Pretty room, good location, but a few things to be aware of. On the upside, the room is pretty, well furnished, and has a lovely little balcony. On the other side...I didn't know that the process of checking-in is all through WhatsApp and codes. I am traveling without regular wifi and didn't get the notification about the process until around midnight before my early bus the next morning. Suffice to say I sent a reply but had to leave my internet access behind to catch the bus. Fortunately, late in the day, I wandered around Agrigento and eventually found an unsecured wireless connection to get the info. Also, the room doesn't have its own internal bathroom...there's one out in the hall which you have to you a key for, a bit inconvenient if you have to get up in the middle of the night. I did really like the room though, and it was inexpensive. Just a couple of surprises to be aware of.

Serena’s communication was excellent. She also met us near the facility as finding the building was a bit of a challenge. Once there we were pleasantly surprised at the walkable proximity to hip shopping & eateries. Room was colonially decorated, with plenty of ample room and balcony to enjoy a glass of wine & people watch. Bed & pillows were comfy too!

Beautiful accommodation in very center of Agrigento, near to everything. Hotel itself is like living in Renaissance luxury. Parking on street in front of hotel was a breeze. Many good restaurants nearby. Only one warning: to get to hotel, you park in plaza in front, then must carry luggage up about 40 steps. We did it it a very large piece of luggage, but it is easier with a smaller piece of luggage
