Excellent location 3 minute walk from T1 tramway station. Clean room, shower, sheets. Daily house keeping. Great daily breakfast at top floor. Modern elevators available most of the time but can lag by a minute during high demand. Very helpful staff reachable 24/7 by phone. Whenever A/C goes off you need to call the front desk to turn it back on.

This is a great place to stay, located in the old town, its close to everything. The hotel has the most fantastic roof top bar with a great view out over the city to sea. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I would recommend staying here.

Mooi, schoon hotel in de middle of de smalle, steile straatjes vol winkeltjes en restaurantjes vlakbij de bosporus. Het dakrestaurant/terras geeft een adembenemd en onvergetelijk panorama. De rit erheen per taxi of shuttlebus is een avontuur, maar dat geldt eigenlijk wel voor elke taxirit in Istanbul.

The hotel was wonderful, staff super friendly and helpful with our bags and all our needs, room was great with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and a great balcony with city/sea view. Location was good with good restaurants nearby. Our only complaint was that the air-conditioner kept shutting off and seemed to be locked and controlled by the front desk, so had to keep calling them to get it turned on again. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Dejligt sted med en fin beliggenhed hvis man vil være tæt på Grand Bazar og shopping i området. Sød personale. Eneste bemærkning er tæppet på værelset var en del plettet og så kunne fjernbetjening trænge til en god omgang rens. Den var ret ulækker. Morgenmaden er også lidt begrænset men tilgengæld er udsigten fra restauranten smukt.

The hotel is in great location for the major landmarks you can walk to. Eateries are just a few steps away from the hotel’s door. Cleanliness, shower and bed are perfect. Das Hotel befindet sich in der nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten von Istanbul. 5 Gehminuten bis zum grossen Basar, 15 Gehminuten zur blauen Mosche und Hagia Sofia. Das Hotel liegt neben einer gutbesuchten Einbahnstrasse somit kann es Tagsüber etwas lauter werden. Sobald die Fenster zu sind hört man fast nichts mehr. Somit sehr Schalldichte Zimmer. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im 6. Stockwerk und das Frühstück kann bis 10.30 Uhr genossen werden. Die Auswahl war nicht riesig jedoch gab es von allem und für jeden etwas. Auch beim Frühstück sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem ein Hotel welches ich wärmstens jedem empfehlen kann.

The staff was very helpful and the property was very clean. However, I paid quite a bit extra for a 'sea-view' room and was given a 'tree-view' room. So disappointed. The hotel was not full so I asked why we were not given a different room. I was told it was because we wanted two twin beds (which was given as an option). Well, in that case, give me the price for a non-sea-view room, or move the beds around! The breakfast was beautiful. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor and has amazing views of the sea. Unfortunately, when we went there around 3pm it was so hot we could not enjoy our time. I guess the cost of AC in the restaurant is too much for them. I would stay there again, but not in room 502. They said they asked the city to trim the tree, but the city did not. Not my fault.

The hotel is literally perfect especially the location being right in the middle of everything. All touristy areas were within a maximum of 20min walk. The rooms were large and very cozy, powerful aircon for those hot summer months, bedding is very comfortable and clean. At night there was zero noise from outside, windows must have been sound proof. The bathroom is spacious with plent of space to put your stuff by the sink. The staff were amazing, right from checking in till the very end, they were friendly and went out of their way to help. Special shout out to the staff at breakfast especially Shams Aldin who is literally just the kindest! He remembered what we get for breakfast and would bring it to our table as soon as you sat down and when we finished, he would bring me and my mom turkish coffee to enjoy with the view at the terrace, we looked forward to breakfast because of how pleasant his character is. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel and I will certainly come back here if I'm in Istanbul again!

The stay was amazing. Fist of all, would like to say that ALL the guys on the reception were simply amazing! They've been helping me with everything i've been asking them. So huge thank you! The room was ok, the bed & pillows were comfortable. In this hotel you are not going to hear the mosque sounds when the Muslims are praying, so that was really cool. Expect a traffic everywhere in Istanbul, the street where the hotel is situated is busy, but the good thing the taxi can stop there, as lots of the streets in Istanbul are closed or only for pedestrians. Definitely can recommend this hotel.

朝食会場が海を一望でき、また窓を開けて外気を入れてくださったので、とても快適でした。朝食の種類と量も適切で美味しかった。初めてのイスタンブール訪問で、最初の朝食であり、特にパンの美味しさに感動しました。唯一上げるなら、アヤソフィア等のOpen時間が9:00であり、長蛇の列を避けるべく早めに行動したいのに、朝食会場のOpenが7:30だったのは残念です。6:30、せめて7:00の開場を希望します。また次の訪問時は利用したいです。ありがとうございました。
