Overall a great place to stay. I found the bed too hard to get a decent sleep the whole time I was there and it was a shame that the pool bar closed so early each evening which meant that place was lacking in some atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, the facilities were well maintained and modern.

They are ysing too much air freshener that was very concentrated in the room and had a hard time breathing. As no other rooms wer available we had to request an air purifier that helped. They do have a beach club that is nice, the attention was excellent and the food was good. But the beach had a lot of garbage and trapped in the seaweed and it should be cleaned out. No maintenance in the beach area was seen and the beach has a lot of corals that you can't walk into the water without sandals.

Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua was a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. The beach club was beautiful and the shopping area was really close and had a good variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and everyone was always hustling around taking care of the guests. The complementary breakfast at Momo’s was delicious every morning with a great variety of different foods and beverages. The spa was awesome. Overall a really great place to stay, and also very kid friendly if you have little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

There are no plates around the Bread Toaster place, the closest is near Omelette Station. As a vegetarian I am little apprehensive each time I have to go there. The other options to grab a plate is also near Non Veg Counters, its a nightmare for a Vegetarian like me. I am sure killing animals and eating them is a delicacy in many cultures, I do not follow that style of living and there breakfast buffet to me was like I must appreciate and enjoy animal murder before I have my first day of the meal. Hated it !! No Lifeguard at a pool with depth 1.4m: Do I need to even say that how big a risk that is for the kids. How unthoughtful and ridiculous that is. They can reduce 1/2 items in the breakfast buffet and employ a lifeguard, is that so difficult ? In the name of cost cutting, They are cutting down on an essential safety aspect. The place is flooded with Westerners and you can clearly feel that there is a distinct racism that happens with you because you are brown. Nothing big, its the small small things that happens very subtle, you order coffee before a white person and the white one gets it before you. Your brown kid being naughty and you are told to be quiet, a white kid of same age does the same, he is cute. You take a beach towel, your room number is noted down, a white guy takes two, no room number needed for them. BEWARE: Some foreign exchange cheaters are near this property who does trickery and steals money, how a Marriott let that thrive under there nose ?

Our 8 night stay was excellent, the staff are amazing, especially Onka, our room cleaner! The rooms were spotless, along with the entire property. This hotel will not disappoint, the photos do not do it justice. The pool is luxurious !

The check in and out process was smooth. The hotel have good amenities, a series of activities and programs for guests and even kids. Regular shuttle bus services to Bali Collection and the beach are good. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool.

Marriott Courtyard Nusa Dua was a lovely place to stay. The staff were excellent and so helpful - nothing was too much for them. The facilities were great. The only critique would be that the gym could be cooler.

Everything was perfect. Room condition is so good. So comfy, dry and soft beds. Swimming pools are so clean even those are huge. No smell of any chemical treatment there. People are so nice and kind. Location is soo good to eat(just beside of the hotel there's popular street for food and massage) and enjoying shopping at bali collection. We could use pick-up car heading to shopping mall and private beach so easily but, no need to worry if we couldn't ride the car. We could reach there by walk just 10 min.

I traveled with my two small children solo amd we had a great experience. We checked in late but the service remained exceptional. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The kids club was a plus as well. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the nearby beach.

The best pillows I have ever slept on, the pillows were huge, fluffy and oh so comfortable to rest your head on. The beds were large and comfortable with quality linens. What let down the sleep experience down was that the rooms are not sound-proofed and had interconnecting doors. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. Equipped with all the standard room features to ensure a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked really well and there was lots of natural light coming into the room. The bathrooms are large and well ventilated with good shower pressure and a choice of a normal shower or a rain shower. Eco friendly toiletries and packaging. The towels however are quite threadbare which is quite disappointing. The housekeeping staff did a really good job cleaning the rooms. The grounds are very well maintained, lovely lush gardens with squirrels in the trees, lots of birds and a choice of two pools for you to use as the property shares facilities with it's sister hotel next door. The pool at the Courtyard end is much nicer and better maintained as the other pool needs maintenance and the hot tub jets did not work. The gym is well equipped. The day spa has a nice range of treatments available and can recommend the Balinese Massage, the therapists were very professional and did a great job. The hotel is not situated on the beachfront, however they do have an hourly shuttle to a dedicated beach.

The resort is nice, location great but the service in all areas except reception was incredibly slow. We waited around 50 mins for food and a drink at one stage. Just completely unacceptable. Nearly every time we ate the food was cold especially at breakfast and the pool area. The women's toilet in the pool area was absolutely disgusting. Only one toilet open and blocked with poo, completely unhygienic. Very disappointed and will definately NOT be returning.

Room was not ready until 4 pm for us to check in. I had requested extra bed while booking and it was not available. Food was really sub par for a five star hotel and the orders always took a long time. The gym showers are not clean. The spa is just okay.

Definitely not a 5 star place. Service around pool and at restaurants was very slow. Rooms were not cleaned properly and way too late in the day. Lounges around the pool that had other guests plates and glasses were left not cleaned up for hours. For the price this was a very underwhelming experience. I would definitely not recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. We had a room at pool level wher we could access the pool outside our door which was great. The ambiance is lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. The pools are Incredible! I would highly recommend this resort to others.

The grounds are very well maintained, lovely lush gardens with squirrels in the trees, lots of birds and a choice of two pools for you to use as the property shares facilities with it's sister hotel next door. The pool at the Courtyard end is much nicer and better maintained as the other pool needs maintenance and the hot tub jets did not work. The gym is well equipped. The day spa has a nice range of treatments available and can recommend the Balinese Massage, the therapists were very professional and did a great job. The hotel is not situated on the beachfront, however they do have an hourly shuttle to a dedicated beach.

The best pillows I have ever slept on. That was the highlight for me at the hotel, the pillows were huge, fluffy and oh so comfortable to rest your head on and the beds were large and comfortable with quality linens. The room was fantanic size , the bed was the most comfortable of any bed i have slept on in Bali. Breakfast options where fantastic and the serve to go with breakfast. This is rhe best hotel we have stayed in at Bali The staff are fantanic, lunch and dinner menu options are fantastic and well priced. The hotel was OK. Staff doesn’t speak much English so you have to make sure they understand you when you order drinks/food. It’s an older hotel and you can hear every sound in the corridor/next door. We had a room near the pool and were woken up twice at 6.30am. Once by a guy cutting trees!! Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Same thing each day. They provide a free shuttle to the beach or it’s a 20 minute walk. The sun lounges are nice, but the beach itself was very polluted. Lost if rubbish/plastic bottles near the water. You can walk to the Main street in les than few minutes. Gym was descent for a hotel gym!

Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations. I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating. The resort is nice, location great but the service in all areas except reception was incredibly slow. We waited around 50 mins for food and a drink at one stage. Just completely unacceptable. Nearly every time we ate the food was cold especially at breakfast and the pool area. The women's toilet in the pool area was absolutely disgusting. Only one toilet open and blocked with poo, completely unhygienic. Very disappointed and will definately NOT be returning.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Plenty of sunbeds available around a very large pool area. Extremely friendly and thoughtful staff. The receptionist, Tree, remembered my name and greeted my grandchildren after remembering my story that they were meeting me from Australia. Also, the buffet staff brought a birthday cake for my son without being prompted.

Everything was perfect. Room condition is so good. So comfy, dry and soft beds. Swimming pools are so clean even those are huge. No smell of any chemical treatment there. People are so nice and kind. Location is soo good to eat(just beside of the hotel there's popular street for food and massage) and enjoying shopping at bali collection. We could use pick-up car heading to shopping mall and private beach so easily but, no need to worry if we couldn't ride the car. We could reach there by walk just 10 min.

Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua was a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. The beach club was beautiful and the shopping area was really close and had a good variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and everyone was always hustling around taking care of the guests. The complementary breakfast at Momo’s was delicious every morning with a great variety of different foods and beverages. The spa was awesome. Overall a really great place to stay, and also very kid friendly if you have little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

The hotel is very pretty in a very tourist centric area . We enjoyed the room and pool very much w an extremely friendly staff. My issues w the hotel are with their buffet dinner which doesn't include any drinks but water . There no logic in any hotel chain this big w not allowing soft drinks and juices w a full all included buffet. Also the way it told to you is aggressive.

Beautiful pool. Breakfast sensational. Very poor service at pool bar, disorganised staffing in lunch and evening dining areas, so much so it needs a consultant to streamline its operation. Everyone working at the hotel aim to please! The room was spacious and very well appointed. The pool area is wonderful and there were always lounges available. The facilities and amenities were of a high standard. The Spa was my best experience as the staff there were exceptional.
