Last minute booking . Right on the water few miles out of town. Friendly staff great warm clean pool . Sea views peaceful. Comfortable room clean . Kitchen for extra convenience . Great spot all good highly recommended - would stay again !!

Awesome place!! Friendly staff great property and we loved that our son could fish off the dock and there were kayaks. Very pet friendly and that was a plus! Close to so many things we really recommend it and will return

My family and I stayed at room 16. It is a cozy place but they could improve the toilet bowl, it is not attach to the floor properly. You can walk safely at night within the property. The parking is good. The pool is clean. I will definitely come back. The price is reasonable

The property was right on the gulf and we were allowed to fish on the property.they had a single and double kayak and paddleboard for use(free).The staff were wonderful.the place was clean. The only thing that was slightly problematic was the walls were not well insulated so you could hear everything outside and next door I would add more lighting throughout the room especially the kitchen.

We spent one night in a standard room here on our way back from the Key West. Its a beautiful property with lots of places to sit, relax, picnic, watch the sunset. The pool area was very nice. The room was clean, but could use some updates. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Conveniently located by the dolphin research center. Rooms are older and you can tell they have been renovated. They were very clean. The small beach area was beautiful to sit in the hammocks and look out over the ocean.

We couldn’t stay there the smell of possible mold and mildew. The room also was very small and old . No wash rag towels. We left and found a cleaner motel . I’ve been using Travelocity for many years but this motel had an inaccurate rating approval no . This rating was terribly incorrect. Not to say I lost 200$

I loved my stay here. The room was so clean and had everything I needed. The AC worked so well and I was nice and cool and comfy. The pillow was the most amazing thing in the world. The outside area they have is amazing right on the water. I felt so safe. Definitely got some good sleep in here. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go back.

Black Mold in ac unit made my wife sick on the First night! And room didn't match pictures of room. No balcony no grill a ridiculously small bathroom. And the toilet wasnt sealed properly against the floor so the sewer smell was seeping in slowly.

Greeting from the staff was unfriendly , but the property was easy to find and had a nice bar and restaurant next to the resort also another bar ( Bongo’s) just up the road. The room was very noisy from the main road that runs through the island and we were bitten to death by the no see ‘ums so take a good insect repellent

This is an older hotel. It needs a lot of updating. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable but it is very dated. The view of the water was beautiful. If you don’t mind the old Florida look it’s a nice place. It’s right off the Overseas Hwy so you will hear noise from the road.

The staff were very friendly and the private access to the Gulf was nice. The facility is severely outdated. The room we were in barely had enough space to move around. Definitely not ADA compliant. The beds were like blocks of styrofoam and only full size. Not queen size, as advertised. The walls are paper thin. we heard our neighbors getting intimate more than once. the no slip strips on the ramps were coming off and we tripped on them a lot. No ventilation in the bathroom...which I thought was against building code. You can tell they are doing their best with what they have but this place desperately needs an overhaul and a code inspection. Also, the noise from US-1 is deafening. We did not sleep well at all. Sliding glass door entry offered very little privacy and left us feeling exposed and unsafe. Also, they charge for ICE!!

This is a fairly clean place. It has a great location to the water with jet ski rental at the property. The only real issue is the rooms are extremely noisy. We could here every step of the occupants above us and the highway noise was very loud in the room.

Very nice staff. Room was dated but did the job. Grounds were pretty, nice, open view of the water with good lounge chairs and pool Was clean with a nice temp. Our room was right up front so we heard the traffic all night but the beds were super soft and fluffy so I slt well.

Kitchen, fridge, the whole place looked nice and slept well. Only issue is lack of dark blinds and the whole lights up with the sun. Great view of the gulf. Was sorry to stay only 1 night

With the excellent reviews, I was surprised it was so affordable. My second floor room boasted a balcony front and back with the livingroom on the water side overlooking an actual beach with sand, very unusual for The Keys and a dock perfect for sunsets.

Gulf view was a good stay for us in the keys, it could use a little updating here and there but that's pretty much what I've seen everywhere. Staff was excellent, we had an issue with arriving our first night due to wildfires. The booking through Expedia was non-refundable, both parties went above and beyond to make sure that we got our money back for our first night since we could not stay there. I would stay at Gulfview again!

Upon check in, our door was not only unlocked, but it was open! Additionally, the hotel stated that quiet time started at 9pm. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud well after 10pm. I reported this to the front desk, but they just shrugged it off. Not very happy.

We spent one night in a standard room here on our way back from the Key West. Its a beautiful property with lots of places to sit, relax, picnic, watch the sunset. The pool area was very nice. The room was clean, but could use some updates. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff was professional and pleasant,I was meeting up with friends and ask if we were able to check in early and they were able to check us in early,this is my second time staying there and I love it,im in love with the suite above the office (spectacular) I would love to stay in it if it’s available when I return.Great customer service from the grounds guy to the ladies in the office,great job guys 👍

Great place to stay. Rooms are very nice. There are things to do on the property like the pool, corn hole, kayaks, paddleboard, grills, etc... Jen is amazing! She is very kind and knowledgeable about the area. When we go back to the keys this is where we will again be staying!

This is an older hotel. It needs a lot of updating. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable but it is very dated. The view of the water was beautiful. If you don’t mind the old Florida look it’s a nice place. It’s right off the Overseas Hwy so you will hear noise from the road.

There were breathtaking views of the gulf. While I didn't get to take advantage of the two Kayaks and one paddle board or the pool. Those things were available. This place does not have an on-site restaurant or any of the typical resort amenities. Rooms were clean and recently refurbished. Get a room with a deck or patio if you can. My one complaint would be the shower never really got hot, It was warm at best, but I'd definitely stay again.

We had some trouble checking in because we were not sent the code, but facility was clean and easy to get to where we wanted to be. Pictures are a little misleading for what we were looking for. Missing the propane grills pictures ( they do have charcoal, but you need to go and get the supplies) and the rooms are basic. I was hoping for an iron or a closet/ Bar to hang my sundresses. Kitchen was stocked with needed tools and staff was friendly when we needed anything.
