Room was clean . Staff polite and helpful. Make sure to go to the breakfast early . I went at 9:20 and buffet had hardly anything left . I had to ask them to bring bread and tea. Next day I went at 8 am and they had plenty of food . I didn’t try spa. Overall, was a good experience and I will suggest this hotel .

The rooms were clean and well appointed, beds very comfortable. The included breakfast was varied and tasty. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Location can't be beat - so close to the hippodrome, etc. Street noise at night is constant, so you need to close the windows.

well located, near to Blue Mosque but in a busy neighborhood, taxi wasn't be able to let us by the door so we had to walk one block with all luggage over stones side walk . Room was too small with no space to fit luggage so it was expensive for that area . dirt under beds and stair walls need some paint. Restaurant has a great view but breakfast is basic
