Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice and very tasty. Unfortunately whilst we were there the sauna / spa was being refurbished so wasn’t available. We had a room at the back of the hotel and whilst the view was of the car park, it was very quiet.

Énorme bémol: isolation entre les chambres médiocres, j’avais l’impression que quelqu’un était avec moi dans le lit! Et petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur, choix réduit et certains produits douteux (mini croissants secs, fromage blanc liquide…). Un peu déçu au final.

We stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and we got all the information needed when we asked for advices. The Hotels parking spot gate is not made for big SUV, but that is understandable cause it was built before the invention of the car. Brekfast was good with a fantastic fresh baked bread. The only minus we could find was taht the AC had lowest temperature at 22 C. but we managed that as well. On the other side it was positive that the windows could be opened.

It was adverised as having a restaurant..but the restaurant was privately run and i was refused a meal because i had not reserved a table despite it only being a third full when i entered. The excuse was they were fully booked. It was my last full day there and was looking forward to eating there. It was 2pm on a saturday. Very disappointing as non hotel guests were eating there

Hotel is located in great location, 2 min walk from Town Hall. Good facilities, good breakfast, the thing is not convenient, that to get to the reception you need to carry suitecase by stairs.

The rooms were not cleaned nor made either We talked with the person in reception, Miss Poline, she not only didn't solve the problem but also was very rude with us, just said there was nothing to do. We consider that having paid more than 500 euros for two nights, we didn't receive what was included in the reservation or even polite treatment

Vi bodde på My City Hotel i Tallinn fra 14. til 21. juli og hadde et veldig fint opphold. Hotellet ligger perfekt til – rett innenfor gamlebyen, med kort vei til alt. Betjeningen var vennlig og imøtekommende hele uka, og rommet var svært rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Renholdet var virkelig upåklagelig. Et komfortabelt og ryddig hotell med god atmosfære. Vi kunne gjerne bodd her igjen neste gang vi besøker Tallinn.

Nice hotel - really well located in the old town. Is a little dated but rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms. Cleanliness could be a little better (glitter on pillow one night, slightly dirty carpet) and there was a strange drain like smell in the lobby. Breakfast was overall good but maybe not worth the 15 eur as the fruit salad was tinned (for example). For the price I paid and the room quality and location overall I was happy. Staff were also very friendly.

Located on the edge of the old town so everything was within walking distance. Bolt ride share cars from the airport are not allowed to drive through the old town, but they can drop and pick up in front of the hotel (order on the app and pay cash). Air conditioning, elevator, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet. Room was small and bathroom was tiny.

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale. Comodo il parcheggio interno (a pagamento extra) Ottima e variegata colazione a buffet. Camera internamente buona ma la posizione al piano terra tra la hall e i locali di servizio con affaccio sul parcheggio ha subito tutti i giorni molti rumori specialmente intorno alle 6.30 del mattino che ha reso il riposo molto disturbato.

Convenient location to Freedom Square, boutique shopping and buses, however bear in mind that taxis drop you off 1min from the hotel, which may impact you if you have lots of luggage or a heavy luggage. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. The room was very spacious and comfortable as expected

Very well located with a few minutes walk to the main square. Room was comfortable and large, but I would have preferred a room that had a window at eye level, rather than a window under the eaves which made the room at bit dark.

Very well located within Old Town. Clean and modernish without being sterile. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with a wide rage of choices. It is a bit noisy because it's across the square from Club Hollywood and people are inconsiderate. Do not stay in room 401, unless you like sleeping on a Murphy bed.

It’s right at the old town. Location is lovely. The rooms are big and have good lighting. The breakfast is good and the staff very welcoming. Except for one guy at the reception who was slightly rude, everyone else including the people at the breakfast area, housekeeping were superb.

Excellent stay at My Hotel. The staff are suburb and I cannot rate them highly enough. Very helpful in recommending different areas/restaurants to visit and arranging cabs. The breakfast is well worth it too.

The room was lovely, the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very central but surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to all the amenities and sights. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who was looking at staying in Tallin, andvwe would certainly do so again. Thank you for a lovely weekend break.

Heart of old town. What they don’t tell you is it’s adjacent to two different night clubs that play extremely loud bass music well into the early morning hours. We didn’t sleep at all. Staff didn’t seem to care.

A good hotel but not sure if really 4 star. Everything was pretty good but no black out blinds in room and badly fitting curtains meant we were woken by very early morning sunshine in June. Breakfast was fine but not top notch. Fresh fruit was a bit meagre and the fruit salad was clearly frozen as there were pieces of ice in it. Breakfast room is in the basement with no windows which makes for a slightly gloomy atmosphere. Otherwise very conveniently situated for tourism.
