Budget Motor Inn- Stony Point

The room was horrible, toilet didn't flush, blankets were filthy, curtains were stained, super heavy odor of bleach and the place was still dirty. Spider webs in the corners. I lasted ten minutes, after walking the room I just left, my car was 100,000 times cleaner!

If you absolutely have to, at least it’s cheap. It smelled awful.

Parking was not an issue. The Wi-Fi kept going in and out, and the signal strength was very weak during the peak hours of the day. The shower was not properly cleaned. There were strands of hair stuck to the wall, the shower shelves were slightly covered in black dirt, and a pink fingernail. For the price of staying here, it was not bad, but the lack of care could use some touching up and there. Overall, the stay was not too bad; you have shops nearby, and the location is pretty quiet.

Very friendly and always clean and accommodating

Room I was assigned did not remotely resemble the photo of the room posted on Hotels.com. Lighting was hardly sufficient. There were no lamps other than the light fixture on the ceiling. The room was not ready at check-in time -- the staff person said I was an hour early, but they had not changed the clocks to an hour later because of the time change which happened earlier that day. Check-in was therefore delayed over an hour. Window above a.c. unit was not locked nor lockable.
