Beds were comfortable ,pool was under a complete renovation,no problems but the lady at the front desk could have been a little more professional. The gentleman was great but she continued to talk over the gentleman while he was trying to check me in . The conversation wasn't professional and she belched loudly while I was checking in. I just think she could work on her professionalism.

I'm not sure what was wrong but it smelled like sewer backup in my bathroom and a sulphur smell in the hallway. I brought it up to the front desk and they were not concerned at all.

We were initially issued a room that had a strong drainage stink. There was note of plumbing issue being fixed so they should have ensured room was ready for use, it was not. New room was issued right away but I had to go get key instead of someone bringing it to me and ensuring the 2nd room was better. Water pressure from shower was so excessively strong that it hurt. Plus, since there was no shower liner, it forced water onto floor making a wet mess.

The property has sewage problems and the rooms stink. The front desk night people rolled their eyes and made snarky remarks when I tried to get information. However, when I checked out 4 days early because of the smell and bad treatment, the day manager was kind and refunded one of the two nights I stayed. But definitely won't be back.

2nd floor room looked out on ugly vents on rooftop, and a raised, heavily traveled street beyond that. But it was quiet, and the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and we had a fridge and microwave. Very good overall.

This hotel is showing its age. We had problems sleeping in the hard bed. The toliet was right next to the bathroom sink, so it was difficult to do either task. The bathroom fan had a high pitched sound to it and it was always on! The window AC/heater unit had a high pitched sound as well. Between the bed and sounds, it was difficult to sleep. No extra bedding that we could find. We did like the space in the separate sitting room. We did like that we were close to the elevator.

I woul like to say check in and out was great. My room was not clean it had snot on the headboard and no one cleaned the stool all they did is make the bed. I also had another room and the bed was so bad i asked to change rooms and the man as the desk basically was rude about it and disnt offer any soultion

Thank you to the staff on 6/21 for saving my dress, this wedding was very important and they helped so much! I will say on 6/22 in the morning they ran out of coffee and the young girl serving was not very helpful she acted annoyed and never came back with coffee or told us when it would be ready. We just checked out to go find coffee. She could have been a little nicer, customer service is rewarded.

Got stuck in an elevator they, do not answer the elevator alarm had to pry The door open. air conditioning unit in my bedroom was very noisy, and the bathroom vent was very loud. Had to change rooms

The counter staff were friendly and helpful when checking in or when we needed anything. Room is not cleaned daily and have to request items. There are days when they pop in and drop off. During the over week we stayed the room was lightly touched twice. The breakfast is not the greatest, didn’t have a variety of fruit and the kitchen staff were a bit rude and had the attitude as if they were being bothered. Hotel was in a convenient location and several stores/food places walkable.

I booked this room 30 days in advance, the first room was on the highway and I didn't notice until it was time to try to sleep. I did not sleep the first night. I called and ask the front desk to move me to another room. They were happy to help me.I had to wait till 3pm

Stayed for 6 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was much appreciated and offered several daily options. It’s close to the Southlands shopping center and has many dining options as well. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

Comfortable hotel with all of the amenities we needed with a toddler— fridge, microwave, free breakfast. We slept great here & would love to come back! It’s walking distance to great shopping, food and movies.

The “breakfast” included is a total joke. Think microwaved instant eggs and discolored sausage patties that taste freezer burnt! Do yourself a favor:…walk next door to the hotel for breakfast.

Overall, hotel was very good. Two issues: 1, confusion about what room we were actually in caused some issues with house keeping. 2. Breakfast had lots to choose from. However, food prep area was not kept clean. Other than those two minor issues, things were great.

Hotel was in good condition. Breakfast was good. Typical Fairfield property. Room was in third floor and the hallways on that level were extremely warm in the winter so I actually had to turn on my room air conditioning (in the middle of winter) to get the temperature down to 72 so I could sleep. Otherwise everything was fine.

Honestly this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I have stayed in a a lot of hotels! The area was great, so many restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean, staff was great, the only thing I would have loved to see better was breakfast…there wasn’t a lot of options but it was just ok.

I stayed a total of three nights. The room in the hotel were great, and the staff was good. On Sunday went down to breakfast and there was no bananas, no cereal, and no milk, and no water. Management needs to work on making sure there’s enough food.

Overall, the property and staff was great, but in the suite room, the shower was broken, there was tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom, and kind of dirty. The dining room and the breakfast was also very good for a travelers. I would come back again.
