Nice room with a lovely little balcony. It was great to be able to open the doors and sit outside. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfy. Decor is interesting, a bit outdated maybe but the room has everything you could need. I had a problem with the sink plug and it was sorted with no fuss and a bit of a laugh with the staff. It felt safe and there was very little noise from other guests. I would stay again.

Perfect for our three night stay and would consider again. Location was good - a 20 minute walk into the old town and 10 minute walk to the station. Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had other kitchen equipment available to borrow for free from the reception. The hotel was busy but our room was quiet. Bed was comfortable and a/c made the room very comfortable despite the fact that it was 35c outside.

Very very bad experience! The sheets were not changed from the last client ! I had to remove them and sleep on the mattress using a towel!!! The floor was dirty my white socks became black ! After driving for 9hours from north Germany I had no courage or energy to go to the reception ask for anything or change the hotel ! I just stood put! Plus, even if I paid my room via hotel.com the reception guy wanted to take my bank card to get a guarantee!! Never saw or heard of that before ! I know that I won’t go back to that place or recommend it to anyone ! At check out a group of coworkers were shouting and having some sort of argument in the middle of the reception not even paying attention to me returning the key ! A nice one of them took care of my trash bag whe asked for the bin (because clients Have to remove the trash from the room themselves whe they leave) which is fine but not for 80€ ! There is better for that price ! A real nightmare as I couldn’t sleep all night !

Nice hotel with good prices only 3 tram stops from the city center. Walking distance from all tourist sites. Only bad things is the tiny shower and the outdated look of the walls in the room. Breakfast looked delicious but I didn't try it.
