We were there for a concert in the event center. Our room was nice, beds were comfortable. The TV didn't work but we weren't in the room long anyway. As for the concert in the event center, the chairs were WAY too CLOSE together. I'm small but on both sides of me were bigger guys and they were definitely in my space!! There were a lot of people who were uncomfortable and crushed together.

Upon arrival I waited an hour in line just to check in and get my room keys. The people in line were all crabby and complaining about the wait. They only had three of the six representatives out helping. There wasn’t paper or a pen in the room. The drawers on the desk and dresser were jammed and wouldn’t open or shut properly.

Staff was very nice. Check in was easy. Rooms are nice but ours was not cleaned throughly after last persons stay. Bathroom floor looked as though it had not been swept or mopped. Carpet was not vacuumed very good. Lint, dust and food on floor. Fridge had an opened package of butter in it and shelves were dirty. I realize that they may be short staffed and they are very busy, but felt this should have been cleaned better. Beds were very clean and nicely made though.

Appreciated the amount of restaurant options and a large campus. Would have been great if the shuttle picked up Amtrak riders staying nearby.
