An sich ein gutes Hotel. Mobiliar ist etwas verwohnt. Morgens ist die Umgebung etwas laut. Die Bilder im Netz sind leider nicht mehr mit der Realität vergleichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es kann für 18 Euro/Tag ein Parkplatz in der Nähe gemietet werden.

Bel accueil sympathique, très autonome avec un système d’ouverture avec un vigic, propre avec nettoyage de la chambre tous les jours, prix raisonnable, bien situé sur une placette en peu de retrait de la grande avenue donc pas de bruit, seul bémol la sdb en commun mais finalement peu gênant.

El lugar se anuncia como que posee estacionamiento. No es así. Tienen uno al final de la calle, cruzando una avenida. El espacio es muy reducido para un auto normal. Esto lo avisan después, cuando uno está por llegar y no si hace complicado buscar un hospedaje que sí tenga estacionamiento. Deberían de quitar eso de su anuncio, por lo demás el lugar está bien

Bien para dormir y ducharse después de un día maratoniano x Sevilla.. No pidan más La pensión de tres pisos, no tiene ascensor, los baños son viejitos pero por lo menos están limpios. La TV de la habitación, no funciona xq todavía no han puesto los adaptadores de HD. Poca señal de wifi. Lo mejor es la ubicación y comunicación de transporte público.. Justo en la avda.de enfrente, se coge el bus 23 que te deja en la Estación de Sta.Justa, y viceversa.

Location is good however the room had no AC and was hot even in February, not even a small fan provided. Ceiling had black mould (see pics) wifi did not work at any time. I had to buy more data on my plan to use internet. Parking was offsite and expensive, they also didnt give us a key promising reception would be open 24hs. It WAS NOT so we had to call for help when we checked out and wait for them to come and eventually get the parking garage open. Very thin walls with very noisy rooms. Noise from hallway AND from buildigns around where people were yelling all night and early morning. Would NOT recommend or stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato per tre notti qua al Perez Montilla, struttura vicina alle attrazioni, comoda da arrivarci in uber in soli 15 min. Abbiamo preso una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato: la camera era piccola ma accogliente e soprattutto molto pulita. Non c’è l’ascensore. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. La consiglierei a chiunque voglia fare un viaggio a Sevilla alloggiando a un buon prezzo!

This hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, staff, and overall service. The rooms were as advertised, air conditioned, clean, and the space was quiet. Certainly no frills, and the mattress in the bunk bed was firm but that's what was advertised. I would stay here again, excellent service for the price.

The hotel is located conveniently to restaurants and attractions; the staff was very friendly and helpful. However I was in a ground floor room not bigger than a large closet in much need of updating. It was noisy; had very little room for my luggage; a musty odor; and no place to put toiletries in the shower. A let down especially after the wonderful room I had for the same price in Cordoba where I had just arrived from.

I would say this is just is a place to sleep, but not much else to write home about. Our toilet really didn’t flush, we had one pillow and couldn’t get two (there were 2 of us). We had to turn our bed in order to walk into the bathroom easily. So yeah, it did the job but wouldn’t be returning. On a good note, the staff was very friendly and the location was pretty convenient for walking around the city.

Worn down room, dripping shower, lots of noise from reception, hallway and kitchenette at all kind of times during the night = disturbed sleep. Shower in the room, but no air fan, so the room gets very moist. I would not stay in the single room again.

The air conditioning is more like an air filter. It was hot each night and the alley noise prevented peaceful sleep. The shower rose was not fixed to the wall so we had to use the community shower although we had paid for a private bathroom. Thanks

Stayed for 3 nights. The walls were as thin as a dormitory's, so you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. On the 3rd day, I asked for fresh towels (didn't even ask for the room to be cleaned) and was told they only change towels or sheets after 3 nights, meaning on the 4th day. They gave us new towels, but only if we returned the old ones, which made it feel like they were doing us a favor. Would not stay again

El hotel está en una buena ubicación a un cuardo de ora de la Catedral. En una zona tranquila y silenciosa. A dos pasos de distancia del centro histórico y de muchos restaurante y tiendas. La parada de autobús está muy cerca, donde se puede llevar a la Plaza de España, Torre de Oro, Plaza de Toros, Barrio de Triana etc... Además los empleados son muy amables y serviciales. Absolutamente recomendado!

L endroit est au calme et pas loin du centre. Ils fournissent une carte des lieu et sont dispo pour parler au besoin. Il y a un petit bar tapa resto juste sur la place, c est pas tres cher et c est bon. La biere n est pas tres chere. La pension loue egalement de vélo mais je n ai pas pris cela.

The pension is just within the lively area of Santa Cruz with wonderful tapas bars and Flamenco shows around. It was a challenge to find the Hop on Hop off bus. Tickets sold everywhere but You need to find your way to the tower beside the river.
