included breakfast and wi-fi, and the room, and bathroom, were both very spacious. The staff and service were welcoming and very hospitable. However, there were rust spots in the bathroom, which made it seem like it wasn’t clean, and the hotel is not located around a lot of restaurants, shopping places, or convenient stores. It was a lot of walking to those places.

Budget friendly but budgeted a little too hard on this one. Was extremely outdated. The bathroom was disgusting and the curtain had mold on it and smelt horrible when we tried to shower. I would not stay here again, instead, stay by Lake Kawaguchiko.

It’s inexpensive, the breakfasts is good with many choices. It’s clean. The staffs are nice. The Mt Fuji view is wonderful and a nice surprise. The only downside is the shower curtain is dirty and moldy, it should be changed.

walkable with luggage to the fujisan station, which you can then take highway bus from/to tokyo the breakfast was amazing, buffet style and has everything the old lady who worked there was so nice one of the few japan hotel where i can get coffee easily for breakfast staff kindly help us to call taxi when we request room is huge, the room key is manual but it doesn't bother us

I didn't rate the breakfast as I didn't partake on it so I cannot leave a review on it. The place was convenient and was easy to get to. Check in was easy and staff were very accommodating. My knowledge with the Japanese language was close to none but the staff were able to speak English well enough. The room was clean however there is an odd smell due to the age of the room. It is not a bad smell at all but it does smell the room was well aged. The aircon also doesn't cool enough that it gets quiet heated if the season is warm. I give it a 4 stars as the inconvenience weren't deal breakers and the price were also reasonable to what amenities was provided. The room was more spacious than what I stayed at in the Tokyo or Osaka for less price. The toilet/bathroom has a bidet, bath tub, hot water, toothbrush, and more basic toiletries. I definitely would stay again when visiting Mt Fuji. Transportation wise - it is a 5-10 minute bus ride to Kawaguchiko Station. Very Convenient.

El cuarto es bastante amplio, tiene hasta un closet y una mesita de centro, tiene todas las amenidades esperadas. Las camas son cómodas y amplias, hay varias conexiones y te dejan una extensión en el cuarto. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren Mt Fuji llegas caminando muy rápido, la zona es bastante tranquila. La vista al Fuji es a medias porque el cuarto estaba en el segundo piso y solo vimos arbustos.

Very close to Fujisan Station so easy access to transport including the free FujiQ loop bus. Breakfast was excellent. You can see Fuji from your room too! Rooms themselves were pretty and well appointed. Only complaint is the walls were a bit thin so you have to pray you don't get noisy neighbours.

This is a great hotel near the Mt Fuji train station, their included breakfast was our favourite of our entire Japan trip. My only note would be that it was a little disappointing they were unable to accommodate luggage storage overnight for us as we climbed Mt Fuji for one night and the train station nearby doesn’t have a lot of large lockers so it left us scrambling on our holiday to figure that out. Additionally, this area feels more residential and the more touristy area is near Kawaguchiko train station.

A lot of guests coming here are for hiking up Mt. Fuji and staying one night at the mountain huts. They need to park their car and store luggage at the hotel for one more night. However the staff refused, even the guests were willing to pay extra.

The staff are a disgrace . They did not accommodate us and were rude. We do not recommend this hotel. There were 12 of us in 8 rooms, we were bird watchers. They would not allow to hold a meeting in their meeting room. They would only allow us to use 4 tables, on the proviso we kept the noise to a minimum ( we are birdwatchers, not football hooligans) we were told not too be anything and Frankly felt very unwanted in the hotel. Please use other hotels there are many. I personally left a towel to dry in my room and the cleaner folded it up WET and put it into the bathroom. Not recommended, and certainly not for groups over 60-85 year olds. Everything was a problem, even getting change for the washer you are interrogated as to what you want the change for.

Perfect location. Pity Mount Fuji was covered by cloud as it rained throughout our stay. Room was fairly bare but did have everything you need, bar the aircon, which was just heat or fan and seemed to blow hot either way. So we just opened the window a touch. Breakfast was, again, Japanese heavy, but to be expected. Staff, as usual throughout Japan, were lovely.

One friendly member at check-in and that's all the friendless that you may expect from the staff. The hotel is clean but it shows signs that is has not been renovated in the last years. The bed is nice. The breakfast has a very few western options (croissant and pain au chocolat were the only options of bread, for example). I may look for other options in the neighborhood next time I visit the area.

A very nice place, just 3min walk from Fujisan train station. Escape from the crowd in Kawaguchiko area. Many underrated restaurants nearby without waiting. A small shopping mall with Daiso and Muji at the Fujisan train station.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zum, auf und um den Mt. Fuji. Bahnhof und Bushalt und Touri-Info in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen (wir hatten ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer). Das Frühstück, im Kantinenstyle, ist eher japanisch/asiatisch geprägt und war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.
