This is a very large hotel . The pool area is a big disappointment. Sun is blocked by buildings and the restaurant and bar completely surrounded the pool. If you swim there you are very much !on display. I did not care for the breakfast. Many items but nothing really tased good. The staff were very nice although housekeeping came around 4 pm every day. Too late for me if returning from a long outing. Elevators were crowded and slow. There is a Sheraton and a Meridian hotel next door, I think the better choice. The restaurant is open to tour busses bringing large crowds for lunch. Lunch buffet no better than breakfast. No à la carte menu. Check in was very slow and room not ready until exactly 3pm.

Staff was great! Very friendly. The only reason I only have 4 stars is due to the fact that the (only real) bar on the 36th floor apparently was already closed for 2 months

I entered the hotel thinking that my reservation included breakfast, but the staff member (I believe her name was Nezrin) told me that it was not included. I said okay, but she didn’t explain how I could add breakfast or how much it would cost, and she brushed it off without giving any details. The staff also acted awkwardly and unhelpfully, even when we asked very simple things like how to get a taxi. The room we were given was not the city-view room we had booked. Because of a skyscraper right next to the window, the room received no sunlight at all and was extremely dirty. There was so much dust in the room that it was hard to breathe. Even something as simple as an omelet at breakfast was poorly prepared. The room did not get any sunlight even at 10 a.m., and there was a constant bad smell in the bathroom. I am attaching photos where the dirt and the darkness of the room at 10 a.m. can clearly be seen.

I gave my feedback in the other comment. Check-in was very slow. Room condition was really bad. The whole time was worn out for the beverage concepts are lazy. I definitely would not want to stay there again. I tried to check out, but unfortunately, my room had a cancellation policy. Pool is a joke. Everything is worn out an old you feel like you went to back to the 60s.
