We loved the beauty and history of this hotel. Very nice room, free coffee and continental breakfast, and free parking! I loved being 2 blocks from the University of Tulsa campus which was a beautiful place to walk in the morning!

The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once you get into the room, its very nice. The whole hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast though, leaves much to be desired, we were expecting a continental breakfast, but instead we got ottis spunkmire muffins and granola bars.

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant and the bar was closed due to lack of staff. No problem. Many restaurants are only a few minutes drive. We stayed there because we love old hotels. This one did not disappoint.

Small hotel with something like 20 rooms. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and soft. The shower was a dual head shower and was really nice. The only drawback was they did not have any food. Nice small bar with a ok selection of beers

Had a comfortable overnite stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Currently resurfacing the street in front but causing no issues. Free on-site parking in back.

The history of the hotel was very interesting. Loved the old world feel. They said the stay included breakfast but it was actually just muffins and granola bars. Would have liked to have hot tea available but there was only coffee. The room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. Staff were very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and initial customer service. When I arrived, I found pillows on the bed that had clearly not been cleaned and appeared to have bodily fluids on them. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member simply told me not to use them and didn’t seem concerned at all. On the second night, I lost the TV remote and pulled back the covers to search for it—only to find sequins in the bed, indicating that the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest. I went back down to the front desk and spoke with a different staff member. After I showed her the photos of the pillows and explained the situation, she was just as disgusted as I was. She was very helpful and immediately assisted me in moving to another room. While I’m grateful for the excellent help from the staff member on the second night, I’m extremely disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned in the first place and that my concerns were dismissed initially. I also wish management had followed up with me about the issue. Cleanliness and accountability are basic expectations for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.

This hotel is quite literally a throwback to an era of 30's, 40's or 50's. I am no expert on USA period Hotels but it's definitely not from the 2000 onwards, It's quiant ... However from whT ever era it is, EVERY HOTEL, must meet the basic standard of cleanliness and the Campbell failed in this area badly. The Previous Guest in our room had a least on ewomen with Long Brown hair , and she left without quite a few strands. Not her fault but the tardiness of the cleaner. This was not only the issue many more cleanliness issues aswell from dirty floors to dirty toilets. It's not a cheap Budget Inn type hotel, so paying this much should get a better place to stay.

Our room was very dirty. When we walked in it smelled like foul odor I walked to look at the bed and it was covered in something nasty. I called the front desk and they immediately put us in a different room and apologized and even upgraded us to a suite but even then the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards at all.

This hotel was amazing. You forgot you were even in a hotel at all. We travel quite a bit and I think this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Extremely friendly staff, the room was very nice and comfortable. We decided this will be our go to place to stay when in Tulsa.

Certainly a unique property. We thought it was a neat place from what we could see online. Never again. The shower curtain had a laege amount of mold that definitely had been there for a LONG time. The plants in the room had a ton of dust on them. Whoever cleans the room does not clean along the edges of the floors as the bathroom has dust and hair that has been there for a while. The ruched curtain in the bathroom has hairs all over it. Disgusting. We got into the room late and didn't see this until morning. We were up early to get ready amd saw all that. Gross. Told the desk about the mold and even showed them a picture I took. No offer to discount the room but they did say a manager would be in shortly and would phone me about this so I figured I would tell her about the other things then. I'm still waiting 6-7 hours later. Save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

This hotel is unique. It is historic. The area around it is rough but getting better. The bar,if you want to call it that, is more like my uncles bar in his garage. The lobby and check in desk is not welcoming. The second floor much more so. The room we had was decorated nicely but was so dark. It is an old building so rooms are small. It buts up to 11th/ Route 66 so there is considerable traffic noise if your room is on that side. I can’t say I was disappointed in the hotel or sorry I stayed there. It was not what I was expecting after reading all the reviews. Just don’t expect a traditional hotel experience. Think more B&B, or staying with family experience.

Older property originally built in 1927, I believe. Great old furnishings and architecture. The staff could not have been any friendlier. Parking was easy. My only advice to those who are considering staying here. It is an old place with wood floors etc. It can be a bit noisy from the hallway. We had no problem with it but just an observation. Will stay there again.

My only complaint is that my room had an adjoining room and whoever was staying in the next room was loud. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear every foot step, every conversation, and every door closing. Aside from that, it is very affordable. I will book here again.

The Campbell is located very conveniently and it has a unique style. Each room is decorated differently and the hotel retains its old vibe. I’ve stayed there several times and my only constructive feedback is that the furniture and beds are old and very tired. The hotel really needs new beds.

What a charming historic hotel - glad I stayed there. There is not much around the hotel but it is only a 10-15 min walk into town. I appreciate that the bar was open late too! My only gripe... I reserved a deluxe room and ended up in one of the few interior rooms (no windows) but if did have a skylight so no sleeping in once the sun rises.

While the hotel is absolutely beautiful and we were pleased with our room...we were disregarded by staff when we complained that housekeeping went through my husbands luggage. We had a phone charger missing and they'd taken his medicine bag from the bathroom and placed it in his suitcase (which was zipped up). It was clear that it was rummaged through. Management was notified and we were told that's never happened before and nothing they can do about it. We felt as if they implied that we were lying. We've stayed at several hotels and never had the issue of someone going through our personal belongings. Staff dismissed us. The office manager was extremely rude when we called back up there to talk to a manager. We didn't receive any apologies or any kind of discount for our trouble. We will not be going back and will let everyone know to be aware that they do not take their guests concerns seriously.

The room was decent, but the staff/employees were awful. This place actually ruined my holiday road trip. They ran my credit card NINE TIMES - no joke - because their system "restarted itself," as the idiotic employee tried to explain to me. It maxed out my card. No apology. No trying to make it right. And zero ability to explain why. I'd pass this place right on by if I were you.

We truly had a great time at the Campbell. The staff were very friendly from the get-go. Our room was very nice and incredibly cozy. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bathroom well-stocked with soaps and towels. The hotel had a historical feel to it without being run-down or looking cheap (the opposite, actually; it looked very expensive on the inside). It was within spitting distance of some great restaurants and other establishments. We felt safe and secure the entire time, inside the hotel and out in the parking lot (the free parking is a major perk, too). Check in AND check out were seamless and easy. We’ll definitely be back to the Campbell. It was a truly fun stay and we’re very impressed.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and initial customer service. When I arrived, I found pillows on the bed that had clearly not been cleaned and appeared to have bodily fluids on them. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member simply told me not to use them and didn’t seem concerned at all. On the second night, I lost the TV remote and pulled back the covers to search for it—only to find sequins in the bed, indicating that the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest. I went back down to the front desk and spoke with a different staff member. After I showed her the photos of the pillows and explained the situation, she was just as disgusted as I was. She was very helpful and immediately assisted me in moving to another room. While I’m grateful for the excellent help from the staff member on the second night, I’m extremely disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned in the first place and that my concerns were dismissed initially. I also wish management had followed up with me about the issue. Cleanliness and accountability are basic expectations for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.

What a delightful hotel. Not your typical chain which was refreshing! Check-in and out was super simple. We were in town to watch our grandson play football. He was on the winning NAVY team so that made it extra special. thanks for such a great location!!

Very friendly and personable folk here. Bartender at Toast was informative on the history and shared really nifty info. Front desk was very sweet and helpful. Art deco vintage vibe - really cool place to stay. Comfy & clean & decent night’s sleep. Will definitely be back the next time a Tulsa trip is needed!

When you drive up to the hotel on 11th Street it doesn't look like much but, once you get inside you find a beautiful hotel with uniquely themed rooms. The staff were courteous and helpful. The bartender gave us a history of the hotel, which was originally built in 1927. There is a road construction project currently going on so there's a slight inconvenience although it was never mych if a problem.

We loved the beauty and history of this hotel. Very nice room, free coffee and continental breakfast, and free parking! I loved being 2 blocks from the University of Tulsa campus which was a beautiful place to walk in the morning!

The Campbell Hotel is a great find. There are multiple restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. The area was under going road construction during our stay but it didn't prove to be difficult to get around. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will stay at The Campbell again and recommend it to anyone needing to stay near downtown Tulsa.

I loved my stay at the Campbell Hotel. Convenient to attractions like the Philbrook Museum, and close to a really great food hall: Mother Road Market, which has fabulous food and drink. I stayed in the SE Hinton room which was spacious and lovely, and featured memorabilia from the movies made based on SE Hinton's books. Nice attached bar! Overall, made my very brief stay in Tulsa more fun, much nicer than a chain hotel!

The hotel was great and remodeled beautifully! We were only there one night, after a long day of driving; our one complaint was with bartender (who was very slow) and a trio of very loud customers at the bar. Other than that, it was great.

I really enjoyed the unique feel of The Campbell Hotel on historic Route 66. Parking and check-in were a breeze. All rooms are on the second floor, accessible by elevator or a wide carpeted staircase. Stepping off the elevator, I was surprised to see a spacious, naturally lit sitting area and a conference or dining room, which made it feel more like staying in a grand old house than a hotel. Room doors retain their authenticity but are unlocked with modern keycards. Room interiors are a blend of retro and modern design as well. The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable. This place is such a gem. A small boutique hotel right on historic Route 66 with rooms that feel more like a B&B. The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast is really more like grab n go snacks like a muffin or granola bar, but there are some really great places to eat right on Rt. 66. Some improvements could definitely be made such as new sheets.... these are so thin they are very see through. The bartender that was on staff could have used more training in several areas mostly in how he prepares and serves the drinks. The second evening when we ordered a drink he turned around and picked up a bottle of throat spray and used it. When asked if he was sick or had a sore throat he said he just had mouth ulcers..... the proceeded to make our drink WITHOUT washing his hands. We were absolutly stunned!!!! TRAIN your staff on proper hand washing, cleanliness and beverage handeling! This was really the ONLY thing that made our stay less than perfect. This wouldn't keep us from returning, however we would be wary of who the barkeep was serving drinks.

The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once you get into the room, its very nice. The whole hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast though, leaves much to be desired, we were expecting a continental breakfast, but instead we got ottis spunkmire muffins and granola bars.

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant and the bar was closed due to lack of staff. No problem. Many restaurants are only a few minutes drive. We stayed there because we love old hotels. This one did not disappoint.

The history of the hotel was very interesting. Loved the old world feel. They said the stay included breakfast but it was actually just muffins and granola bars. Would have liked to have hot tea available but there was only coffee. The room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. Staff were very friendly.

Such a cool building and rooms. The staff is super! There isn't much to do in the surrounding area and certainly not without a long walk. The restaurant next door will open again soon and I think the entire area is changing for the better. The bar and bartender are lovely but twice that we've stayed we are the only ones for a night cap.
