Lovely stay! I stayed here for Fasnacht festival and brought my dog with me. The woman who tended the front desk over night both days was so incredibly helpful to me; first in seeking answers about the festival and then again in setting up my pet cam. Really sweet and great staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I’m able to return to the festival next year.

The front desk staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. The TV and internet weren't working properly. The bathroom walls, floors, and towels had hair everywhere. There were also sticky spots on the bedroom floor. Finally, the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The blankets were also kind of thin.

Yes the room was very nice and clean. I don’t like to complain about anything but the heater was very loud and the commode was sooo low. I forgot to leave the house keeper a tip which I really hated.
