check-in was too slow. Only one person on the desk answering calls, dealing with people trying to check in and out, arranging people to help with bags etc. Apartment was large and good though.

Arrived at 11:30PM, just needed to rest for the night but were given a room that has literally a shared wall with the elevator shaft! Couldn't fall asleep and was too tired to request a room transfer after unpacking and unwinding...that room shouldn't be even used for guests, mind you someone coming late at night
