This Resort was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding. It was our Honeymoon annd I anm so happy I picked this hotel. Our Butler Zul was so attentive and kind. He anticipated our needs and reserved the hotel boat for us to and from where we wanted to go and we felt so safe. The breakfast was some of the best food my husband and I have had and the afternoon tea was delightful. The pool was wonderful and entire decor of the hotel is something you will never forget as you feel like you are in a luxury zen boutique. Highly reccomend this hotel.

this will be a memorable experience started with a booking of a muay thai package at the spa for a couple of friends celebrating their wedding ! And I decided to stay there with my close friend. Everything is done for your pleasure, from the pool view to the bar, breakfast service, the transfer service by boat and of course the spa premises which are unforgettable. I would like to express my gratitude to Mint who did a wonferful treatment with lots of attention (a senior therapist that I highly recommend). The hotel gathers a lot of antique pieces from the colonial age, a walk through the past in a cabinet des curiosités (amazing moments)... Thank you ! I hope to see you again, congratulations to the dedicated staff and the designer in charge of this hotel.

I really enjoyed my couple of days at this unique property I found it to be quiet and calming throughout my stay. It really is beautifully designed and you find yourself reaching for your camera time and again - it’s unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in in Bangkok. The staff were charming and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool area, my huge room, comfy bed, the gym and just reading a book in the light filled spaces throughout the hotel. There is a Jim Thompson outlet in the hotel, a small art gallery, a snooker table and a library. I was not intending to explore the many sights of the city nor spending time outside the hotel so can’t really comment on that, but it served the purpose of allowing this guest to decompress fully and in wonderful style.

The Siam exceeded all expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. There are truly unique and thoughtful touches throughout the property that make it feel homey (a vinyl room, screening room and sitting areas for example). The decor is an impressively curated collection of southeast Asian history. We enjoyed using the gym including a private Muay Thai lesson and the spa including a private barber for my son. The private boat that takes you along the river to various stops is a huge perk to avoid Bangkok traffic. Probably our favorite part was enjoying a slow and quiet breakfast watching the river each morning. It was a lovely retreat from the Bangkok hustle. Our butler (Zul) was very attentive and took care of all of our needs.

Probably one of the best hotel experience. The hotel is amazing and has so much to see and experience. Two night stay is not enough. The butler and other hotel staff, especially Eve, are so professional, police and are always ready to help. The design and antiques at the hotel are beyond. The cruise is also fantastic, especially when you can see sunset. The pool is excellent and the staff is so considerate and prepare iced water and sun block. We tried almost everything on the breakfast menu. ALL are great! Strongly recommend! Will definitey come back again!

Otherwise this hotel surpass every standard of cleanses and service. All personnel is extremely attentive and will above and behind to assist you. The rooms are very clean and spacious but more pillow options could be nice. The hotel is almost a museum in itself and is worth taking time to explore. A final note on the spa that is top notch with attentive therapist and a very relaxing environnement.

I don’t even know where to start on how amazing this property is! The property is exactly like the photos and the hospitality met expectations. The grounds are stunning, pristine clean, mesmerizing and creative. The art through the property was really neat to see and learn about. The food was equally just as great as everything else! We will be recommending this place to everyone that wants an upscale, safe, clean, flattering environment. Thank you Siam for everything.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful and well appointed. We stayed in a villa and it was heaven. Our butler was so helpful in making arrangements for the hotel boat to take us to our activities and gave us great recommendations on this to do. We misses him and the rest of the friendly hotel team the minute we left!

I have traveled a great deal and have stayed in some wonderful hotels but The Siam was surely the best and most special hotel experience of my 74 years. Starting with a most gracious and friendly welcome by Nick, the hotel general manager, to the tour of the property and, at each turn, being wowed by every indoor and outdoor area, to being shown our beautifully appointed, luxurious, comfy suite, and finally to having some of the best Thai food at the restaurant at the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were at the hotel. And throughout our too short, two day stay, Nick and his staff were so helpful in making sure we could make the most of our first visit to Bangkok. An added plus is the hotel’s location on the river and how guests can use the dock at the hotel to catch scheduled boats and be dropped off at historic sites and restaurants, thus avoiding what is often gridlock on the roads. I can recommend this hotel any more highly and hope to return one day soon.

We travel 6/7 time per year so have stayed in a lot of hotels as you can imagine. This is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The staff were so help with our dietary requirements and just anything in general. Thank you to the manager Nick for welcoming us from day 1. We will be back 1 day. The room was huge and the biggest we’ve stayed in
We travel 6/7 time per year so have stayed in a lot of hotels as you can imagine. This is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The staff were so help with our dietary requirements and just anything in general. Thank you to the manager Nick for welcoming us from day 1. We will be back 1 day. The hotel was amazingly beautiful and well appointed. We stayed in a villa and it was heaven. Our butler was so helpful in making arrangements for the hotel boat to take us to our activities and gave us great recommendations on this to do. We misses him and the rest of the friendly hotel team the minute we left!

Can't say enough about our time at the Siam. It was like going back in time to a more gentile period. Arriving at the hotel made me think of what the estate of a Hong in the 19th century would look like. The hotel is decorated with tasteful art and collectibles of museum quality. The grounds are beautiful, the staff impeccable and having a beautiful boat to shuttle you to all the historical sites and restaurants on the river was the icing on the cake. To avoid all the traffic congestion in Bangkok and enjoying the cooling breeze on the river made it all worthwhile after a day of sight seeing. Especially when you're greeted by your Butler on the dock upon your return with ice cold scented towels and a glass of icy cold water. Nick was the consummate host and his staff the most polite and congenial ever. Truly an Oasis.

This Resort was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding. It was our Honeymoon annd I anm so happy I picked this hotel. Our Butler Zul was so attentive and kind. He anticipated our needs and reserved the hotel boat for us to and from where we wanted to go and we felt so safe. The breakfast was some of the best food my husband and I have had and the afternoon tea was delightful. The pool was wonderful and entire decor of the hotel is something you will never forget as you feel like you are in a luxury zen boutique. Highly reccomend this hotel.

There are truly unique and thoughtful touches throughout the property that make it feel homey (a vinyl room, screening room and sitting areas for example). The decor is an impressively curated collection of southeast Asian history. We enjoyed using the gym including a private Muay Thai lesson and the spa including a private barber for my son. The private boat that takes you along the river to various stops is a huge perk to avoid Bangkok traffic. It’s a marvelous boutique hotel with a personalized service, the staff takes such a good care of you and is attentive to your activities and they even make suggestions to fit your schedule. Unlike other hotels it never feels crowded or overwhelming with other guests.

Everything about this property is almost perfect. The one obvious negative is it’s location which is quite remote from the main sight but a free water shuttle is available to make up for it. Otherwise this hotel surpass every standard of cleanses and service. All personnel is extremely attentive and will above and behind to assist you. The rooms are very clean and spacious but more pillow options could be nice. The hotel is almost a museum in itself and is worth taking time to explore. A final note on the spa that is top notch with attentive therapist and a very relaxing environnement.

I have traveled a great deal and have stayed in some wonderful hotels but The Siam was surely the best and most special hotel experience of my 74 years. Starting with a most gracious and friendly welcome by Nick, the hotel general manager, to the tour of the property and, at each turn, being wowed by every indoor and outdoor area, to being shown our beautifully appointed, luxurious, comfy suite, and finally to having some of the best Thai food at the restaurant at the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were at the hotel. And throughout our too short, two day stay, Nick and his staff were so helpful in making sure we could make the most of our first visit to Bangkok. An added plus is the hotel’s location on the river and how guests can use the dock at the hotel to catch scheduled boats and be dropped off at historic sites and restaurants, thus avoiding what is often gridlock on the roads. I can recommend this hotel any more highly and hope to return one day soon.

Magnifique Hotel, plein de charme avec un Directeur aux petits soins. Le lieu est magique, on se croirait dans un musée, le personnel est charmant. La nourriture et le petit déjeuner sont exquis. Le seul point négatif est l’éloignement du centre et la navette sur la rivière à une fréquence trop faible. Quoiqu’il en soit c’est certainement le plus bel hôtel de Bangkok avec l’Oriental qui vient d’être rénové. C’est un endroit intimiste, luxueux où il fait bon vivre. Nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir.

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We loved the overall experience: from a personal butler who made all the bookings and took care of us to speaking with Nick, the general manager, to admiring all the unique art pieces they have around the hotel. I will especially miss the selection they offer at breakfasts!!!

The Siam Hotel is a beauty, so much thought has gone into creating a space that is serene and comfortable, the decor is among the best that I have seen in hotels of this type, apart from the decor the staff are fantastic, two restaurants one Thai one Western, food is good in both, I ate in everynight, if I ever return to Bangkok I will return to the Siam

From general manager Nick’s involvement and interest in ensuring you have everything you need, to the incredible butlers always there to assist, you would be hard pressed to find better service in Bangkok. The location is a true haven along the river amidst the hustle and bustle of such a busy city. Taking the shuttle boat is highly recommended to avoid getting stuck in traffic. We were visiting as the first stop on our three week honeymoon in Thailand and I can’t think of a better place to enjoy some true luxury in Bangkok. The spa, the hotel’s eco friendly efforts, and the food were all 10/10. We will be back.

Probably one of the best hotel experience. The hotel is amazing and has so much to see and experience. Two night stay is not enough. The butler and other hotel staff, especially Eve, are so professional, police and are always ready to help. The design and antiques at the hotel are beyond. The cruise is also fantastic, especially when you can see sunset. The pool is excellent and the staff is so considerate and prepare iced water and sun block. We tried almost everything on the breakfast menu. ALL are great! Strongly recommend! Will definitey come back again!

Un vrai 5* qui offre en plus de très belles prestations une vision du SIAM très intéressante (petit musée, oeuvres d'arts, histoire familiale). Excellent restaurant Thai !!. Un peu excentré mais le bateau de l'hôtel permet de rejoindre facilement les nombreux points d'intérêt.

Beautiful hotel - well maintained, clean and stylish. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Hotel in a quiet location and the hotel run a free of charge boat shuttle to all the main pier points in the city. When I return to Bangkok I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook The Siam and would definitely recommend it to others.

It helped that there weren't that many guests in late May. But this is a wonderfully serene hotel, lots of water close by and in pools, beautiful antiques and greenery. Staff are expert and considerate.
