Stayed here over the weekend and I am bc extremely disappointed in the staff. There was multiple parties going on till 4 am which made it impossible to sleep, the hot tub was dirty and barely warm and the front desk was no help. Will not be staying there again.

There were soap wrappers in the shower, someones dirty socks under the chair, the AC and the Refrigerator were not cold, the room was kind of run down and the shower and sink faucet sinks both leaked all night. People on the balcony out side were loud and kids a floor above up ran around all morning statting very early. No protein choices for breakfast. The bed was comfy. Front staff was friendlier in the AM than in the PM

Good hotel and friendly staff. The location is spot on eoth shopping and food. The only issues we had were the key didn't work for the pool gate and we had to walk around the front from the pool becasue they turn off the side doors from entry after 8pm (isnt that why we have a key card?). We also had a cleanish room, I just dont understand why hotel rooms never dust their pictures, lampshades, or the top of the showers where the wall meets the shower, just small cleaning issues that should be addressed every few days but obviously hasnet been done in months. Our friends room was dirty, she said the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned (she said scrubbed) but she didnt tell me what else was gross, but she has children who were tired, so she wasn't gana move the luggage back out to the car or another room and wait for cleaners to do their job correctly so she just cleaned it herself.

Fairly quiet and convenient location and parking. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is lacking in that it's a cramped area and the hot food goes early. Shower was overly restricted and took too long to get clean and rinsed. Never got the WIFI to work. Otherwise nice.

I was very impressed with this hotel. So many positives - great room, comfortable, clean, good location, quiet, mostly friendly staff. Unfortunately my room (302) had no wi-fi reception in the bedroom. So, check out your room before you unpack.

Room was comfortable. TV remote doesn't let you use the TV's full capability. The floor grout in the bathroom could use a steam clean. (Grout is pretty dirty). Needs a power strip and light at the desk area to make working in room easier. Need a bell or something at the front desk. Had to wait a while till someone notices you are there. All that said, I would stay there again.

Location was good check in was great Didn’t like that the toilet got clogged I tried calling the front desk no answer and no one was there to assist. I even tried calling from my cell phone same result no answer not good service was dissatisfied with that incident was not able to use the test room all night

You can tell the place was probably recently renovated. Seemed clean. They still have the covid glass up and staff wearing masks which makes it difficult to communicate through the glass. There should be a speaker intercom system for communication. They do not have drinks to charge to the room and direct you to vending machines. The breakfast is a joke with just toast, yogurt, cereal..... I thought I'd give this place a chance as it was slightly more affordable than some of the other options but I doubt I'll stay again.

Front desk was very friendly. Hotel is clean and quiet. Didn't care for breakfast at all. Beds were hard so my body ached in the mornings. I like firm pillows put these pillows are a little too firm but my husband liked it. Rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed for two nights while our daughter was in the hospital. The prices were good, the room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only down side was the breakfast. The frozen quesadillas and frozen breakfast burritos did not taste great. They also had cold cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toaster French toast, packaged muffins. I don't fault the breakfast though because we weren't expecting breakfast at all so it was an extra perk. We would stay there again.
