Seems like you’re a bit short staffed in the dining room, but the servers were doing their best to ensure a good experience 😊

We were shocked by the $75 fee for each pet, each night. I did not see this fee detailed on the hotel's website. We have two dogs, so $150 for one night. This is outrageous. My intent was to stay an extra night, as we had been traveling for two days, with one more day of travel after our stay. A day to relax would have been nice. But an additional $150 for another night was out of the question.

We were moving across country and had our truck full and our boat with us, it was nice that we felt secure due to the fact that there is a police officer patrolling the parking lots at night. Very nice place to stay.

Overpriced. 1 elevator was out of service so long wait times. Breakfast is scant and should be free with a hotel at this price point. Location is good, close to restaurants and highway

Good hotel. Happy for EV charging

Advertised EV charging. No EV charging on site. You can charge at the hotel next door, if it is not full. Except that charger is broken. I asked for a room far from the elevator so it would be quiet. They put me across the hall from the pool.

Perfect stay..quiet relaxing. Very attentive front desk. Good dinner...never had to leave the hotel which worked out perfectly.

Construction on the roof was very loud and when we requested to be moved to a different room they first said no because we booked it with Hotel.com. Since when do we get reduced costumer service for booking on hotels.com? I pushed and they moved us but it was disappointing compared to other experiences at a Hilton. The pool was also out of service the one night we were there so my son was disappointed.

Very happy with our room. We booked the room with more room to move around with a walker or wheelchair. Walk in shower was wonderful and extra room between the beds to fit a walker. Staff at check in was wonderful and helpful and sever/bartender on the lounge was awesome

Great clean place to stay!

I had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa. It was quiet, very clean, with a great breakfast and lovely spacious lobby. Overall a great stay. The only negative feedback I have is the hotel receptionist was on the phone when I was trying to check out and she never once acknowledged my presence. I stood there for a few minutes and finally, decided to put my luggage in my truck and come back. She was still on the phone when I came back, but managed to let me know that she would send me my receipt by email. Hotel staff are a reflection of the hotel and the Hilton brand. Don't forget to treat your customers as you would like to be treated.

So many fixtures in that bathroom were rusty and the furniture just seemed old and dusty, I probably will never stay here again. If the hotels looked the way it did, I would at least expect free breakfast. If the target is middle class families, then the look of the hotel must match that.

The expectation with nice accommodations such as this is that the mattresses and pillows provided will mean a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately that was not the case which is a shame because other than that the stay was quite nice.

Rooms are outdated stains on floors, broken AC shower curtain dirty although I had a reservation the room they put me in was nonfunctional & hot of course I said no after paying the amount I did I want staying in a room like this went downstairs got into a heated discussion with the hotel representatives he was unaware about the room so I wait until he placed me in another room he said it was a upgrade but hunni the lights didn’t work and I couldn’t lock the door without holding the door handle down He did attempt to help me unlike the other reps but after traveling I was tired and wanted to sleep he offer a discount for the remaining nights but blame me bc I made my reservation through hotels.com so I didn’t get a discount even after requesting to talk with the manager for the horrible check in process I will never stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend anyone visiting Tulsa OK to stay at this hotel the appearance when u walk in is nice but the rooms don’t display the same appearance no complimentary breakfast and they charge you fee just in case you decide to eat at the restaurant so they can charge it to your room at check in I’m still waiting on my refund! just a hot mess money gripping hotel I do not recommend this hotel

Hilton used to have pretty nice locations. The pillows were flatter than pancakes, the fitted sheet didn’t fit so it kept coming off in the middle of the night, bathroom sink took forever to drain. Front desk staff was friendly. However, we won’t stay here again

Clean and well kept hotel. Service was nice and prompt. We had ants in the bathroom but we didnt notice until the morning. Nothing got in our luggage. Overall not bad.

Basic room. Old and a bit disappointing even for what it is. The best part was the wait staff at breakfast who were just lovely.

The room was great! Very comfortable. I think the breakfast should be included as we thought we had it being an Hilton Honors member and found out this morning it was $14 per person.

Guest placed next door had dog that started barking from 5:30 AM on. Paid full rate but hotel refused any comp on Breakfast.

Overall good noise was the problem. Until about 3am doors slamming and arguing I p and down the halls. Followed by having to listen to tbe "making up" after. Very thin walls. Othrr than that ......good,clean friendly

The lobby is amazing the whole hotel is amazing. Just was disappointed in the bed and pillow that was provided

This was a pretty normal stay at a nice hotel. Except i made a mistake with my reservation. It was my fault, but the mansger was very nice and worked with me to take some of the sting out of foul up. Her demeanor has made me into a fan, and this Hilton will be my go to in Tulsa.

My wife and I poped in for a quock overnight pit-stop while on a work trip. The online processes was quick and easy. The late night desk associate was freindly and accommodating.

There was a tornado warning during the stay and staff were helpful by showing the shelter in place area and keeping everyone updated.

Came in to town for a funeral, the location was perfect, girl at the desk very kind!

Love this hotel and the staff. Very friendly and take excellent care of this property. Kids love it here, too. We come every March to visit the Gathering Place from Edmond.

Staff at the front desk supper friendly. Not a fan of the Breakfast to expensive for what you get at other hotels that’s complementary would be different if fresh cooked breakfast. Go eat at a restaurant for better food.
