I liked how quiet it was and how the room was nice and clean . The ac we had in our room was really loud and annoying and we had some issues with our toilet filling back up . The ice maker was broken and the pool was dirty so we couldn’t swim

It was decent for an older property. The service was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Even asking about my room. Quiet however the parking was a headache and the ice machine didn't work. In a pinch still would recommend.

When booking the room I did put in there for it to be on the bottom floor because my mom is handicap. However, that didn’t get saved on the reservation so they put us upstairs then we go to the pool there’s no chairs no tables for anyone to sit down again my mom’s handicap she’s still trying to live so there needs to be chairs. I go to tell them the one girl at the front was really nice. She was the only one that could speak English. I was asking the other women questions and they told me no English. We ended up having to call my mom and ambulance because she wasn’t able to breathe from going up and down the stairs.

The parking lot was clean and well lit. But the room had flooring trim undone that could be a trip hazard. While watching TV on 2 different occasions roaches ran up the wall from behind TV. Hair dryer was not working as per other reviews, so sounds like an ongoing and unaddressed issue. Had housekeeping knock on our door at 9:30 a.m. when check out is not until 11 a.m.!

Pictures of the facility is way off, people actually living in the rooms full time, quite odd people, dirty sidewalks trash over filled, i would not recommend staying there

The A/C worked, that was the positive. The doors didn’t have a safety lock, one of the rooms we booked had an inch gap when the door was closed that you could see outside though. The bedding was old,stained, and had burn holes in them. The towels were more like terry towels. We woke up to roaches crawling on the walls and the hotel gave off an overall unsafe feeling. Would not recommend.

Hotel is cheap, in reasonable repair, nice to have vinyl plank flooring instead of dirty carpet. It was quiet, and air conditioning worked well. However mattress moves every time you turn over, and, since some rooms are smoking rooms, every hotel room smells like a trace of smoke, and the bathroom towels were nasty with the smell of smoke.

Motel 6 in Freeport was and has always been a great place to stay .. They even let me check in before 3 and didn't charge me the 20 that other hotels demanded.. Thanks Motel 6 Freeport ❤️😁

I reserved a king bed smoking room. Was given a double bed non smoking. But the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Nice location, excellent price. Overall i will definitely go here again. They even recommended a nice restaurant which was next door and even told us the best place to go fish and a nice bait shop. Staff made the experience excellent.
