Al llegar a hacer el check in el viernes 21 a las 15:00 hrs nos comunican que la piscina al aire libre se encontraba cerrada debido a un evento privado. Nadie nos aviso con anticipación y dada la alta temperatura de 30 grados esto era muy valorado. Además el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien por lo que la temperatura de la habitación no bajó de los 24 grados centígrados. Finalmente, al hacer el check out había una diferencia en el valor de un servicio de masajes lo que se debía a un impuesto que no estaba informado en ninguna parte.

The hotel aims to be high end, prices are very high but the quality of products, the range of services is not in line with the prices. A few examples: - breakfast had a good variety but most of items were not the best quality. Didn’t have pancakes or waffles or any sweet hot products. Avocado needed to be paid separately, same for fresh orange juice… on a USD 230/night? - gim was pretty basic, didn’t even have a mat or kettle bell, and it was locked at 9:30 on a Sunday morning, I needed to wait more almost 10 minutes for them to open the door (was supposedly 24/7) - no restaurant available, just rooftop bar with basic options - on the room, they charged for bottled water and Dolce gusto Nescafé… that was my first! Usually you get a Nespresso machine and a few free capsules. It is a nice location, surrounded by excellent restaurants, but the service you get is too basic for the price you pay.

O hotel é bom, mas precisa de muitas manutenções. O nosso quarto estava com o trinco da janela quebrada. Nós fomos no inverno e a porta/janela do banheiro que era de frente para o terraço não fechava por completo, ficava uma brecha por onde entrava um ar muito frio, era muito ruim ir no banheiro de madrugada, porque o frio era enorme. A jacuzzi que tinha no terraço estava bem velha, era difícil de ligar porque os botões já estavam todos apagados e tinha que ficar apertando várias vezes até funcionar. Fora isso, o quarto era bem amplo, a vista era linda. O café da manhã é bom e a equipe é muito simpática. Ficamos no quarto 801 e a vista da jacuzzi para as cordilheiras era de tirar o fôlego de tão lindo. O Room Service também é muito bom e o restaurante que fica no terraço é um dos melhores de Santiago. O hotel também fica muito próximo de vários outros restaurantes e de um shopping bem bacana, Fica em uma das regiões mais nobres de Santiago.

Very expensive hotel, but the rooms are a bit out dated. Probably the worst of all is their none existent sound proof. We could hear everything as soon as someone used the toilet, had a shower, or else. It was nice to get upgraded, but what is the point if you can’t sleep or enjoy your time with your partner when you can here how others are enjoying them selves too. You he bathroom was nice, but without any protection on slippery shower floor, is actually dangerous the whole experience. Breakfast was very good and everyone very helpful.

Hotel bien situado con personal muy cortés. La habitación de mi hijo el aire acondicionado tenía problemas y no obstante ser reportado al personal, no fue resuelto. El último día se le ofreció ser cambiado de habitación pero no teníamos tiempo y se optó por no usar la climatización y en cambio abrir las ventanas. Nada agradable por los ruidos de la calle.

I have stayed here before, and it was a pleasant hotel experience. Now it is not. There is a significant lack of maintenance; the rooms are in disrepair. My window curtain didn't work properly, so I couldn't close it completely. The night lamp on the bedside table didn't work. The USB port to charge the phone (that was on a digital radio on the night table) didn't work. The handle of the bathroom sink came apart when turned on. The AC broke 2 times; the last night was so hot, and it wouldn't cool the room. The key to the room kept failing, so I had to come down several times so it could be reactivated. The gym was also in disrepair, didn't provide any towels or cups to drink from the water dispenser. The staff was nice but mostly inefficient. I would not stay here again until I know there has been a major refurbishment. The area is great, with many restaurants, stores and a beautiful mall close by, very walkable, but there are other hotels in the area which I will choose for next time. It is really a shame that a nice hotel like this is in such a bad state.

I have stayed at Noi many times.The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean and in good order. Every single staff member goes out of their way to help you if you need anything. Highly recommend this hotel in Santiago.

Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

O hotel nos agrada muito por essa razão sempre voltamos. O atendimento da gerente Ada é impecável . Para mim falta atenção na reposição de itens do café da manhã. Não houve um dia em que não faltaram itens como frutas, frios , bacon e ovos. a todo momento tivemos que solicitar a reposição. No Bar Tramonto no rooftop o atendimento poderia ser mais amigável e a atenção a alguns pratos do cardápio deveria ser melhor.

I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.

El hotel es bonito, muy bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y exclusivo. El personal es servicial. El Spa muy bueno pero pequeño. El restorán no está al nivel del hotel. En invierno no está para que sea en la terraza por muy cerrada que la tengan. Tienen un restorán que no está habilitado pese a que el hotel estaba lleno. Tuvimos que salir a cenar afuera. Por suerte el barrio se caracteriza por los buenos restoranes. En la habitación había ropa olvidada de algún pasajero anterior.

Their hotel is very nice, the staff friendly. The restaurant service is a bit slow. As a Hotels.com gold member I should have been given an upgraded room, that did not happen! Hotels says you will receive all these extras but you don’t get them! Like the discount on food was never received! Very disappointing!
