This is an older motel that is doing a great job at upgrading. The owner was extremely responsive. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and they had both a small refrigerator and microwave available.

Stayed for a Horse show at Sussex fairgrounds. Arrived in the dark and left at 5:30 am, so I didn’t see the outside, but loved the easy parking. Table and chairs outside the room. The hotel staff is excellent, I got a text with check-in instructions and found my key in the lockbox as described. Room is rustic, but clean, cozy, slept great. Recommend! Room is spacious and has a nice size fridge/ freezer. Parking spot is labeled right out the door. Love it!

It's representative of what you pay. It's a cheaply priced run down motel in the middle of nowhere. No vending machines, no ice and the nearest store or gas station was about 4 miles away. They had a fire pit out front that people and kjids were having a party until late into the night and the bed was extremely soft with springs right where you don't need them.

The hostess was very friendly. The place itself is in need of a LOT of repairs and maintenance. The front door of my room had pieces of the laminate torn off. The inside safety latch was dysfunctional. The bed isn't very comfortable, the rooms rug was old and needs to be replaced. The bottom line is that the place needs a lot of repairs and upgrades. I'd never stay here again unless they made some major repairs and upgrades. It was good I came alone, my wife wouldn't have stayed there at all. Being ex military I've stayed at worse but never again.

A great room for a pleasant celebration together. The obvious spots were clean, but the corners of the room and lamps had webs. We had a relaxing time and will return the next time we take an extended trip to the area! Where Heaven Meets Earth~

I normally like to give good reviews, however. When i checked in i found an envelope left in my room asking me to tip the cleaning staff, meanwhile there was some kind of mud on the shower curtain, Hair in the drain, the mirror was filthy and there more hair on the carpet. This is not someplace I'll be staying again.

I stayed here only one night and the lady at the desk was wonderful. The room Was clean. My only issue is the smell of chemicals just about made us sick all night. I wish so much motels would stop using smelly chemicals to clean with. And wash linens in. I have a terrible condition that is aggravated by chemicals and I was ill for a few days after my stay. I’m sad about it because it’s beautiful and affordable 😔

Bed was uncomfortable and the room had an odor I couldn't place which an open a window to get some fresh air in the room, would have been nice. But only option seemed to be to open the door and leave it open. Just expected more given the reviews I saw. Wound up leaving at midnight as I was uncomfortable and decided to keep driving.

We have stayed in the area several times before a Spartan race. This motel was very clean with a full size refrigerator and microwave. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay.

The property manager was a kind woman who greeted us when we came in and was very welcoming. We stayed in room 3, where everything was clean and the room was cool. We did have a bit of noisy neighbors but we know that’s out of their control. Great place for stargazing, just have to walk down the driveway to see more clearly because of the lights. Would come again and would recommend!

We arrived a little early. Manager went out of her way to get our room ready. Room was clean. Provided us with wi-fi info / password though we didn't use it. We have stayed there on multiple occasions when we take a trip to NJ. Highly recommend.
