Das Hotel lag zentral und man konnte die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Auch unüberdachte Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und die Zimmer völlig ausreichend. Unsere Zimmer zum Parkplatz raus waren sehr ruhig. Einziges Manko war, dass der Fahrstuhl nur auf den Zwischenetagen hielt.

エアコンの効きはとても良いです。飛行機が深夜到着の便でしたが、問題なくチェックインできました。ホテル内の構造が分かりにくく、部屋までエレベーターが使えない別館があります。 英語が苦手でしたが、受付の若い女性が精一杯分かりやすく部屋までの道を教えてくれました。 また歩いて5分ほど歩けばクラクフの有名な広場や美味しいご飯屋さんもあります。 ポーランドはとても治安が良い、そう思わせてくれたホテルでした。

The location of the property is great with convenient parker. Remember, that you need to call in advance to reserve a parking spot for yourself. The overall design of the inside of the property is interesting. The lighting was very bright inside the room & the hallways. and the AC unit didn't work. But other than that, it was an easy and convenient place to stay in Krakow.

Unique building! Elevator stops @ 3rd floor for rooms on 2nd floor you need to walk down at least 15 steps, or walk up 10 steps for 3rd floor. Our 1st room #112, handicap when using a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. My granddaughter was told by Iwona at front desk take short shower. I took photos to show that bathroom after I took a shower. After 2 days of that, we finally hit an ideal room #102, 1st floor elevator, shower stall to our liking. However, we got to enjoy it for 1 1/2 days, because we had to leave @3:30 am to catch a plane.

Hotel was good, clean, etc. and had a great breakfast. The location is between the Castle and Old Town and is adjacent to the park between the two. The older building creates some inconvenience with 1) no good place to unload, 2) a number of steps to get to the front door, and 3) a small elevator

hotel próximo ao centro, com fachada antiga, mas moderno por dentro, tem ótimo quarto com ar condicionado, frigobar, aquecedor, boas roupas de cama e banho, boa ducha...quarto confortável estacionamento pago - 50 pln - cerca de 12 euros por dia...o café da manhã tem grande variedade e reposição imediata...funcionários atenciosos mesmo com a dificuldade do idioma....o que foi ruim : escada pequena para chegar a recepção...o quarto que eu fiquei, 223, mesmo tendo elevador, tinha alguns degraus para subir com malas pesadas....não tinha pessoa para ajudar a carregar as malas...

Overall hotel is nice in a good location quiet the stuff is OK there is a problem dude elevator doesn’t stop really in the level and you have to go up or down few stairs which was a problem for me as a handicap shuttle there’s not really shuttle the older a taxi for me which I have to pay Breakfast was nice and rich.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was unbelievable, everyday the rooms was left immaculate. We added on the breakfast to our stay and it was delicious, fresh fruit, cakes, cooked breakfast, cheeses and meats. Me and my partner are vegetarian and had no problem eating a massive breakfast. The location was just spot on! It’s a short walk into the town square, we was picked up round the corner (3min walk) for the Auschwitz tour and we walked about 20-30mins to Schindlers factory which on the way you pass the Jewish quarter. I have no complaints about this hotel at all.

Bra hotell vid kanten av gamla stan. Ca 300 m till stora torget. Rent och fräscht. Smala sängar och dåliga kuddar. Bra badrum med duschdörrar som höll vattnet på plats. Några små andra detaljer i badrummet går att klaga på. Kassaskåp och kylskåp på rummet. Bra. Bra frukost, men kaffet är uruselt.

We had a premium room booked, however the room we stayed in was not premium. Was small and cramped, with about 20cm between beds and walls, and a half shower cabin in size too, with no space to shower without banging elbows into glass. Beds uncomfortable - crappy matress on the twin beds which kept on rolling off the bed and creasing. Hotel is well positioned for old town center and other attractions. If you are on the road side, you’ll hear the street noise and the tram. Decent but not too varied breakfast.

The location is really good close to everything walking distance right outside of the old town. Good breakfast quality. Shower too small. Room decoration in pink and black carpet very ugly. Good Air Conditioning. very close to transportation.

Great location, hotel nice and clean, however don't accept room 324 as it more like a conservatory room, woke every morning before 6am due to light coming in, as ceiling blinds not great. Would definitely stay here again in another room

Room was clean, spacious and modern but decor could be considered to be an acquired taste. The booking was for a double room but bed was 2 singles pushed together with separate single duvets. We arrived early evening so decided to use hotel restaurant for dinner and the receptionist advised we didnt need to reserve a table. However after going to our room to unpack, we arrived to find the restaurant full so went back and ordered room service. The chef said it would be an hour as there was a party of 60 in, which the receptionist failed to tell us. Fortunately we only wanted a burger and a drink and the chef very kindly brought it to our room within 20 minutes so can't fault the chef. The burger was delicious! Good variety of food for breakfast to suit all tastes. Great location opposite park and within 10 minutes walk to main square.

Veldig bra frokost. Rommet var veldig små og utrolig mye støy fra en trafikkert vei med gammel trikk. Hadde 5dg ophold.Ville bytte rom og fikk blank NEI. Dette var ikke akkurat gjestvennlig, ikke engang et forsøk å hjelpe. Ellers hadde hotellet bra beliggenhet, ikke langt fra alle seeverdigheter.

Værelset lå lige ud til vejen hvor der kørte sporvogne hele aften/natten, så elendig søvn. Værelser indrettet med neonlamper og interiøret minder mest af alt om noget der hører til på en horekasse.

Our room was on floor 2. The elevator stppped on 1 or 3 and you have to use the stairs to go to 2. The room was tiny and cramped. The bathroom worse. The showers you could not move in and barely fit a person. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing great.

God beliggenhet, litt små og trange rom men til gjengjeld rent. Fantastisk bra service. Vi dro tidlig morning på guidet tur, fikk beholde rommet til etter vi kom hjem, og rakk en dusj før vi sjekket ut på ettermiddagen uten tilllegg i pris. Vi fikk også gode frokost bokser med oss siden frokosten ikke hadde åpnet enda. Anbefaler hotellet😁

Das Hotel hat mir gefallen auch wenn ich nicht das Zimmer erhalten hab was ich gebucht hab aber das liegt wohl auch an Hotels.com. Das Hotel liegt in lauf Nähe zum Markplatz, Wawel und historisches jüdisches Viertel. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, immer sehr grimmig und egal wie oft ich gegrüßt hab, jedes mal wenn ich jemand getroffen hab, hab ich vielleicht 2-mal Antwort bekommen. Das Hotel hat mir gefallen auch wenn ich nicht das Zimmer erhalten hab was ich gebucht hab aber das liegt wohl auch an Hotels.com. Das Hotel liegt in lauf Nähe zum Markplatz, Wawel und historisches jüdisches Viertel. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, immer sehr grimmig und egal wie oft ich gegrüßt hab, jedes mal wenn ich jemand getroffen hab, hab ich vielleicht 2-mal Antwort bekommen. Und das egal ob an der Rezeption, Frühstück oder Zimmermädchen. Ich würde aber auf jeden Fall wieder da buchen.

Lovely staff and service, wonderful breakfast, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you to the front desk staff for some great helpful tips on plays to see and how to get around the city. The cleaning attendants were very nice and we got a chance to chat with a couple of them, also got some excellent tips on good places to visit. I will stay here again.

Great property and staff in an amazingly convenient area. Right next to the kiss and ride stop for day trips and a short 5 min walk from the old square for food sightseeing etc. another short walk to the Jewish quarter. There is a park area opposite the hotel that is well lit at night and the police patrol quite regularly so you felt safe travelling through it even on new years when we were there. Transfer to balice airport was 130zlty and took around 25 minutes.

This property is ideal for a Kracow visit, its located 4 minutes from the beautiful main square, with shops restaurants everywhere, the tram stops virtually outside, also its about 13 minutes walk to the Jewish old town. The hotel rooms are quite small, and the foyer only has room for 4 chairs, the bar area is also small, but in all we did have a fabulous time, the rooms are cleaned everyday and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a good location for the Christmas markets, the castle, the old town, riverside, main train station, tram stops and 10 minutes from an excellent shopping mall. Have stayed here before so knew what to expect, rooms are comfortable, check in and out was faultless, staff are friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

This area has it all. The best Western offers a free buffet breakfast in the morning, that allows for eating and heading off to your adventure. The best western hotel is really walkable to so many areas in city center and near the old Jewish quarter. Also, the train runs right in front of the hotel. Everything is so easily accessible. The staff is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel ♥️

Great hotel in he centre of Krakow. Very clean with friendly staff. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby plus the main square is a 5 minute walk. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options for everyone. Rooms were HUGE.

Fantastiskt läge. Bra service i receptionen (hjälpte bland annat till att boka utflykter och taxi). Tyvärr var frukosten en katastrof, men det drar bara ner helheten något, då det snarare berodde på ledarskapet i servicen än på själva faciliteterna och frukosten.

Room was clean, spacious and modern but decor could be considered to be an acquired taste. The booking was for a double room but bed was 2 singles pushed together with separate single duvets. We arrived early evening so decided to use hotel restaurant for dinner and the receptionist advised we didnt need to reserve a table. However after going to our room to unpack, we arrived to find the restaurant full so went back and ordered room service. The chef said it would be an hour as there was a party of 60 in, which the receptionist failed to tell us. Fortunately we only wanted a burger and a drink and the chef very kindly brought it to our room within 20 minutes so can't fault the chef. The burger was delicious! Good variety of food for breakfast to suit all tastes. Great location opposite park and within 10 minutes walk to main square.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was unbelievable, everyday the rooms was left immaculate. We added on the breakfast to our stay and it was delicious, fresh fruit, cakes, cooked breakfast, cheeses and meats. Me and my partner are vegetarian and had no problem eating a massive breakfast. The location was just spot on! It’s a short walk into the town square, we was picked up round the corner (3min walk) for the Auschwitz tour and we walked about 20-30mins to Schindlers factory which on the way you pass the Jewish quarter. I have no complaints about this hotel at all.

Nice and good hotel. But, the main issue for us was that our room was towards the main road and that road was very noisy. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open so we had to close the window and turn on the AC. I get sick if i use the AC too much. So that was the biggest problem for us. If we had a room the other way the problem would have disappeared. The staff and service was great.

Everything was very nice. The room, food and location. The staff was extremely helpful. The only issue was our room could not be reached by elevator. Some of the 3rd floor could only be reached by stairs.

Location wise...I couldnt have picked a better hotel.. Turn left out of the hotel 5 minute walk to Wawel Castle...turn right 5 minutes to Old town. 15 minute walk from the main station. So clean, everyone works so hard. The staff are all so friendly Breakfast was very tasty with so many options of both hot and cold I would highlighy recommend this hotel
