The staff were so kind, and greeted us on arrival. The property is a little remote but, on the other hand, so secluded, and because Taos is so small it's a short drive into town. The property is really pretty, with a lovely garden with a fireplace, hammocks, seating areas. The room had everything we needed and it was so quiet there, it was lovely. Would definitely stay there again. Oh also the breakfast was very nice.

Nice part of town off of La Lomita Road. Very short drive to the town center. Breakfast was cooked each morning. Rooms were kept comfortable with climate control but was a little tight for space. Beautiful courtyard/garden area to walk around or sit and relax under shade of large trees.

We can't say enough good about Dreamcatcher Bed and Breakfast. It was very clean, quiet, bed was comfort, nicely decorated, and breakfast was delicious. The grounds were nicely laid out with everything from hammocks and a firepit. It was a fun place to stay.

Place was beautiful even in the winter! The outside and inside fire places were very enjoyable and breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Definitely want to come back in the summer when we can do more stuff outside

This was our first time staying at Dreamcatcher, but it won't be our last. A wonderful setting for the property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice outdoor seating. Reasonable walk to downtown. The breakfast was spectacular. Highly recommend.

I only stayed for a day but it was a stay to remember. The check in time was later than I’m used to but you have your own parking spot reserved with your room, you walk though a beautiful garden to get to the room, we reserved the storyteller suite, so our view faces the setting sun which was gorgeous. We didn’t need to talk to anyone because of the contactless check in which was very convenient and hassle free. The room itself was beautifully decorated and clean, the bathroom was also very nice except for the water pressure wasn’t great, but understandably so. Another note with the bathroom it the window, toilet and mirror placement. It’s hard to describe but the window is blocking the only convenient place to look in the mirror and do makeup, hair etc. The garden lounge area was wonderful I personally enjoyed the hammock, it was quiet and you could bird watch through the trees. Breakfast was probably my favorite part of the stay, I was welcomed to an array of breakfast beverages and sat at a beautifully decorated table, breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The seating and table got a little crowded once more people showed, luckily me and my partner got first pick and finished early to allow other our table when they came later. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the town plaza, there was plenty to do without driving, very convenient! Overall 10/10 I will be planning all further trips to Taos NM at the Dreamcatcher B&B

Great reception on arrival, room was clean, though the bath room faucet showed signs of wear/age. Room was much smaller than appeared on the website, but was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and the grounds were nice and enjoyed sitting on the patios and the nice area to walk the dog.!

I’ve been to many B&Bs and also had one n Fruita CO. I look for the details. The first morning for breakfast they had a full container of fresh baked cookies and a platter of fresh muffins. The second day there was one muffin left left and no fresh ones brought out. The third day the same. The food was however great the first two days. The grounds could be beautiful but were unkept. Plus no innkeeper around at all.

It’s outdated. We won’t be returning… The good: The 8:30am plated breakfast coffee/juice was nice, substantial. The bed was comfortable, the sheets are nice and soft. The TV and internet worked well. Keurig and fridge in room. It’s quiet, and the outdoor garden is large and peaceful. The bad: The room is outdated. The Saltillo tile floor in my room is dirty, I can tell by the color of my feet. Please give me 3 bulbs of the same color in the bathroom, instead of 2 soft yellow and 1 bright white. And also 4 of the same color in the old and outdated overhead fan/light. Both the leather chairs are ripped. Some paint touch up is needed on the fireplace. The many little black bugs on the walls and floor in the room (also now in my suitcase) not to my liking. The long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom when we first arrived, along with the used washcloth hanging on the back of the bathroom door, not good. Note that they don’t replace your towels unless you are staying min 3 nights. The shower is the size of a small phone booth, difficult to shower in. Check-in is completely contactless. At breakfast each of 2 mornings, their “signature” item “Hot Oats Brûlée” was not offered, nor any blue corn muffins as per their website, not terrible or a dealbreaker, just something to note. Lastly, It’s not so close to the Plaza. It’s a 15 min slug mostly uphill, on a narrow curvy road. I didn’t feel comfortable/safe walking there during the day, and esp after dark.

The rooms and property were nice. The reception person was wonderful and her breakfasts were very good. liked the fireplace in the room. On the negative side, we had a two bedroom suit and the second room bed had dirty sheets and looked to be not remade after the previous guest. No response from the property owner - very disappointing. Body wash container empty and housekeeper acted like it was a chore to replace it with one from another room no less. And the property is close to another property that sounds like they have a commercial chipper that was so noisy you didn't want to be outside from about 4:00 - 6:00 PM.

Overall, Dreamcatcher was a very pleasant place. My room was huge... 3 beds! But it shared a wall (and a glass door) with the kitchen/laundry area and therefore got rather noisy at 6 am each morning. (Suggestion: replace the glass door with a solid door.) The breakfasts were outstanding and served promptly each morning. Nice hot showers and a lovely outdoor area for hanging around made my 3 night stay very pleasant.

Nice hideaway but our room had a couple of issues - heating/cooling system wasnt easily adjustable and was kind of noisy as it cycled off and on through the night. One light by bed flickered off and on (not bulb).

We stayed in the Kachina Room. The room was small but well appointed. It was cute and the furniture was comfortable. In their quest to make the room hospitable, the bathroom is a bit crowded with the coffee maker, fridge etc, as they take up valuable space. The room comes with free word and fire supplies. It was too hot for us to use, but was made available. We loved the communal outdoor space with several seating alcoves. The grounds are lovely and quiet. We checked in late so did not interact with the front desk staff, but found the breakfast chef to be quite friendly and accommodating of food allergies with limited notice. Breakfast is served at a specific time, be ready to show up on time.

Great property, nice breakfast provided by Felicia. She went out of her way to assist us! No air conditioning in room though, but they did have a ceiling fan it was about 80 degrees in the room during the day but cooled down nicely at night. It was unusually hot while we were there though.

I got a double charges in this property. During my reservation Expedia charge me already Couple hours before my check in somebody call me she said they see my online payment she ask my card info. We have stayed in scores of B&Bs throughout the country and this one was a disappointment. It's the first B&B where we weren't greeted by a member of the staff and, in fact, the hosts never introduced themselves or otherwise made themselves present (to our knowledge). After noting that wifi coverage was not consistent, turns out check-in was "self-check-in" referencing an email that we could not load while standing outside the door. We had to call the host to finally check-in and access our room. The room itself was nice and the breakfast (cooked and served by staff who drove in for the morning) was very good. Evidently, the owners emphasize natural landscaping on the grounds which we certainly appreciate. But, in this case, the walkway to our room had long grasses and plants overhanging our path such that we were walking through the grasses. The entire landscape looked promising, but needed trimming and care. Again, the entire experience hinted at a very detached management who was perhaps focused elsewhere and not on providing a pleasant experience at their B&B. One of the reasons we enjoy staying at B&Bs is the opportunity to meet local folks and learn about their community. While we had that opportunity here I suppose, it would require a phone call which we could have made from our own home. Not a typical B&B experience.

We stayed in the Kachina Room. The room was small but well appointed. It was cute and the furniture was comfortable. In their quest to make the room hospitable, the bathroom is a bit crowded with the coffee maker, fridge etc, as they take up valuable space. The room comes with free word and fire supplies. It was too hot for us to use, but was made available. We loved the communal outdoor space with several seating alcoves. The grounds are lovely and quiet. We checked in late so did not interact with the front desk staff, but found the breakfast chef to be quite friendly and accommodating of food allergies with limited notice. Breakfast is served at a specific time, be ready to show up on time.

The rooms and property were nice. The reception person was wonderful and her breakfasts were very good. liked the fireplace in the room. On the negative side, we had a two bedroom suit and the second room bed had dirty sheets and looked to be not remade after the previous guest. No response from the property owner - very disappointing. Body wash container empty and housekeeper acted like it was a chore to replace it with one from another room no less. And the property is close to another property that sounds like they have a commercial chipper that was so noisy you didn't want to be outside from about 4:00 - 6:00 PM.

Nice part of town off of La Lomita Road. Very short drive to the town center. Breakfast was cooked each morning. Rooms were kept comfortable with climate control but was a little tight for space. Beautiful courtyard/garden area to walk around or sit and relax under shade of large trees.

It’s outdated. We won’t be returning… The good: The 8:30am plated breakfast coffee/juice was nice, substantial. The bed was comfortable, the sheets are nice and soft. The TV and internet worked well. Keurig and fridge in room. It’s quiet, and the outdoor garden is large and peaceful. The bad: The room is outdated. The Saltillo tile floor in my room is dirty, I can tell by the color of my feet. Please give me 3 bulbs of the same color in the bathroom, instead of 2 soft yellow and 1 bright white. And also 4 of the same color in the old and outdated overhead fan/light. Both the leather chairs are ripped. Some paint touch up is needed on the fireplace. The many little black bugs on the walls and floor in the room (also now in my suitcase) not to my liking. The long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom when we first arrived, along with the used washcloth hanging on the back of the bathroom door, not good. Note that they don’t replace your towels unless you are staying min 3 nights. The shower is the size of a small phone booth, difficult to shower in. Check-in is completely contactless. At breakfast each of 2 mornings, their “signature” item “Hot Oats Brûlée” was not offered, nor any blue corn muffins as per their website, not terrible or a dealbreaker, just something to note. Lastly, It’s not so close to the Plaza. It’s a 15 min slug mostly uphill, on a narrow curvy road. I didn’t feel comfortable/safe walking there during the day, and esp after dark.

This was our first time staying at Dreamcatcher, but it won't be our last. A wonderful setting for the property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice outdoor seating. Reasonable walk to downtown. The breakfast was spectacular. Highly recommend.

Great location — off the beaten path, but still within walking distance to the center of Taos. Our casita was very comfortable with nice amenities. The grounds around the casitas were beautiful, but not so pristinely manicured that it looked artificially landscaped. The breakfast was superb — freshly made mini-quiches with banana muffins and fresh fruit. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the Taos area.

Overall, Dreamcatcher was a very pleasant place. My room was huge... 3 beds! But it shared a wall (and a glass door) with the kitchen/laundry area and therefore got rather noisy at 6 am each morning. (Suggestion: replace the glass door with a solid door.) The breakfasts were outstanding and served promptly each morning. Nice hot showers and a lovely outdoor area for hanging around made my 3 night stay very pleasant.

We can't say enough good about Dreamcatcher Bed and Breakfast. It was very clean, quiet, bed was comfort, nicely decorated, and breakfast was delicious. The grounds were nicely laid out with everything from hammocks and a firepit. It was a fun place to stay.

I’ve been to many B&Bs and also had one n Fruita CO. I look for the details. The first morning for breakfast they had a full container of fresh baked cookies and a platter of fresh muffins. The second day there was one muffin left left and no fresh ones brought out. The third day the same. The food was however great the first two days. The grounds could be beautiful but were unkept. Plus no innkeeper around at all.

Lastly, It’s not so close to the Plaza. It’s a 15 min slug mostly uphill, on a narrow curvy road. I didn’t feel comfortable/safe walking there during the day, and esp after dark.

I only stayed for a day but it was a stay to remember. The check in time was later than I’m used to but you have your own parking spot reserved with your room, you walk though a beautiful garden to get to the room, we reserved the storyteller suite, so our view faces the setting sun which was gorgeous. We didn’t need to talk to anyone because of the contactless check in which was very convenient and hassle free. The room itself was beautifully decorated and clean, the bathroom was also very nice except for the water pressure wasn’t great, but understandably so. Another note with the bathroom it the window, toilet and mirror placement. It’s hard to describe but the window is blocking the only convenient place to look in the mirror and do makeup, hair etc. The garden lounge area was wonderful I personally enjoyed the hammock, it was quiet and you could bird watch through the trees. Breakfast was probably my favorite part of the stay, I was welcomed to an array of breakfast beverages and sat at a beautifully decorated table, breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The seating and table got a little crowded once more people showed, luckily me and my partner got first pick and finished early to allow other our table when they came later. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the town plaza, there was plenty to do without driving, very convenient! Overall 10/10 I will be planning all further trips to Taos NM at the Dreamcatcher B&B

Great location — off the beaten path, but still within walking distance to the center of Taos. Our casita was very comfortable with nice amenities. The grounds around the casitas were beautiful, but not so pristinely manicured that it looked artificially landscaped. The breakfast was superb — freshly made mini-quiches with banana muffins and fresh fruit. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the Taos area.

The Gecko Garden room, with it's unique sunken architecture was so adorable. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the AC unit was handy, the water pressure was fabulous, the room was clean. We couldn't stay for breakfast but it's nice to know if the plans had changed we would have that opportunity.
