Prima hotel en perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip. Midden in het centrum. Houd er rekening mee dat je wanneer je met de auto bent, je wel moet parkeren op ongeveer tien minuten lopen.

I liked the fact that it was clean. What I did not like was the road access and taxis did not want to drop us off at the property. So, we had to roll the bags on a stone road.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is only one block away from the beautiful cathedral Seville. Numerous dining and night life options only a stones throw. The hotel staff offered us a free cocktail on the beautiful rooftop terrace which was considerate. Would recommend if staying in Seville!

Bonito hotel muy familiar con una terraza espectacular, la recepción 24 horas muy amables y atentas de 10. Ubicación del hotel inmejorable, en el centro a 2 min de la Catedral y a 5 De la Torre del Oro, con infinidad de sitios para comer y tapear. Lo peor, no hay aparcamiento y usar uno público es muy caro 20 euros diarios!!!

Wir haben Sevilla vom 23.9-27.9.2025 besucht! Das Palacio Alcazar ist ein kleines, super gelegenes Hotel! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einzigartig, man kann die ganze Altstadt fußläufig erreichen. Da wir unser Zimmer (Lage:Ausblick in einen kleinen Innenhof u. gleich neben dem Fahrstuhl) wirklich nur zum schlafen genutzt haben, war es für uns völlig ok! Es gibt eine wundervolle Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir konnten unser Frühstück leider nur am Abreisemorgen dort genießen, da sie die anderen Tage renoviert wurde 😞 Nichts desto Trotz haben wir dort oben einen schönen Abend verbracht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch völlig ok! Für Gäste, die kein 5Sterne-Hotel erwarten sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage hat mit Sicher5/6Sterne verdient!!

Room had four electrical outlets, but only two worked. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had wet paint in it when we were given access. Room had virtually no flat space for suitcases and bathroom had no space for toiletries bags.

Ideal location! Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Do not, however, reserve a room that faces the front courtyard. From 06:00 when the city starts cleaning the streets to the city's dumping of trash into their dumptrucks. Then as morning progresses, the throngs of tourists passing through the plaza all day long until about 22:00. And don't forget the neighbor's constantly barking dog! Other than that, a nice place to stay!

Excellent staff. Very polite and helpful. Could not ask for a better location. Close to the places we need to go. It is a boutique hotel. 12 rooms. The rooms are small but clean, bathroom decent size, coffee in room, but no tea, but the staff got it for us from the bar on the roof. the rooms being small not too comfortable for more than a few day stay.

The hotel was ideal for my grown daughter and me. Our room (#3) had two floors, so she was able to have her own space. The hotel is less than a five minute walk to the Alcazar and the Cathedral, on a quiet square. The roof top bar was also a lovely place to have an afternoon drink.

Hotel is in walking distance to everything. Right next to cathedral and alczar. Place to eat all around area. Roof top bar nice. We didn’t use much other than coffee in morning because it was too hot during day. Staff very helpful! Helped us get flamenco tickets and have us advise on bus and train when we left Sevilla. Rooms are basic no frills but clean and comfortable!

El hotel está muy bien ubicada y el servicio muy bueno. Pero la habitación muy pequeña y oscura. Fue imposible abrir la pequeña ventana en la esquina de la habitación porqué alguien siempre estaba fumando, incluso por la noche. Teníamos que tener aire acondicionado encendido todo el tiempo por falta de ventilación. No había ningunas sillas o cómodas, solo 2 camas y dos mesitas de llaves. La terraza con las visitas, casi siempre vacía, no tenía nada de tapas o comida alguna, solo bebidas.
