We used this as a base for royal ascot. Accommodating manager with access to keys and bag drop off early. Basic room but very good value. Would use again

Great location, well priced, free parking, friendly staff. Rooms have recently had a light refurb with new furniture and carpets. This was my 2nd stay here and already planning my next. Only downsides are the sound proofing isn't great and Room 3 could use a new mattress. Current one is quite worn and uneven
