This property was a little dated compared to some of the others we have stayed at. However, it was very clean and the customer service was top notch. The view of Mt. Fuji from the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The onsen was quite peaceful and relaxing with a mix of hotel guests and locals from the public. Lots of food options near the hotel and the breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. Great service from the front desk. Short walk to Fuji-Q from the hotel. Would stay here again for sure!

大浴場に行く際ロッカーキーを受付で貰わないといけないという説明がなかった。知らずに大浴場に行き、ロッカーが空いてないから空くまで何時間も待つことになり時間の無駄になった。

入口が少しわかりにくかった。温泉施設と食事処とフロントが一緒なのもあり。ただ、温泉施設と食事処が一体化しており館内着で行けたり、温泉施設が無料になったりは便利。温泉施設の分部屋はシャワーのみだがその分、洗面台とトイレが広くてよい。服を掛けたりするところが少なかった。

Clean and big room. I booked a room with no Mount Fuji view but was surprised in the morning when I opened the window and Mt Fuji was there to see and what a view it was. Staff were very helpful and respectful. Onsen was free to use.

Room/atmosphere somewhat dated but clean and fine and priced accordingly. Towels were thin and scratchy. Staff had very limited English but somehow we were able to communicate. They were able to call a taxi on several occasions which was much appreciated. We booked a room with a view of Mt Fuji. We woke up to an unobstructed, amazing view of Mt Fuji!

C’est le logement le moins qualitatif que nous ayons fait au Japon. La literie est vraiment inconfortable alors que nous ne sommes pas difficiles : matelas dur comme de la brique et coussin très plat. Le point positif est l’onsen (facturé 1200 Y si vous n’êtes pas client de l’hôtel) avec son extérieur mais ne pas se fier aux photos : en profitant des bains, on ne voit pas le mont Fuji à cause des barrières (il faut être debout pour le voir). Il y avait peu de monde à l’onsen quand nous y étions en mai, mais au vu du nombre de casier à l’entrée, il doit parfois y avoir beaucoup de monde et cela doit être dérangeant. Chambre vieillotte et salle de bain également. Petit dej en option pour 1200Y.

入浴施設は以前より何度か利用させていただいていてサウナもあり露天風呂もあり大変良いと思います。施設内に焼肉店があり利用いたしましたが、安くておいしかったです。また、テグタンスープをいただきましたが具材に干しダラが入っていて大変、美味しかったです。一つ残念なことは、エレベーター前のお部屋を用意していただいたのですが、部屋にいると廊下で普通にしゃべっている人の声が筒抜けでこれはちょっといただけないな～と思いました。部屋の声も同じように筒抜けと思うので夜リラックスするにはちょっとしんどかったです。

L’établissement est vieux mais bien entretenu. Les bains étaient très agréables. La chambre donnait sur la mont Fuji. Pour les points négatifs, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. On entend les autres voyageurs. L’établissement est également un peu mal placé, à 20min à pied de la gare de bus Fuji Q ou de la gare de train Mont Fuji. Il faut donc marcher !

While the property and surrounding area were clean, exciting, and accessible, the property staff were not accommodating to my partner and I. We came to the restaurant at 21:55 knowing that the restaurant closes at 23:00. The restaurant staff informed us the kitchen would close at 22:00, and we agreed to sit and quickly place an order. However, moments later (before 22:00) the staff informed us that they would not take our order at all. The hotel staff were unwilling to advocate for us as guests to have the restaurant staff serve us. We were unable to find any food on-site following this interaction. This experience left us with a bad impression, and a concern that this treatment was because we are foreign visitors.

About a 20 minute walk from Mt. Fuji station, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. There are buses throughout the area running every 20-30 minutes. It's very much a suburb/rural area. The hotel has a great view of Fuji-san and great value with the onsen facilities in the hotel. Be sure to double check if you booked a smoking room or not.

It was quite clean and onsen was nice. We could see Mt. Fuji from our window. It was quite near to Fuji-Q Highland. Quite few restaurant were near by and a convenience store was just cross the road also, Daison(100yen shop) was next door. The restaurant in the hotel was very good.
