르넥 바로 뒷길에 있어서 위치가 매우 훌륭해요. 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고, 조식은 정갈하고 정성스럽고 맛있습니다. 강력추천! 👍👍주차는 오페라하우스 지하에 했는데 20시간주차에 35즈워티 나왔어요. 주차장에서 호텔까지 도보 5분컷 입니다👍

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, einfach genial. Parkplätze sind vorhandenen, nicht vergessen sie mit zu reservieren. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück Buffet hervorragend. Allgemein, ganz tolle Atmosphäre.

This was my third visit to the hotel and I have never been disappointed. Yes, the property is hundreds of years old, however this all adds to the atmosphere. Most central location in Wroclaw, everything is within walking distance. Staff are all excellent. Only discovered this visit there is a spacious bar beneath the hotel open into the early hours... and prices are more reasonable than nearby local bars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Auch der bezahlte Parkplatz mit ca. 15 Euro pro Tag war akzeptabel, denn die Lage im Zentrum war es wert.

酒店的小哥哥小姐姐漂亮又帅气，每天都有人等着，不管是多晚，都有人守在酒店，真的感觉非常地温暖和温馨。酒店外的环境特别好，就是隔音效果比较差，很容易被吵得睡不着觉，窗帘少了一块，也不遮光，经常被晒醒。最好的还是觉得服务很好，每天都有人清洁，酒店的自助早餐也很棒，随便吃，每天吃得饱饱的～开心😃

Really pleased with this hotel. Convenient location so close to Rynek Square. Attentive staff , great clean room and good choices at breakfast. There were very few other guests when we stayed so the inside of the hotel was very quiet. However the nearby bars in the alleyway do generate noise late in the evening and there were ear plugs available at the reception desk! We were pleased with the service provided at this hotel and it represented good value for money. The reception organised a very early taxi transfer for us to the airport which was essential. This was certainly a great place to stay for an authenic Polish experience. Thank you

Slitet gammalt hotell som ligger centralt. Det var heltäckningsmattor i rummet som inte var så fräscha. Madrasserna i sängarna var gamla och det hela gav ett ofräscht intryck. Städningen var sporadisk, utfördes ibland, ibland delvis ich ibland uteblev den. Frukosten var helt ok. Personalen var trevlig. Hotellet levde inte upp till sina stjärnor.

Very convenient for the Christmas Market. The carpet in the room was very old and stained and gave it a feeling of being tired. Otherwise, the breakfast which was included was good and the staff were very friendly.

Our stay at the hotel was superb.the staff were superb,every different receptionist was pleasant helpful smiled a lot and so professional.Our room was cleaned every day towels xhanged everyday and the bedding every second day housekeeping did a fantastic job,2bottles of water every day was appreciated as the 2 weeks we spent in the hotel was warm and sunny.The hotel itself was old charm at its best big rooms comfortable beds plenty cupboards etc.The manager Anna was a delight,The breakfast buffet excellant with good choice of meats cheeses etc plus the choice of fresh eggs evetyday.Great experience would go back

The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent backing on the main square. An excellent breakfast was included. Just keep in mind that there is no ac so the middle of the summer may be an issue for some. We stayed in July and despite the lack of ac, i enjoyed my stay so much, I will definitely be back and will recommend this quaint hotel.

Top Lage und leckeres Frühstück, ABER es gibt keine Klimaanlage (wir hatten nur einen uralten Ventilator). Im Sommer bei 30 Grad Hitze ist es unerträglich. Nachts kann man auch kein Fenster öffnen, weil aufgrund von unten im Hof befunden Bar und aufheleden Autos/Motorrädern es einfach extrem laut ist. Der Fernseher war so leise eingestellt, dass man keinen Ton verstehen konnte und das war die maximale Lautstärke, die man als Gast einstellen konnte.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist geradezu perfekt. Mitten in der Innenstadt, 100 m bis zum Markt. Achtung: vermeiden sie Zimmer zur Straße am Wochenende und im Sommer das Dachgeschoss. Die Straßengeräusche sind unerträglich laut, Autoposser bis in den frühen morgen, Dauerparty auf der Gasse. Spätestens hier weiß man, warum an der Rezeption Ohrstöpsel zu haben sind. Das Dachgeschoss ist nicht isoliert und wird bei sommerlichen Temperaturen unerträglich heiß. Da hilft auch kein Ventilator mehr. Ansonsten ein sehr nettes Hotel mit altem Charme und sehr freundlichem Service.

Wir waren eine Nacht von Donnerstag zu Freitag dort. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich (wir haben sogar die Info per Mail bekommen, dass wir früher einchecken können, da das Zimmer früher fertig für uns war - toller Service!). Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super und wir hatten eine große Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt: wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten (ich bin schwanger und kann sowieso derzeit schlecht schlafen - zudem sind wir bereits um 02:30 Uhr losgefahren und ich wollte einfach früh schlafen!) und leider haben wir dies nicht erfüllt bekommen. Am Abend war es vor unserem Fenster (trotz 2. Etage) EXTREM laut. Menschen und junge Leute saßen unten vorm Restaurant und ein Mann hat eine Art Tombola via Mikrofon gemacht. Was dazu auch noch stetigen Jubel auslöste. UNBEDINGT OROPAX MITNEHMEN!!! Preis-Leistung stimmt hier aber. Und Hunde sind erlaubt, was ein großes Plus ist und der Sauberkeit nichts abtut! Aufgrund der Lautstärke würden wir aber wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal kommen.

Nice little hotel snuggled in the heart of the town. Easy and convenient place to say to walk around and sightsee. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. If you don't like noise, then I wouldn't recommend staying here since there is a lot of street congestion from vehicles and motorcycles. When I stayed, there was a football game going on on the big Jumbotron in the square and there was a lot of people hollering and chatting. But, I don't think this is a regular thing.

Stayed in this hotel 32 years ago in the same room / apartment. It has hardly changed since then apart from the TV and bathroom. The room was freezing cold and the heating system was not working. When I asked for a heater none was forthcoming. The room cost £276 for two nights but wasn’t worth half that. The breakfast was uninspiring and not attended. On the plus side the location for the Old Town is pretty good and the restaurant is very good. But all in all I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Older hotel that is charming despite the need for a refresh. Breakfast is great and the ladies are very nice. My room was very hot and no AC but a portable fan saved me. The two restaurants are very good. The restaurant dwor polski on the market sq is excellent. It is not fair to the hotel or the guests that a few jerks with ridiculously loud cars are allowed at night!
