Cairns Central Plaza had a great location, just across the street from a big shopping centre, and chemist also nearby. Easy walk to city centre, Esplanade, restaurants, train station for Kuranda, and bus stops. Friendly reception staff and housekeeping too. Everything cleaned well. View from our balcony was great, rooftop pool nice with heated whirlpool. We did find, however, that the apartment was in need of renovation: fan above stove was almost hanging off, washing machine stopped working halfway through our stay (we used communal laundry but had to pay extra), toilet seat was broken off hinge on one side and sofa was in need of a deep clean (food down the sides!). Washing machine was not fixed, nor kitchen fan, during our stay. Rooms were also not very soundproof, heard voices, telephone conversations and snoring from next door!

I love staying here. The balconies are so private and i love the aecure parking. I stay often and I would of loved to made one of ypur apartments my home longer term but the rate of $135 a day is just too expensive for just myself on my single iinvone.

Car parks were limited and too small. We had rubbish removed twice. Our unit got cleaned properly not once. In 7 days. The bathroom was a joke - no benches - just a room with sink shower and toilet. For disabled people it looked like. Hardly what you expect when booking an apartment. 2 to 3 star at best

4 nights in the city. Located across from major mall but about a mile give or take to the water where most things you want to do are. Room wasn't very clean, lots of stuff in the cracks. Washer/dryer ISN'T in the room as we thought, instead in a closet in the parking garage. Staff was friendly enough but the front desk closes early and if you don't have a local phone number they cannot take the call. Building shared with a clinic and other offices so not a proper hotel at all. Shower was just a glass walled off part of the bathroom and the seal was bad so water leaked onto the main bathroom floor. They charge you if you don't take out the trash for them! Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.

The single bedroom suite I booked was spacious & well laid out, apart from having the outdoor patio sharing space with the airconditioning unit blowing out hot air. Probably would be better if the bedroom had its own aircon as well but it sufficed to keep me cool in bed by leaving the bedroom door open. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of glasss & utensils & the staff were efficient & friendly. My room probably needs a new coat of paint & some of the furniture is a bit worn but good for the price.

The curtains were old and had stains all aver them. The bathroom shower cubicle leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom as water ran under the door lip on the floor. Building is old and worn and needs upgrading/updating when you pay a lot per night. Bit sad really.

Large rooms for the price, lots of power sockets. Maintenance is average however - both globes in one light fitting were faulty. The shower head leaked, and it was hard to keep shower water from splashing out of the tub. There is no hairdryer. (We found one that was broken but it had been left by a previous customer!) The reception staff were great, but reception opens late and closes early. Overall though, it was a good value stay!

This apartment is not in the heart of the tourist area so doesn’t have the close water views you would get closer to the esplanade. It is however only a 10 minute walk to those areas. It is just across the road from the major shopping plaza and also close to the railway. As an apartment complex we had our own small kitchen and a nice outside balcony. Plenty of wardrobe space and good bathroom. A highly functional accommodation for our 3 day stay in Cairns.

Great location opposite shopping centre and a variety of stores around the apartment.Parking under building easy.Comfortable bed and a balcony was great.The only negative comment was our apartment was not soundproof and there was a crying baby next door .Having said that the apartment was very comfortable as was the bed.Would stay there again.

時間外にチェックインする場合、ホテルに電話が必要と言われましたが、何度電話しても出ませんでした。運良く、同時刻にチェックインする人と遭遇し、チェックできました。私の部屋は、コネクティングルームとして使用できる部屋でしたが、隣の部屋と繋ぐドアの鍵が開いていて、隣の宿泊客が間違え入ってきました。フロントデスクは夜間不在ですし、とても恐ろしく、全く眠れませんでした。

I would just like to say that the Manager I think his name is Don went over and above to assist me in every way. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him. Our train ran late and I called the after hours number and he was there in a flash to help me gain entry to the building. I had a query re my Expedia account and he went over and above to sort it for me on a Sunday. Could not fault the service. Would I stay there again and the answer would be a YES. Thank you

レセプションの方々もお掃除の方も大変親切で丁寧で、チェックイン時間前の朝早くに到着したのでチェックイオンまで荷物も預かってくださって、チェックイン時間より少し早めに部屋に入れてもらえて有難うございました。ケアンズセントラルの目の前の建物なので、スーパーや買い物に大変便利で、バス乗り場も近くて便利な立地でした。シティービューですが、大きなバルコニーがあったので、バルコニーでスーパーで買ってきた食材で夕食をゆっくり出来ました。電子レンジや冷蔵庫、グラスやお皿、カトラリーもあるので、外食が高いオーストラリアで我々夫婦のように節約したい場合には部屋で快適にスーパーで買ってきて食事が出来るので、我々は１泊でしたが連泊される方にもおすすめです。少しだけバスルームなど古さは感じるものの、とても清潔で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

Worst reception experience I’ve had. The man at check-in and the woman at check-out (glasses, long black hair) were rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. No greeting, no professionalism, and zero hospitality. They made me feel unwelcome from start to finish. This hotel does not value its guests. I would never recommend it or return.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the view over the city and harbour, The kitchen is quite well equipped .The bathroom is compact but the balcony is a decent size, The hotel is handy to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Esplanade
