Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.

Wonderful location to explore Verona, spacious and well equipped suite - more like a VRBO / apartment. Hotel doesn't have a bar / restaurant or parking - paid public parking is a 10 minute walk away. I'm sure this was described in the listing (I don't always ralead all the words).

Everyone was very helpful. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was great. Enjoyed the VIP perks. What I did not like was the elevator. It was small and once landed between two floors. We marked the next floor and walked down one floor. However, if you are willing to go up steps, it is the perfect place to stay in Verona. I would recommend staying there!

Great location within 10-15 minutes of city attractions, including restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious rooms with good amenities - the studio had a microwave and cooking facilities. Staff were helpful and accomodating. The only drawback : the property has only one small elevator that goes from floor 1 (not the ground), so the hotel is not for travelers with lots of heavy baggage.

Great hotel and conveniently located in middle of town. We had a hard time finding it, drove by it a couple of times. But once we checked in apartment was wonderful. If your driving public parking is underground not too far for a fee. Would recommend.

Absolutely spotless aparthotel right in the centre of Verona. We had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area and super modern bathroom with a really good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, felt safe and comfy. Recommended!

Struttura completamente e funzionalmente ristrutturata. Appartamento ben arredato e fornito. Pulitissimo e ben insonorizzato. A differenza della maggior parte delle strutture, il divano letto ha un buon materasso. Posizione eccellente a 30 metri dalla via Mazzini. Ambienti comuni accoglienti e profumatissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato dell’appartamento Aida, con due camere da letto separate e un divano letto nell’ampia zona soggiorno. Il bagno è spazioso e veramente ben equipaggiato.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of Verona with easy walking access to all the major sites. Apartment was roomy and exceptionally well equipped from toiletries to kitchen utensils. Air conditioning was brilliant and very much needed. Windows and walls were well insulated and we heard nothing from the street. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great central location just off via Mazzini (main pedestrian shopping street), close to all sights. These are suites, a collection of rooms, not a hotel. Large smart room with “kitchenette”, good shower, comfortable bed. Lots of space but no wardrobe (rail with wire hangers!) and no chairs/sofa. Very noisy doors, hard floors, plumbing etc. I did get more coffee pods from reception but they don’t replace them after the first day! No other amenities, so it’s very expensive for just a room. None of the promised Gold VIP items (wine, drinks) were provided, even when I reported that on check-in review (and no upgrade).

Its biggest strength is the proximity to all the main sights of Verona, so one is never far away from any of the main attractions in Verona. Another plus point is the layout of the suites - all wide and spacious with all the amenities such as toiletries, cutlery and utensils provided. Certainly would recommend for anyone wanting to spend a few nights visiting Verona!

The room provided all the amenities and was very attractive. We loved the large windows looking out onto the street. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing for deep sleep. The staff was informative, helpful, and welcoming. We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to lovely, historic Verona! ❤️

The room was perfect! The suite was luxurious, especially the bathroom with its huge shower. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for 3 to 4 people. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom too. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and visiting the local site.

Spent a week here over new year. From first meeting the reception team we were made to feel at home. Ideally located only minutes from all of the major attractions within a few minutes walk. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean and our studio was spacious with great facilities. We had a couple of breakfasts delivered at a time we wanted and is well worth the €9 charge. We had to check out by 11 but our flight wasn’t until 6pm and the reception team kept our luggage safe so we could enjoy our final morning at leisure.

This hotel is a gem. When I arrived Valentina met me at front door and helped me by putting my luggage on the elevator. After staying at 12 previous locations on this trip it was a pleasure seeing that elevator. Many of the places I stayed at you had to walk up many stairs with luggage. One location actually had 123 stairs with no elevator. This was a pleasure. Valentina was so welcoming and made me feel at home immediately. She took me to my room and when I walked in I almost fainted. It was so beautifully modernized and spacious I was shocked. It turned out that Valentina upgraded my room prior to my arrival which I thought was so sweet of her. The room was amazing and very modernized and clean. You could literally eat off of the floor it was so clean. Valentina was so welcoming, kind, sweet, helpful and accommodating. She afforded myself with so many site seeing recommendations as well as restaurants. When she gives you a recommendation follow it. All her recommendations were spot on. The hotel was centrally located to everything. Very short walking distances. 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. This hidden gem was amazing. If you are visiting Verona this is the place to stay. Stop looking anywhere else for accommodations. This is the only place you’ll want to stay in Verona. If possible I would rate the hotel and Valentina a 100 out of 10. Off the chart amazing!! Thanks for your kindness and professionalism Valentina! I will let my family and friends know that

You could literally eat off of the floor it was so clean. Valentina was so welcoming, kind, sweet, helpful and accommodating. She afforded myself with so many site seeing recommendations as well as restaurants. When she gives you a recommendation follow it. All her recommendations were spot on. The hotel was centrally located to everything. Very short walking distances. 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. This hidden gem was amazing. If you are visiting Verona this is the place to stay. Stop looking anywhere else for accommodations. This is the only place you’ll want to stay in Verona. We absolutely loved our stay at Opera Relais de Charme. We were firstly warmly greeted by their friendly staff who assisted us to have a much earlier check in as well as upgraded our room. The room was immaculately prepared and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed were there and more. The bed was super comfortable. A Lavazza coffee machine coffee capsules were provided. We found out there was going to be a train strike on the day of our departure. The staff were helpful and happy to answer our questions. It was most valuable at a time we were anxious and lost about the situation. The location is really convenient right at the heart of Verona in the middle of Piazza Bra, Piazza Erbe and Piazza Signori with plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from We highly recommend Opera Relais de Charme. We stayed for one night during a quick two-day trip to Verona. The staff was amazing and helped us navigate the local area. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early before check-in and also let us leave our luggage after our overnight stay. Location location for Verona! Walk to just about everything and the hotel is down a little alley so there is little noise. Staff are extremely friendly and rooms clean. We didn’t take the breakfast option and there is lots to choose from close by. I’d stay here again in a second.

I stayed here with my daughter and let me say the room was far more what I expected it was super clean and very comfortable. I liked that it had a fridge and a small kitchen for someone who was staying longer. The bathroom was cute and clean. I felt very safe in this hotel and staff was so polite and helpful they gave us a map to the city and food recommendations. Their breakfast is only 8 euros per person and it was very good 😊 I would recommend staying here.

Honestly an amazing stay. They were very accommodating and friendly. Also SUPER clean. They even bring you breakfast in the morning, you just have to ask the night before. Great places to eat and shop all within a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be staying here again and longer! We love Verona because of this hotel.

Spent a week here over new year. From first meeting the reception team we were made to feel at home. Ideally located only minutes from all of the major attractions within a few minutes walk. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean and our studio was spacious with great facilities. We had a couple of breakfasts delivered at a time we wanted and is well worth the €9 charge. We had to check out by 11 but our flight wasn’t until 6pm and the reception team kept our luggage safe so we could enjoy our final morning at leisure.

The decor of the apartments is fun and unique. Love the suite with a living area with mini-fridge, Nespresso, stove top, coffee and water. Wonderful big towels and bathroom amenities and comfortable bread. The optional breakfast is a great option.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel and every was just perfect. They provide clean and modern rooms (we also had a balcony) and an excellent service. The receptionist also made a few restaurant recommendations per our request. The restaurant we chose offered probably some of the most memorable meals we had during our trip. The Hotel Opera is an amazing choice in the heart of Citta Vecchia - within easy walking distance to all old town attractions and events, including Julliette's house, the Duomo and more. The Romeo & Juliette suite was prefect and as presented in the preview. The whole facility is sparkling clean and the front desk folks are professional and helpful. This room does not have a view, per se, but there is a small outdoor patio perfect for an afternoon aperitif. So many nearby choices for food but we returned 2 nights to Gastronomia Stella. It is more of a deli than restaurant and their main course is a selection of meats and cheeses - you can either go with their recommendations or select your own from a wide variety of excellent meat, fish, pasta and cheese selections along with some excellent wines. So much to see here from the arena to Juliet's house, shopping on the Piazza del Erbe, the Basilica di Santa Anastasia, the sightseeing train, or just walking along the Adige River. Verona was one of our favorite cities to visit and the Hotel Opera made it easy and convenient.

The staff were all super helpful with reservations and advice. One note is there really isnt breakfast. All our other stops had nice breakfast spreads an coffee available on premises . But theres plenty of places on the street and theres a nespresso machine in the room. Reception is 1 floor above street level but elevator is 1/2 floor up from street level and its iffy . It wasnt working when we were leaving . But they offered to help us get our luggage down. And the stairwell is easy.

Just spent 4 wonderful nights in Verona. The accommodation was perfect and was the icing on the cake for our visit. Returning to our lovely air conditioned rooms was delightful after walking visiting all the sights. Staff were always friendly, happy, helpful and were very sweet when I tried out my very poor and limited Italian . If we visit Verona again which we intend to we will stay here, perfecto.
