There is no parking and no air conditioning but room had large fan, I was fine. Front desk people great, room large & clean, had larger than normal fridge/freezer. I like the wood floors but makes them noisy. Right on the beach

When we got there, there was no person at the front desk to check us in. We had to walk around the boardwalk to find dinner and come back. They only allow housekeeping on the third day of our stay. It is a beachfront property, so sand is inevitable. I would not stay there again. There was a weird smell. Very plain room. No air conditioning. And a mattress that felt like a dog bed. Disappointed. But the location was great.
