The staff was nice and the room was clean. The elevator was concerning so we used the stairs the whole time. Breakfast was very very simple. We stayed as a quick pit stop to take a snooze and were back on the road the next day. Fine for our needs.

My husband is a truck driver and this place had ample truck parking for his 40’ trailer. Good breakfasts, comfortable and clean rooms. He actually stayed here on more than one occasion, so he would keep coming back when he’s in the area. Would recommend.

It was great! Comfy bed, really good atmosphere, room was exceptionally clean, pool, hot tub, jetted tub it was all great! Saturdays breakfast was great and the hostess was wonderful, she was very friendly and courteous. Sundays breakfast the food was good but hostess was rushy, disgruntled and she appeared aggravated. Over all I would absolutely recommend the hotel!!

I wish the handicap parking was a bit closer to the doors but everything else is amazing the pool and hot tub is super clean and temperature is perfect. The hotel smells amazing and is so clean ! Staff is super helpful!

We stay every year. Quite and comfortable and swimming pool and hot tub and weight room are very convenient too! Everyone is very polite and very helpful when you need anything. It’s cool that wild turkeys come to the back of the building in the mornings on the hill.

This was a perfect place to stay for two days while attending a family reunion at an off-site location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was immaculate. Bed was oh-so comfy. Breakfast was typical hotel freebie fare, but done well. Hotel site sits back from the highway , my room was on the hotel’s back side. Not a hint of road noise in my room. No complaints about this stay. My expectations were met or exceeded.

This hotel may be the only hotel in Louisa. Many construction workers stay there. They seem to come and go with dirty boots which leave marks on the carpet. The carpets were not vacuumed daily, or so it seemed, so the dirt on the hallway floors remained. The breakfast was OK. The bed was comfortable. The front desk help, 2 or 3 of them, seemed a bit disorganized.

We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, but there were many things that made this a terrible stay for us. The front desk attendant was not friendly and when we asked to have a room on the ground floor she said that wasn't possible since it was a 3rd party reservation. She didn't make any offer to fix this in some way. Also, we unfortunately woke up Saturday morning and Sunday morning to find small bugs in the room. Some got into our cup of coffee, one was on my wife's face when she woke up and more were running across the cabinet. This was very disturbing to find and we took the two we killed to the front desk. Nothing was offered except a "sorry" because again they said it was a 3rd party reservation so the couldn't do any type of adjustment. We will likely not come back to this hotel again.

It wasn’t the best experience for me. I wasn’t expecting top tier but if you’re doing what you’re supposed to do, as far as cleaning and reporting when something isn’t up to a customer’s standard or even code. I’m glad I was moved rooms because y’all have bedbugs. There should of been a discount or something because now I gotta be in discomfort over some nasty things. I and the staff member I showed it to was mortified. The second staff member at the desk didn’t seem to care like it was resolved, even said there was a note of it. Hopefully on that computer cause that’s trifling to have ‘em. I know we’re exhausted but please do better. Definitely not coming back. Friendly breakfast lady. ❤️

The staff were excellent . I have stayed here before and always a great stay. However in the bathroom in front of the toilet there were urine stains on the tile floor. I used a wash cloth, and scrubbed the floor. It came up , but very disgusting to have to scrub up someone else’s urine. I was disappointed for the first time at your hotel. I recommended your hotel too 3 other couples , that was there also. They said there rooms were fine.

This is the second time staying at this hotel in less than two weeks. On our second stay there was black mold in the corners of the bathtub which wasn’t great but I dealt with it for the 2 nights we were there. What I couldn’t deal with was waking up in the morning and noticed a Live Bed Bug crawling across my pillow. Then I checked the other bed that my son was sleeping in a noticed a fresh blood stain on the sheet which obviously came from a Bed Bug having a blood meal on him. Hotel manager did comp me 1 night stay and apologized but didn’t act surprised when I initially showed them the Bed Bug.

Booked the king suite for a weekend during a work trip. Staff was nice, room was clean and it had a hot tub in the room, lol. I did use it while watching the football game on the TV, it was quite nice. Breakfast was pretty good, they had bacon one morning and sausage the next. If I were ever in that area in the future, I would stay there again.

My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. I’ve stayed there for about the last four weeks. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. I guess the only complaint I really had in every room that I was in the sink always stopped up. Unusual for the sink to be stopped up in every room. but other than that It was good.

Stayed here for my daughter’s cheer competition and I was NOT disappointed! Probably the top 3 best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Super clean, quiet, staff was friendly and the breakfast attendant was helpful as well!! Only thing I disliked was the the tv didn’t have many channels.. more tv channels to choose from would be great but overall this hotel is a 10/10

The room was great very clean and the staff was awesome. My wife is very allergic to bleach so they rewashed everything towels sheets blankets everything for her with out bleach.The breakfast bar was excellent. Hot food and a variety of foods was nice. Everything tasted good biscuits and gravy fried potatoes sausage links and patties scrambled eggs omelets and more. The only issue was our room was right across from the conference room that a church had rented out for Friday and Saturday Friday night they were there until about 9:30 and all you could hear was their music luckily we like Christian music but not that late and Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. they had their services

Hotel overall was very nice but the fire alarm right outside our room needed the battery changed and it beeped all night long. We told the front desk about it early in the evening after we checked in and they told us that the maintance guy wasn’t in. They had no concern of our inconvenience. We heard it all night long. Very annoying.

We loved the hotel itself...however. Both Expedia and the hotel refused to allow me to change the dates of the original booking. We booked the wrong date. So i paid TWICE for one night. When i was finally able to chnahe the dates it was going to cost me another $200 and we weren't able to reschedule our trip. We travel through Louisa often and woukd have liked to stay there again but after all of the back and forth with customer service at both Expedia and Best Western and the hotel itself, we will pass. Unfortunate experience.

we couldn't get the tv to work. The workers wouldn't help. The family upstairs wouldn't stop running and jumping. We called the front desk 4 different times about it. The last time was 12:30 am so we didn't get much sleep. When we went to the pool and hot tub there was a family there and the man was setting on the steps. They were there for probably 30 minutes or so when a couple of the kids left me and my wife went over there and the man and woman were both vaping. They weren't vaping occasionally but every minute or so. We finally left and went back to our room because of the smell of the vape and that's when the noise started upstairs. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was fantastic. My issue is with their upper management, that decided to cancel my booking because I didn’t call them at 3 pm to check in : I work night shift and booked the room for 2 nights, so I can check in and go to sleep at 8 am after my shift. Front desk guy was kind enough to get my issue sorted out. But it did not feel like I was the first customer to have that problem.

This Best Western is one of our favorites. Convenient to US 23 and yet sitting back far enough that there is no road noise to contend with at night. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they but our a really nice free breakfast!
