Only thing I can suggest is maybe heat the indoor pool up just a few degrees more. Rooms clean & comfy. Breakfast is great & 24/7 coffee & tea available is a Super Bonus. Will 100% definitely use this location again!

Hotel itself was clean and up-to-date. However, we picked this property versus others in the local area because of the indoor pool. It was freezing cold, and wouldn’t be able to be serviced. Nice stay, but disappointing in that regard.

Ok hotel but nowhere near the high reviews it received. I had 3 towels with hair stuck to them until I found a seemingly clean one, also hair on the floor, broken off shampoo holder that just laid on the tub, no lamp cover in the bathroom. It's a bit dated with lots of carpet in hallways and rooms that smelled a bit like wet dog (and I do like dogs :)). Printer was not working and available computers had no connection to internet. Service and breakfast was good.

Heater was broken in pool but when asked each day about repairs was given a different answer and told it was being fixed “today”. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in the room under the window, however, room was clean and spacious and nice.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast, lots of choices. Room was clean, new, and spacious. The stay would have been 100% perfect, but, in my opinion... the indoor pool air temp and water temp were too cold to enjoy a nice swim.

Bathroom was not cleaned prior to check in. Used bathroom items lying around and stains/hair in the sink and tub as well as used soap. Plus little league team arrived on the floor with no supervision, constant hall running and games, yelling and knocking on doors. Hotel staff unresponsive to the disruption.

The bathroom floor had tape on the tiles to hold them together. There was soap scum around the shower. The top bedspread had a spot on it and it smelled odd. I booked the room on hotels.com and requested a hotel that was pet friendly. I checked in and was never told about the $75 pet fee. I received an invoice from them where they charged my credit card for a pet fee without ever telling me about the fee. I would have booked at another hotel had I known that there was such a steep pet fee for one night I would suggest that they make their pet fee and polices transparent on all reservation sites.

Stayed for one night, was adequate. No concerns on cleanliness or safety. Feel like it was a bit overpriced for the size and what it offered. Could not get the TV to properly work. Kept on saying it needed an HDMI cable. Remote didn't work, so only could see the one channel it was already on (even when trying buttons on side of TV). Would stay again, but only if it was a lot cheaper.

Difficult one……the hotel was packed full of rowdy kids. Management don’t seem to care, so we won’t be stopping at this property again. If you’re looking for a chill out forget this location. No bar either !

When we arrived I just asked to have my HH number attached to the stay. They were extremely rude about is going on an on about how I don’t deserve points for booking through hotels.com. I knew I didn’t get points but I still wanted it attached to my account. If they don’t want 3rd party bookings they shouldn’t sell blocks to 3rd party places. They were very rude just because I didn’t book from their site.

We expected SO much more from Hilton branded hotels. My husband has had 2 back surgeries and we've stayed at Hampton Inns several times in the past and he's never had issues with the mattresses as he's had at this one. He's complained the mattress hurt his back every morning. Add to it the fact that there were several parents there with young children, perhaps little league baseball teams and the children were unruly and unsupervised and so many times through the night they would knock on our door and doors of other guests and run. We called the front desk numerous times and absolutely NOTHING was done. The young man who was the front desk clerk in the evening was at his wit's end because he could do absolutely nothing to help and said himself that he'd talked to the parents but they would do nothing to rein their kids in.

The room was beautiful and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was spotless and had dispensers for all the soap. There was a fridge and microwave for heating and storing food. Breakfast had plenty of options. We promptly made two more reservations and will be returning to this hotel later this month.

This property exceeded our expectations. Service was courteous and helpful, bedding smelled delightful and was squeaky clean, firm mattresses were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was complete with everything from biscuits with sausage and gravy to numerous types of individually boxed cereal, various roasts of coffee, waffles and pastries, but above all, the entire hotel was quiet and peaceful! Toiletries smelled like heaven. All around, a solid 10!

The staff wasn’t to great I felt they didn’t go out there way with the pool temperature. Manger said a racist common about Hispanic people. Breakfast in the morning eggs wasn’t cook well I can go on and on but I would not book again with this location ever again .

We came into town to catch an Orioles game, but we didn’t want to stay in Baltimore. This hotel offered the perfect alternative at only about 45 minutes from the stadium. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and looked new and modern. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had little interaction with staff because we only stayed 1 night. My only negative would be the ridiculously expensive food and drink prices for snacks! $4 for a mini bag of pretzels is insane! We were just looking for a late night snack for the kids… ended up going to the gas station up the road. Overall for the price this hotel is a hidden gem!

Check-in started on the right foot—they handed us bottled water like we’d just crossed the desert, which felt about right after three hours in the car.
