They are in the process of updating the hotel. Which is good because it does need it. Parking was a little tight. Front desk/check in was great. Even had fresh cookies. Room was ok, nothing spectacular but it was clean. I think some parts have already been refreshed. It was a little hard to tell. Chef didn’t show so a sack breakfast which was adequate. We had 2 small dogs and there wasn’t really any specific area for them but we found some dirt close by. I’d probably stay another time as the remodel should make this an ok place to stay.

very quiet...other places you hear everything. Totally quiet stay Parking is terrible, working on the front entrance hard to get around. But loved the place coming back in June will certainly stay here

Well upon arrival the hotel was under renovation and they had a mess everywhere. Got to the room and our room had no room number so we just had to figure it out in our own. Next half the plugs in the room didn’t work including the blow dryer and iron! Bathroom had mold as well. Not happy at all checked out early and had to stay at another hotel! Will not stay there again.

The hotel was being remodeled during our visit so it was dusty and noisy. Most of the elevators were out of service and work started early at 7 a.m. We did not have a relaxing stay.

The hotel is getting remodeled so i got a little nervous because the check in area was bad but all that changed when I entered my room! So pretty & comfy & my favorite part is they dont come knocking down your door at check out! Will definitely stay here again

The hotel was ok. There was a lot of little things that needed to be fixed in the room in terms of shower fixture etc. More importantly the breakfast area was closed all weekend Saturday and Sunday sign said for renovations so Saturday was a brown bag with a school lunch frozen burrrito and a box juice. No Clue what Sunday was but it was in a brown bag at the front desk. One of the reasons I booked was because of the breakfast.There were commercials for comfort Inn and Suites showing a full breakfast these were commercials I saw during my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites I was dissapointed. . I paid $ 114.00 per night for a gas station breakfast. I could have stayed at Motel 6 for $65.00 per night with no breakfast. I will not stay there again. My son is stationed at Fort Bliss I will frequent El Paso frequently. Steer clear of the location on Gateway Blvd.

The floors and the light switches were dirty did not feel comfortable without cleaning them myself the bed was horrible me and mt wife woke up hruting there was now curtains covering the blinds mking it hard hard to sleep with all the light in the roo.

While rye bed was comfortable, the pillows were small and rock hard. They have security lighting in their parking lot but thin white blinds on the windows so it’s like daylight in the room all night. They need black out curtains. This is a pet friendly hotel, but unlike other pet-friendly hotels, there was no where close where our dog could relieve herself. The pressure in the shower was excellent and it is a nice, quiet hotel. Just needs some upgrades. Looks like they have been renovating the rooms and our bathroom had spilled paint drips on the floor and some smashed plaster debris.

Staff was nice at check in. The pictures online do not look like the actual hotel. Our room 107 was not great. The bed had a pretty good dip, sleep wasnt easy due to that. The toilet would randomly fill in the middle of the night and there were little flying bugs in the bathroom. The wall thermostat didnt work. Positives, bedding was clean and towels clean. Water was hot and ac was very cold. Pretty good steak house within walking distance. And Starbucks is like a 3 minute walk so not have reg coffee at the hotel wasnt too big of a deal.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. It was fine for a one night stay. My biggest complaint is that the blinds in my room were broken and street light right outside the window lit up the room all night.

The room only had blinds which did not block any light in the room, no curtains very hard to sleep with the very bright parking lot lights, which are great for security, but not for sleeping. Our room was like daylight the entire time. No sleep was able to be had.

I stayed here for a night, and it was a nice property to be at. It was relatively quiet at night and the hotel room was clean. The only “issue” is that the window has blinds to help with privacy but it doesn’t have a curtain so even with all the lights off, it’s still really bright in the room. I wouldn’t mind coming here again.

No curtains on the windows and bright parking lot lights make it impossible to sleep if you are light sensitive. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee pots but empty. No once but multiple times. 3rd floor breakfast room. Very inconvenient. Breakfast however was good.

There was no internet connection at all. In the evening, when we checked in, they said they're restarting the router. On the morning, no internet again and the staff told me that the problem is in my iPhone because their wireless has a problem with iPhones. When I told them that I couldn't connect to my laptop neither, they said the problem is in my devices. However, my husband's Samsung phone couldn't connect neither. I had an important online meeting and the staff advised me to go to Starbucks, which I taught was very disappointing. Why am I paying for a room with internet when I have to look for another place to get internet (and drive to there early in the morning)?

My big complaint was nothing to block the lighted parking lot and huge sign out side. Seemed like day light all night. Clean comfortable and friendly otherwise.

When I checked in, their card machine wasn’t working right. I was charged the deposit 2x. When I told them about it, they said I’d get it back when I check out. I hope so. The girl checking me in, didn’t give me any directions to my room or tell me anything about breakfast, WiFi, nothing. Their front desk people need some more training. The room was great, clean, and nice.

Customer service skills were poor at the front desk. Gentleman, talked over me and made it about himself, explaining that what he was doing was first. I had just come in from a 5-hour drive and was looking forward to settling in to rest up before a scheduled business meeting. If it wasn't for this experience my rating would be "great' across the board.

Jason at the front desk was great. I checked in the microwave was not working he came to check. He brought another one because it wasn’t working then one he brought wasn’t working either. So he got us a new room an that shows great customer service.
