Nice rooms, overall everything was good except for the noise ! You can hear the noise from the club next to the hotel and it is BAD!

Our first night was a nightmare. The heavy duty automatic chemical air freshener created strong smell that we could not get rid of until our third day there, even after we opened both doors to the outside. The location was good and convenient to Centro, though there is a bar at the entrance where we had to wade through a herd of smoking people inside the gate to get to our room.

The property was really cute and quiet. But Tania one of the staff members who was doing the check in was terrible. She gave us the worst service and made us pay to store our luggage in another place because she did not want to hold it gor us until our room was available

this hotel is a beautiful old building, but in poor condition. Our bed was hard. The sofa was torture. The cabinets were rickety. It is well located in the center of town, where it is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The patio courtyard is very nice- the chairs are hard but you can take a blanket from your room to sit on. A big shout out to Nazareth at the front desk -she was enthusiastic and helpful in so many ways.
