Older smaller motel type. Been refreshed and very clean. Attention to all amenities. Can’t beat the price. Would definitely stay again. Pet friendly room. Great value. Glad we chose this place for our unexpected stay for one night.

Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Onsite guest laundry was a bonus. HBO advertised but not found. Our accommodation was not exactly as booked through Expedia but it still worked out. Nice to have a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge in the room.

The floors were very dirty. It wasn't just our room, since we talked to other guests that said the same. The air conditioner was very noisy, sounded like a washing machine on the spin cycle. The staff were extremely friendly at least. The room was small but the bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking our motorcycles and trailer on the property was great. The price was reasonable and we'd probably stay again if they mopped the floors. We had to wear our sock and they were black when we left.

Very crowded parking lot and the room’s floor felt dirty and the bathroom had hair from either staff or previous tenants and the coffee pot still had coffee grounds in it. The bed was very uncomfortable and the chairs outside were dirty. It needs updating very badly.

Checkin was friendly and quick. There is a nice little library of books at reception for guests. We extend our appreciation to whomever is cleaning and making up the rooms. The rooms are not new, but they are well maintained and very thoroughly cleaned, with new linens and towels, exceptional for cleanliness. We also appreciated the air quality; no scents and the window opened. The appliances were great, especially the full sized fridge. Yes, the rooms are along the street, but that seems common for Cranbrook motels. We were very comfortable in our room. Finally, Travellers offers the very best value in town for clean, friendly accommodation.

The room was dingy and dirty, my socks were black after a couple hours. The floors were dirty as were the walls and the sinks. The baseboards look like they’d never been wiped down. It smelt and was so unclean. The dishes needed to be washed before they could be used (we brought our own thankfully) there were clothes left in the dresser which shows the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. We only chose this place cause it had a kitchenette so we could cook our own food but the cleanliness and quality of the room was definitely not worth the stay. Would not recommend.

This is a good roadside motel at a reasonable price. The full kitchen wasn't needed by us but could come in handy if we were staying longer. At first glance the room looks a little old and a tired, but it's clean and comfortable. We're glad we stayed.

I am really unhappy with this motel. I stayed for one night while in Cranbrook for work. I received a phone call the next day because I had accidentally spilled a little bit of coffee on my sheets. The man started yelling at me and told me he would charge my card $150. When I said I did not authorize that transaction, he hung up on me and charged my card anyway. It was very aggressive and unprofessional. I will never stay here again.

Location is good as it's right on the main street in Cranbrook and pricing was good for a budget traveller like me. There's a Tim Hortons right across the street so I appreciated that as it's my usual breakfast spot. Bed was comfy and clean. Some cons were that the bathroom doesn't have a fan so there was mold around the window frame. Cinder block walls aren't very aesthetic. Doors were in pretty bad shape and it was a bit noisy as with most older buildings that weren't insulated for sound.

Bed was good . Coffee was gross. Thank got Tim's close. Finisn in tub coming off. And when booked my room said i was 70 and site said seniors got dicount. I didnt. And hit at front desk said it was Expedia's fault. Ladt time there
