Great location. Nice staff! It’s right across the street from a beach and right next to a very delicious seaside restaurant/ice cream parlor. It’s very close to some other ice cream shops and a Game Center that has mini golf, arcade, and go carts. Parking is free on property. The room was small but it was ok the only terrible thing is that none of the rooms have AC which means that in the summer it’s unbearably hot.

Very nice rooms, right next to a clean beach and a reasonable price for 4 people. We got in very late, but they had messaged me to call ahead and ensure we would have our keys. The person on the phone was very helpful and we got our keys no problem. The pool they have is a nice size, not too shallow not super deep and it was very clean. The next morning, we spent time in the pool and had a smooth checkout as well. 5/5 stars, I would visit again for sure.

Village Green is a hidden gem! My family first stayed here last summer, and have continued to come back and recommend this property to all of our family and friends traveling to the cape. The staff is accommodating beyond belief, and have all been so helpful to my family and i. The fact that you can walk outside to either the outdoor pool, or across the street to the beach is my favorite part.

Overall TOTALLY worth it, as long as you are clear about your expectations and adjust accordingly. Location: by far the BEST bit! Across the street from Skipper House, the beach, pretty short walk to the Main drag and mini golf, restaurants, etc(15 min or so walking, 2-4 min drive). Amenities: a very clean large pool, a handful of picnic tables, and some chairs spread around in front of the rooms. The rooms themselves are fairly comfortable in a beach motel level! NOTE - there are no Air Conditioners Cleanliness: clean pool, clean rooms, clean grounds - what else can you ask for? Wait, I know, good value for your money!!

Cons: no AC (but you can get a fan, ask for it if it’s not in the room when you arrive), no coffee/tea in the rooms but it’s available most of the day in the coffee room (as well as a microwave), no hairdryer (just bring your own). The man at the front desk was accommodating, check-in was quick and easy. Our room was by the pool and was heavily populated, which made the option of keeping the window open for airflow not doable since the room was not airconditioned and the provided fan was not great. The room was outdated and dingy.

The motel was unexpectedly surprisingly spacious, which was great. It’s convenient and walkable to a restaurant right beside it and also to a beach right in front. Other restaurants and beaches are also nearby, which you can drive as well. I like the property, I would definitely come back. However, I wish there was AC. At one point during the night, it became too hot that my friend & I couldn’t sleep. Nonetheless, it is a great motel to stay if you’re just looking for an affordable, safe & convenient place.

The main issue is they don’t have air conditioning! Just a fan so it was so hot. It doesn’t mention that anywhere while booking. Otherwise we were very happy there! Loved that the Skipper and beach were right across the street.
