Very limited parking, when I came back in the evening it was difficult to find parking. The building looked old, worn out and dirty on the outside. The breakfast was cold, shriveled up pancakes and the staff was okay. The room was clean except for the toilet.

Hotel needs to be completely updated. There was no pool that we didn't realize until we got there. I have not been to a hotel in recent years that didn’t have a pool so my bad for not double checking. There are no soda or ice machines that I could find. No elevators either so we had to drag our bags up to the second floor. The only thing good about it was it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Lady at the front desk had my reservation ready when I arrived, keycard to my room didn't work but she quickly reprogramed it. Was surprised to see a small exercise room but one of two machines was not working. Waffle for breakfast was nice but other options were almost non-existent.

Very dirty! Toilet. Carpet. Lobby furniture seats were covered with carpet to hide the stains and disrepair. An old, dirty sign was tapped on front door and desk saying no vacancy. Parking lot was only 25% full. Covid 6’ signs were dirty and still on floor. If we had not paid ahead of time, we would have walked out.

My ice bucket had brownie or cake crumbs all over the inside of it. I had to wash it out pretty good before using. Bathroom had mold near the faucet and continental breakfast could use some dressing up. The sink where the breakfast was at had dried noodles and something black in it.

The entrance of the hotel seemed a little dirty. Carpets looked stained there and in the hallways. Our room was sufficient but either the vacuums used were deficient or the cleaning service lacked motivation. My wife found a used contact on the floor right by the bed. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved slightly, the bathroom was poorly lit, the chair was worn. It was OK, but didn't merit the better than 8.0 rating on Expeida.

Nice clean, quiet place to spend a few nights. Just don't park real close to the front door....sprinklers really left my car badly spotted! Friendly staff, room was immaculate every evening. I would stay here again.

Tons of shopping and dining around the area! Otherwise the place is just average. No elevator and if your room has a suite door to an adjoining room, a lot of sound spills over. But the breakfast is fine (oatmeal, eggs, waffles, cereal) and the room is clean and comfortable.

Very large room you have a small kitchenette I didn’t expect. The TV was a tad small for the size of the room. Bathroom is excellent. The only little drawback is there’s no elevator so if you’re on the second floor, you have to carry your stuff up. Breakfast was simple, but fine.

My room was much larger and with more amenities than the vast majority of hotel rooms I stay in. It had basically a full kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. It was conveniently located near the freeway and a number of stores and restaurants. And the price was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Got in very late. Front desk manager was awesome, kind, and efficient. Bed was comfortable with several choices of soft to firm pillows. Good place for one night stay. Property is older and furnishings dated, but price is good for a decent, clean place to crash.

I’m waiting to check in and there are no hotel workers. I’ve called their number and nobody answers. Expedia needs to make sure the hotels they book are actually open. 43 minutes before a person on drugs checked me in.

A bit rude staff at the checkout time. We lost an item that the hotel staff found and when called back to find out what the hotel policy was in regard to getting back the item, the hotel manager was quite rude. Did not even hesitate to say words like "you don't understand English". even though we were willing to pay for getting back the item. Being a member of this hotel, I would definitely not stay in this particular hotel. Its not about the lost item but the customer service in my situation was beyond acceptable. At check in time, the sign in sheet also had a different (lower) rate than what I paid online.

Check in was nice. Had to get a blanket at midnight and was lectured by the night auditor like i was 5 for not doing it earlier. She refused to give me her name and complained the entire time about the less then 2 mins it took her to get the blanket. When I went down in the morning the guy just looked at me like he couldnt be bothered. Breakfast had almost nothing for choices. Couldnt use the bathtub because it was disgusting looking

This hotel and our room were clean and quiet. It was right by the freeway, but I could not hear any road noise. The only issue I had was at 7:30a.m. I was lying in bed, and my teenage son was asleep in the bed next to mine. Then I hear somebody rattling the door and open our door. I yell out that we are sleeping. The person flips on our lights and comes walking in. My son awakes and jumps up to see a man in our room. The man then turned around and walked out. I am assuming this was housekeeping walking into our room. Housekeeping should always knock and acknowledge they are going to walk in before just entering. They gave no warning, unlocked our door, flipped on the lights and walked in on us at 7:30a.m. I forgot to lock the top security lock on the door or place a do not disturb sign on the door. In the future I will never forget to lock the security lock at the top of the door.

I had an emergency during my stay in Spanish Fork and the manager was the kindest person to me, and without knowing me he just treated me with the kindness, respect and attention I needed. He was so polite, yet caring. I ended up staying there two nights because I so comfortable and safe after a hard couple of days I had had while traveling. Best staff in hotels I have stayed at in a while and I stay in hotels often. The young man at the front desk was also very kind and polite. The place was clean and comfortable and it’s in a nice area, but what made it exceptional for me was the staff. Great team!

The management was wonderful. My wife was having surgery at 7 am nearby and they let me delay checkout until noon. Very good to work with. very kind people. a little older hotel but clean and everything worked.

The property was fine but the person at the desk was rude. I arrived before 2pm check-in time but was willing to pay extra to get some rest. I was told to go away and not come back until after 2PM and not to bother him. He has NO hospitality in the hospitality business. Should hire a friendly person.

It was very quiet, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The waffles for breakfast were great. Everything else was just ok. The coffee was decent. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed/pillows were pretty good. The bathroom, once I got into the tight space around the door, had mold on the shower and a big rust stain in the tub. The keys didn't work; we had to have the not-too- friendly staff let us in. Then we didn't dare go anywhere or we wouldn't get back in. Breakfast was not worth the time. Cold scrambled egg patties and bitter orange juice--and we had to take turns so someone could let us back in the room. Definitely not going to stay a second time.

Everything was great except for the breakfast. It was awful. No meat of any kind. Scrambled eggs were made from liquid eggs poured from a carton they looked like little flat pancakes with absolutely no flavor and as tough as an old shoe. . Even the muffins which were in small packages were stale.
