I had an oppointment outside the city and asked the lady at the receptionist could they hold my luggage for 2 hrs to i come back . I would stay again because of her help an understanding .:)

The reception is open from 7.30 am till 12 then from 6pm till 10:30 pm, 7 days a week. Check in outside the reception hours would be self-check-in and all the info will be sent to you one day before your Arrival No Locals (Must have a passport) Cancellation policy is 7 days. If you do not cancel and are a no show then you will be charged the first nights accommodation for each guest unless it is a non refundable booking - then you will be charged the whole amount. For guests wishing to extend their stay here with us, a full non refundable payment must be paid to secure your bed for the extended period. We do not refund after you have checked in and paid. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOSTEL You may not bring non guests onto the premises at any time during your stay. If you book a non refundable booking and your credit card is declined, we put the beds back online and the booking will be cancelled. We only accept international guests at our Hostel and an international passport must be presented upon check in. We do not accept government welfare recipients. This is not a worker's hostel.
