ペットと泊まれるホテルという事で利用させて頂きましたが、不便な事が多く、また夜中も廊下や他の部屋の物音が響きやすく、その都度犬が吠えてしまい、1泊目は殆どねむれませんでした。仕方なく、２日目は近くのペットホテルに泊まらせたので、ホテル選択を誤ったと感じました。フロントの方は気を遣って頂いたのですが、ペットと一緒には、もう利用いたしません。

部屋は綺麗でエアコンも入っていて2人で泊まるには充分です。ベッドも寝やすくて熟睡できました。ただトイレの便座に髪の毛があり不快に感じた事が残念だった。工事中のようで朝食がバイキングではなかったがミニお弁当とパンが3種類ありポンパドールのパンのようで美味しかった。みそ汁、スープリンゴジュース、グリーンジュース、ほうじ茶、コーヒーもありお腹いっぱいになりました。娘も喜んでいました。満足です。ありがとうございました。

Excellent value, very clean, terrific breakfast and 10 minutes by foot to the cruise port. Only negative is that you can check in only between 4pm to 10pm. But they have a waiting room with water, tea, and coffee. We’ll be back here on our next cruise.

Hotel was much nicer than I expected. Everything was very clean and appreciated the amenities which is better than any amenities at a five-star hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the beds are rather hard but linens were clean and duvet was wonderful. Location was fantastic you could walk to the Subway or the train and lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance a couple of blocks. Also lots of shopping around.

チェックインの際フロントが行列であったがチェックイン機と有人とで素早く捌いていたので待ち時間も短くて済んだ。またチェックイン機も操作中の画面がカウンター側にも見えているようで他の人の受付をしながら操作支援もされてたのはとても良かった。

近くでライブがあったので遠征の宿泊として利用させてもらいました。最寄り駅からも近く便利でした。朝食もついていたので、良かったです。またスタッフの方もとても丁寧で親切に教えてくれたのも良かったです。また近くでライブがある時に利用したいと思います。

It is walking distance to Nikon-Odori station, 7-Eleven store and Chinatown. Staffs were helpful in answering our questions about directions and train tickets. The room was clean and had everything which we needed e.g. safety deposit box and kettle.
