The staff was friendly, helpful in general just nice all around from the cleaning staff the front desk even in the café. Everyone was nice and helpful. The rooms was clean great location a beautiful ocean view. We will be staying again.

My brother and I came to Orange Beach from Lake Charles for a 2 day vacation and this hotel only had a few available rooms left. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Our 2 queen suite was clean, luxurious and spacious. Our room also had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach. This hotel also features a beachside bar & grill with a view of the beach and the pool, which was excellent. The only negative thing I have to say is the breakfast is not complementary, so be prepared to spend a good bit of money if you're going to eat at the beachside bar & grill.

First off, the pictures on Hotels. Com had to be taken when this place was first built or the photos were touched up. This was not the same place that I booked. On a good note, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, it was not a buffet.

Clean hotel, great location, nice staff. However.... Why oh why would you heat the pool during the hottest part of the summer. EVERYONE had an issue yet the front desk didnt see the problem. The pool was unuseable for most of the time, It was 95% outside, the pool was heated to 85% so you can imagine how hot it actually was. Being staying in hotels for 40 years, never had this issue before
