This is a great hotel. Rooms are a bit small but it’s worth it. Just close enough to walk to the old city but just far enough you don’t get the noise from the crowds. Breakfast is really good. Lots of choices. Now if you are driving, book the VIP pass. There is only one space. Parking is difficult but cheaper than the VIP space. I got the VIP pass so we can come and go and not worry about finding a parking space each time. All and all, great experience.

Clean room. Good facilities. Shower gel, tea/coffee, sewing kit and water provided. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Walls very thin, could hear our neighbours conversation. Plenty of plug sockets. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Overall hotel very nice, clean and modern. Great location, 5 mins walk to shopping centre or town centre.

Paar Minuten Gehweg bis zu den Tuchhallen. EIn großes Einkaufzentrum und der Bahnhoff auch in der Nähe. Parken ist etwas umständlich. Hotel ist sehr sauber, Beim Personal ist absolut nicht auszusetzen. Essen wie auf den Hotelbilder- frisch und von guter Qualität. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr sauber aber etwas zu klein. Internationales Fernsehen vorhanden. Es war eine gute Entscheidung dort zu übernachten und ich empfehle es weiter.

Rommet var veldig fint akkurat som bildene. God service, bare å spørre om det var noe. Prøvde ikke baren men den så veldig fin ut! Frokosten var grei, mye mindre enn hva jeg trodde. Savnet bacon men var greit :)

As a travel blogger I can say that the location is great. The room condition was also good, but it was so tiny! My mother had a birthday but they didn’t bring us cake or fruit and asked for more money to bring such a thing. The parking is not free, 6 zlote per hour from 10:00 o’clock at the morning. We just returned from our trip and can say this hotel is where I would return to. Rooms are great. Hotel is a 10 minutes walk to old town square. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was perfect and had something for everyone available. The chilled water dispenser on every floor having still and spakling choice is an amazing addition we filled our bottles regular as we had very warm weather. Highly recommended you choose this hotel.

Overall the hotel is ok. Really don’t understand how it’s four stars as there’re few 4-star hotels in the area and they are higher quality. The walls are not sound proof so I heard not just a man snoring all night over the wall but also heard his phone vibrating in the morning. Overall the facility was clean but one towel had stains of not washed women’s period and one of the spoons in the room was not washed so it was sticky. Breakfast was ok. Nothing extraordinary but overall not too bad

Very pleased when we arrived a few hours before scheduled check in time and our room was ready.Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, welcoming & helpful. Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a premium twin room. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The room has all amenities - safe, fridge, tea and coffee. The room was a reasonable size but like most hotels with rooms around 18 square metres the space between the end of the beds and the desk is cramped. The room could be set up differently to prevent this by putting the desk on the wall next to the window. Bathroom on the smaller size but very serviceable. Location is good. Between the main square and the train station. Breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff were fabulous. Great variety of food and excellent coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, very nice and modern room, delicious breakfast. Our room was facing the railway but with the window closed it didn't realy bothered us. Only few minutes walk to the old city and the main railway station with the big shopping center.

It was situated in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to the old town, the main railway station, and a large shopping mall. The staff were very professional and friendly happy to check us in early as toom was ready and happy to store our luggage when leaving. It was very modern and clean. Our room was very compact still very comfortable. I could hear a bit of noise from other rooms, but slept with earplugs so not a big issue.

L'hotel a un très bel aspect général, le petit dejeuner est très complet et très bon. Nous regrettons toutefois d'avoir eu un lit en 140 cm, ce qui n'est pas à la hauteur pour le standing d'un hotel 4 étoiles; en plus, le lit était équipé de deux couettes individuelles au lieu d'une couette pour 2 personnes, ce qui s'est révélé très inconfortable pour dormir. Nous déplorons également une très mauvaise isolation des chambres, nous avons entendu le moindre bruit de nos voisins de chambre, qui en plus n'étaient pas très discrets ... dommage car c'est un bel hotel !

Very comfortable hotel although our room was quite small. Good breakfast. Close to Kraków’s glorious Old Town and beautiful town square. Easy access to Central Station. Only down side was our room backed onto train line - trains were going all night and one night there was quite a bit of work going on on the lines. Despite that we had a lovely stay. Very good value.

Very pleased when we arrived a few hours before scheduled check in time and our room was ready.Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, welcoming & helpful. Very nice, clean property throughout, with nice facilities. Plentiful choice of foods at breakfast to suit all palates. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family when visiting Krakow

This is a great hotel. Rooms are a bit small but it’s worth it. Just close enough to walk to the old city but just far enough you don’t get the noise from the crowds. Breakfast is really good. Lots of choices. Now if you are driving, book the VIP pass. There is only one space. Parking is difficult but cheaper than the VIP space. I got the VIP pass so we can come and go and not worry about finding a parking space each time. All and all, great experience.

Excellent location that is only a 10 minute walk from the main square or the main train station and major shopping mall. The hotel is new with spacious rooms and a terrific buffet breakfast. Certainly a four star.

Overall, an excellent hotel. Well-equipped, with an outstanding bed and a very comprehensive and generous breakfast (gluten-free options also available). The hotel staff was professional and extremely friendly. The hotel was a short walk from the old town, so the location was also excellent.

It was situated in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to the old town, the main railway station, and a large shopping mall. The staff were very professional and friendly happy to check us in early as toom was ready and happy to store our luggage when leaving. It was very modern and clean. Our room was very compact still very comfortable. I could hear a bit of noise from other rooms, but slept with earplugs so not a big issue.

We just returned from our trip and can say this hotel is where I would return to. Rooms are great. Hotel is a 10 minutes walk to old town square. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was perfect and had something for everyone available. The chilled water dispenser on every floor having still and spakling choice is an amazing addition we filled our bottles regular as we had very warm weather. Highly recommended you choose this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a premium twin room. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The room has all amenities - safe, fridge, tea and coffee. The room was a reasonable size but like most hotels with rooms around 18 square metres the space between the end of the beds and the desk is cramped. The room could be set up differently to prevent this by putting the desk on the wall next to the window. Bathroom on the smaller size but very serviceable. Location is good. Between the main square and the train station. Breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff were fabulous. Great variety of food and excellent coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Rommet var veldig fint akkurat som bildene. God service, bare å spørre om det var noe. Prøvde ikke baren men den så veldig fin ut! Frokosten var grei, mye mindre enn hva jeg trodde. Savnet bacon men var greit :)

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell, rena och rymliga rum, vi hade ett trippelrum,sköna sängar, frukosten var helt ok, inget överdåd, det fanns det vi önskade. Hotellet var otroligt hjälpsam och vi kunde boka frukost påsar vid 2 tillfällen då vi inte kunde utnyttja frukosten. Det bästa var nog ändå hotellets läge, nära gamla stan och det stora torget. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer själv att välja det igen om jag åker till Krakow fler gånger.

We stayed there for 4 days, we absolutely loved it, the location, the staff, the room, they even have a cold sparkling water dispenser in the hall!!! The only down side was that the AC is very hot, and it’s capped at that, so you can’t really change it. Regardless, given the choice again, I would definitely stay there again. Also, it’s immediately in front of a train track which is loud when passes by, but not to annoying, as the windows are good at sound proofing.
